Beautiful, clean and well maintained studio. The Hot room provides the perfect conditions and temperature for the perfect sweat. The teachers are personable and well educated. Love it!

This studio is top notch. The instructors are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The other clients are polite too. The locker room and showering facilities make me feel like I’m at a spa. I love it here!

I had a great first time experience! I can't compliment the staff enough. I am a 47 year old over weight chain smoker who does little to no exercise. Needless to say I struggled. The instructor was incredibly welcoming, warm and encouraging. At one point I wasn't feeling so well and left the room. Two other staff were there immediately to make sure that I was ok. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained what I was feeling, and walked me through the correct way to breathe. They encouraged me and I actually went back in the class. I still struggled, but I'm so grateful for the experience and the wonderful ladies who made me feel at ease. I'm looking forward to going again.

The most beautiful, calming yoga studio in the area. The best Hot Yoga environment Ive ever experienced!! The amount of fresh air is invigorating and is the best quality I've ever practiced in!
Offers Hot yoga (Bikram style), vinyasa , power, and flow. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Showers and locker rooms are 5 star hotel quality--amazing!
It's a Chad Clark Studio, and he's known around the world as the premier Hot Yoga Studio Designer...Can't believe we have one in this area!!
