After browsing through Facebook looking at local gyms for group training, I came across Elite. After inquiring through messenger, Shelly responded and decided to try the assessment special they had going on. Well she had me hooked after the first session, she definitely could tell where my issues were without me even telling her. It’s not about how many reps you can do, but all about correct form and that you are able to feel what you are suppose to work. I’ve had some good trainers in my life, but she is definitely at the top.

I had told one of my workout buddies and he also did the assessment as well, but I think he said it best in describing Shelly “She had a way of making you feel like she was 100% invested in you”.

It’s been almost six week doing the personal training, soon to start small group training as well and can definitely tell things are correcting itself, it takes a lot of determination, but know with Shelly’s help I’ll get there.

I do private training with Shelly and she is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and clearly spends much time planning each client’s workout. She makes training fun and different every time. She knows how to push and motivate her clients in a positive way. She has many years of experience in the fitness business and competes in bodybuilding competitions. Cannot go wrong with Shelly!

Found this facility after using their physical therapy. I have used their pool and now have used their personal training. Cody G. has done an excellent job introducing me to all a gym has to offer. He changes up the workout routines so I am not bored and eager to see what new challenges he has found for me. He makes sure to be supportive and keep me safe. I am making gains I did not think were possible. A special trainer at a special place. Thank you Elite.

i have been treated and this facility for over a year and a half. I was originally being treated for pain management on my spine. I, however, had a slight break in therapy and underwent a triple-bypass last March. The caring and professionalism of the staff, especially, Jereme Gross, PT and Nichole Pyles, PTA, aided me greatly in not only overcoming the pain associated with my spine, but has contributed markedly to my recovery from heart surgery. I cannot tell you the hundreds of patients that have benefited from the expertise of these two professionals.
