I took my first class here the other day with Nicole and did the Rest class. It was the perfect restorative class that I needed to reset myself. I will definitely be back for this class. Loved the lavender towels at the end and the lighting and mood of the studio, it’s a very relaxing environment.

Absolutely love the community at Embody. The group of people are so incredibly supportive of one another and you can find classes for any type of movement. Embody is inclusive of all levels and will never make you feel like you are doing something wrong. I leave every class feeling lighter and grounded!

Our work booked a private class with Vanessa. She was so welcoming and attentive. And the experience was so much fun. We had so many beginners in the class and we were made to feel at ease and to take this class at our level of comfort.

Loved the ambiance with the dimmed lighting. The mats were already set up when we arrived. It was both challenging and relaxing. And there was a nice touch at the end with lavender scented towels at the end of our session.

I also liked that once you were in the class you were in a completely different world (in spite of it being in platinum fitness). No one could see in. Completely secluded.

Loved the class. Loved supporting this small business. We all had a really great time. Would def recommend checking it out

This yoga/pilates studio is truly a special place which is located in the back of Platinum fitness. Vanessa, the owner and main instructor, has a beautiful soul who makes everyone feel loved and encouraged. The studio has a variety of class types for all levels of students from relaxation to HITT and dance cardio. There is no need to bring your own yoga mat as she provides all the needed equipment. Attending her classes is an empowering experience unlike typical workout classes. At the end of class, she provides a cold lavender towel which is a treat! She offers us to move in a way that honors our bodies. Vanessa is building a supportive community of women who encourage others. I hope you’ll get the opportunity to flow with meaning at Embody.

I had an amazing experience at Embody. I had never been a yoga person until I stepped foot in Embody, it has changed life for the better. I can’t speak higher of Venessa’s guidance and it has allowed me to be more at peace and strengthen my relationship with loved ones.
