Was recommended a coach here at ECG. Drove over an hour because he was labeled as the “best”. Our time here was short due to the fact he had missed 2 practices (without any notification) and my daughter was “coached” by someone else who gave no instruction whatsoever. The class became a free for all, do what you want for the next hour. When requested a June refund due to the fact of such an unpleasant experience and my daughter taking on a job that interfered with tumbling hours, I was refused one. Keep in mind my daughter never stepped foot in this gym the entire month of June and notice was given well in advance. So now I’m paying for services never received! Office lady is ignorant and not very cooperative to work with. Business must be hurting when you can’t refund a lousy $55! Hope future tumblers read this and decide to take their time and business elsewhere. This place is a joke.
