At Emerge Fitness, we help women emerge the strongest versions of themselves through scientifically backed strength training. We specialize in perinatal fitness and are open to all fitness levels and life stages! We offer semi-private and 1:1 personal training.

I am so happy to be a part of the Emerge Community. Emily has created something really special in the wellness industry. She really takes the time to cater to each persons fitness capabilities and body mechanics and will provide 1:1 assistance for strength training. Love the small group setting, and the classes are always filled with the most wonderful women. Good vibes only! Love how she incorporates other events outside of strength training to continue to build the network of wellness providers in the area! My body has felt stronger and healthier since starting with Emerge! Highly recommend.

Emily has only had a few months in her new location. Minor Parking issues and expanding schedule. Emily will keep an eye on you, teach you the proper form for lifting and runs an inclusive environment for women. Emily is also adding an array of wellness opportunities. Classes fill up fast!

After not doing strength training for a while, I started training with Emily at Emerge Fitness in January. Yesterday, I completed my 25th small group training session. I feel much stronger and look forward to the sessions, and working out at 6:00 am has become my favorite:) I can't recommend training with Emily enough. She takes the times to assist each of us with form and addresses any particular issues that we may have. I have been having a knee issue and have still been able to work out thanks to Emily modifying my workouts and asking for feedback from the physical therapist. I also can't forget to mention the community of awesome women that Emily has created!

Emerge fitness has been a great transition back into working out postpartum. I’ve never loved work out classes but this being small group and all women makes me feel so much more comfortable especially with strength training which I wasn’t super confident in before starting Emerge. Emily is very knowledgeable, engaging and makes the space super welcoming and laid back. I noticed a difference in my endurance after a few weeks of classes. Couldn’t recommend Emerge more!

Ever since I joined the gym, I always felt like coming back for more sessions because of how welcoming the environment was. To all the women wishing they could feel strong again, get back into shape and gain some positive feelings about your body again (especially after becoming a mom), go to Emerge Fitness! This is the place to go where there’s no judgement, and Emily works really hard to ensure you have the personalized plan that you need to make progress each session. Also, when I started training with Emily I had a bad wrist tendinitis issue. Months later, I actually cancelled a wrist surgery because I was feeling so much better - I swear it’s the strength training with Emerge Fitness! Give membership a try, you will be so glad you invested in yourself.

Emily is a fantastic trainer---knowledgeable, approachable, tailors the workouts and allows you to do a combination of on-site and at home/personal gym. I have never been this consistent with lifting weights and usually do for a period of time and then stop. I've been working with her for 4 months and would highly recommend!

Really love the semi private sessions. Modifications and different variations were made available on a 1:1 basis so the workout was somewhat customized for each of us depending on fitness levels & the move we were working on. Each of us received plenty of 1:1 attention without it being overbearing. It was all made very accessible but still challenging. Emily is great at making you feel very comfortable and at ease from the moment you arrive, especially if you are new to strength training or feeling anxious about beginning again. Highly recommend!
