The small group classes are full of great people who have helped me a lot along my journey. You still get the personal training and 1:1 attention without having to pay those ridiculous prices.

Awesome trainers complement an awesome space! Plenty of parking, easy to find, and well-kept. I always feel pushed, but not in a way where I feel in danger of injury. I always get a great workout and walk out feeling better than when I came in. My goals are always on the forefront of the coaches' minds and I have seen massive results in strength, body composition, and general feeling of wellbeing. Highly recommend Engage Personal Training!

I’ve been going to Engage Fitness for six months, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The program is grounded in the latest research on how humans respond to exercise—both physically and mentally. Physically, Engage employs weight-based movements to challenge different muscle groups. Mentally, constant introduction of new exercises keeps the brain engaged and sharp, as you’re always learning and adapting. Research increasingly supports this kind of dynamic training for its wide-ranging benefits to both body and mind. On top of that, the workouts are genuinely fun and consistently challenging. The coaches, Brandon and Errol, are very knowledgeable, warm, and encouraging. Every time I leave an Engage Fitness class, I feel a little bit stronger—and a whole lot happier.

I am an 80 year old woman who has been working out at Engage in Ardmore for over a year. I have arthritis and a paralyzed foot, so I can’t do everything that younger people can, however, Brandon, the trainer, individualizes to give me the most benefit possible. I am now strong and I have so much more energy. In addition, the atmosphere at the gym is very friendly and never intimidating. Each individual does what’s right for them and the rest of us are supportive. I feel as though I am among friends when I am at Engage. In fact, we miss each other when someone hasn’t attended a session. I wholeheartedly recommend Engage no matter how old you are.

I love the atmosphere here. As hard as it is for local gyms, these guys don’t push or oversell. It is very welcoming. If you are looking for a gym that is warm, plus designed to help you meet/exceed your goals, take a look. I can’t say enough. There isn’t a day I don’t try something new or laugh with my workout buddies over stupid life stuff. Ample parking, lots of time options.

I started training with Brandon at Engage in Ardmore in August 2024, and it has truly changed my life. As a mom, especially post-COVID, it took me years to find my way back into the fitness world. I was nervous to start again, but Brandon made it feel approachable and welcoming from the very beginning.

He’s incredibly supportive, encouraging, and knows how to make workouts fun while still pushing you to get stronger. Almost a year in, I feel healthier, more confident, and so proud of the progress I’ve made — and I actually look forward to working out now!

Beyond the amazing training, the community at Engage is great. The people who work out there are friendly, positive, and genuinely uplifting. It’s a space that feels good to walk into — no judgment, just encouragement and good energy.

The tagline says it all - Small Gym, Big Heart! Engage is a wonderful place where you can focus on getting in shape in a relaxed, non competitive atmosphere. Training sessions are a small group format but the trainer will modify and make any adjustments necessary to meet individual needs. Engage advertises itself as being for people over 40 years old and so is a great environment for older adults. You can focus on increasing your strength and overall fitness.

I think Engage fitness offers you a great workout in about an hour. You get a full body workout in that time with a series of 10 exercises. I find them challenging while not killing me. The trainers there are both knowledgeable and helpful to me when I am working out. They offer encouragement and support during the session and give you alternatives to the planned exercises when you have limitations. I highly recommend Engage Personal Fitness for a good workout.

Five stars is not enough for Engage Personal Training in Ardmore and more specifically for its team leader, Brandon. I worked with Brandon years ago and similar to my experience then, I find myself 10 pounds lighter and stronger than I have ever been. Brandon takes personal care to ensure each member has the opportunity to meet their individual goals through tailored instruction within the guidelines of a well-thought out, whole body workout program. Engage is unlike other gyms - the workouts are challenging, paced appropriately, fun and absent the intimidation factor I’ve experienced in other gyms. Brandon has helped me establish consistency, held me accountable (in a non-judgmental way) and pushed me when he knew I was ready to up the ante in my routine. The atmosphere is welcoming, there is a sense of camaraderie among members and the energy is high (even at the 5:30am class). If you’re on the fence about the thought of starting a new routine, I couldn’t recommended Engage in Ardmore more highly.

Highly recommend this place. I joined this gym as part of my rehab journey from knee surgery. Brandon has been great to work with. I feel that I am getting the supervision I need to avoid re-injuring my knee, and at the same time, the small group setting means that you don't have someone watching your every move. Between the exercises and teaching me a new way of thinking about my diet, I've lost about 25lbs and my overall fitness has really improved. The exercises are with pretty basic equipment (a lot of dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, bikes and a couple of machines), but Brandon changes up the routines frequently to keep it interesting and it is easy to work at a level of intensity that I am comfortable with.

I've been training at Engage for about 6 weeks and it's been a fantastic experience. The group training sessions are challenging but aren't at all intimidating, the structure makes them easy to follow, and coaching during the exercises helps ensure I'm doing them correctly. The commitments are also very reasonable and don't trap you into painful contracts like every other gym I've ever been to. Very happy with my experience so far!

I joined Engage Personal Training in Ardmore in August 2024. I’ve tried other local gyms- but this is the best. There are so many sessions offered every day. The workouts are intense but not daunting. There is flexibility built into every session and Brandon works individually with each member to tailor exercises to their strength and to accommodate for any injuries as needed.
Brandon stays engaged with members between sessions and makes the gym feel like a community.

I've been training with Brandon at Engage since they opened last October. Despite my initial reservations about group workouts/training, it has been a game changer for me! I've found these sessions to be incredibly effective and enjoyable. Brandon and John have a wonderful way of being both supportive and encouraging, which keeps me focused, committed, and motivated.

Each workout targets the whole body and raises the heart rate, ensuring a comprehensive fitness experience. The variety in the workouts prevents any monotony, making every session something to look forward to. Brandon have a unique ability to address each client's individual needs within the group. It almost feels like 1-on-1 training, as they really care about each of us and go out of his way to show it. Trainer John has been a wonderful edition to the program! Has upbeat attitude and huge smiles. Always make me happy even when I’m struggling through a tough exercise!

I recently joined Engage (currently my 5th week!) and have loved every minute of being a member! Even when I was first reaching out to ask about memberships and Engage’s services, Brandon was extremely nice and welcoming - more importantly, he was genuinely confident I would fit in at Engage and that he’d be able to help me on my personal fitness journey. He was absolutely right! Over the last few weeks I’ve not only experienced fat loss (my primary goal), but I’ve also noticed an increase in over all energy, a lift in mood, and I’m already feeling so much better about myself. More importantly, there is a strong sense of community at Engage. I was apprehensive to join a gym setting like this due to anxiety and being out of shape, but even my fellow members have been nothing but polite and positive. I highly recommend joining Engage! Also, special shout out to Brandon! He has continued to be encouraging and empowering - he’s not only a trainer but also an educator, teaching you about what you’re doing and ensuring safety, addressing comfort/mobility with exercises, and always has a modification or alternative exercise if you feel you can’t complete something. Engage is friendly, NOT intimidating, yet challenging. They push you just enough that you feel pretty darn proud of yourself after each session, but not so much that you can’t walk for 3 days afterwards.
I appreciate the small group size so they really focus on you and your form, and can make mods work for me.
I can’t say enough good things about the coaching by Brandon and Jon. The prices are reasonable-I feel like I’m getting the attention of a personal trainer without having to pay the fees of having one.
Equipment and space are clean and well taken care of.

I go to Engage twice a week since December. I really like the small group format: Brandon adapts the program to each person's possibilities and keeps it challenging, checks the form, gives diet recommendations. We start with stretching and go through the program at a good pace, with time to breathe. You feel helped, not pressured. The ambiance is very friendly and warm. There are many sessions and possibilities through the week and the weekend. On my side, I see the progression and the results. Once again, this is a great concept to get back or stay in shape without useless or fancy stuff. Highly recommended!

Approaching two months at Engage. I really liking it, and can fully recommend it. I have to be careful of my lower back and Brandon tuned into that and swapped out any exercises that he or I deemed dangerous. With approx max 6:1 members to trainer, Brandon is always there to suggest form improvements, while keeping costs under control. And he has cultivated an atmosphere that is very nice, very positive. Not looking to become a weight lifter, but definitely feel stronger; this is my goal. I suggest you give it a try, confident you will like it too.
