I was looking for a yoga class that wasn't just fitness. When I found Evolve Yoga and Beyond it exceeded my expectations in every way! There is an amazing community! The instructors and everyone that I met there feel like family. I am a regular there in either a yoga, sound bath or a healing session.

I took Yoga Sculplt with Lisa and I was at first hesitant being a bodybuilder if it would challenge me but boy was I proven wrong. Lisa is not only wonderful at yoga but she also understands how to challenge your muscles without going too far. She also presents concepts in a calming way which makes the exercise feel more doable. You can’t go wrong with Evolve Yoga!

I took a strength and yoga class with Lisa and Ross and it was great!! I really enjoyed the studio and Lisa is one of the best yoga teachers in the area. The studio was clean, she had all the equipment, the music was great. I’ll be back! If you’re in the Paoli area looking to try out Yoga, I definitely recommend checking Evolve 🧘

It's obvious how much Lisa cares about everyone's wellbeing and she worked hard to make sure everyone was well cared for. Lisa and her Evolve Yoga Studio are the absolutely best. Lisa's yoga flow and skill as an instructor are second to none, and she offers the most physically, emotionally, and spiritually enriching classes out there. She is so gifted in creating the perfect meditative space for everyone to practice, grow, and evolve. Couldn't speak more highly of Lisa and her studio. 10/10 recommend.

I love the various special events that this studio offers, like breathwork, soundbath, meditation, and much more! I love the vibe of the studio, and the people there are very nice, I've become good friends with some of the participants, as well as the studio owner, Lisa. It's a growing and thriving spiritual community!
