I have been a member at many gyms including: steel fitness premier, la fitness, maxx fitness, and planet fitness. This is by far the best gym I have been to if you are looking for results and are serious about your fitness journey. The trainers are excellent and in excellent condition so you know you're learning from people who know how to get into elite shape. The training is very personalized and there is a sense of community at the gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about taking their fitness to the next level and to those who want to start working out but donβt know where to start. They have excellent routines pre made and teach proper form for the work outs.

I've been to a couple group training gyms prior to coming to f13. This is the best one I've been to. The trainers are amazing! Peyton was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. He's always keeping an eye on all of us to make sure we are doing everything safely and effectively. He's extremely motivating to help you push past your limits. He holds me accountable and always makes sure I'm coming back the next day, if I miss A day he wants to know where I was π«£ I personally love that. It makes me feel like he genuinely cares about my fitness and making sure I achieve my goals. In my opinion, that's what a good trainer does. Casey is another trainer there that I've worked with who is always very helpful, making sure I'm always keeping proper technique And will throw me those necessary motivational words when I feel like I'm about to quit. He makes sure I continue to push through. These guys are solid trainers who will guarantee your success!

Iβm 72 years old, Iβve had shoulder surgeryβs and now a total knee replacement and my programs are focused on improving my overall strength, range of motion (flexibility) and building back my endurance. I just do drop ins when visiting my in-laws in Kutztown/Fleetwood once or twice a year. Originally I had planned on dropping in a different place every time, but a) no one else called or emailed back and b) this is an awesome facility with great coaches and I didnβt feel like I could have a better experience elsewhere.

Love it here. Casey and Payton are great coaches. The FitFocus classes are a well balanced mix of cardio and weightlifting as well as all ages and experience levels. In addition to a great workout, the classes are very fun because of the comradery amongst everyone.

Great gym, great group to work out with, and a really great instructor. I can see why people get obsessed with crossfit. The workouts are intense and you feel like you're getting in better shape.
Instructors are more than happy to help you learn the movements and get you into the swing of things. Members are also very helpful and welcoming.
Yes, it costs more than some gyms. But you'll get a better workout here in an hour than two hours in a gym. Plus the encouragement from the trainers and your fellow members makes it all the better.

Excellent gym and programming. I recently began an individualized training program and the results speak for themselves. The weekly program is created around my personal goals, type of workouts I enjoy, and are mindful of injury areas. The body scan allows me to track progress, gain information on my health, and questions are quickly answered by the coaches through their True Coach app. Whether I am at the gym or traveling, Coach Matt is right there working directly with me to reach my fitness goals.

I did a drop in when I was in town for work. Great price and decent coaches. Huge gym! The wods we're programmed well for an hour long class. I felt like I got my money's worth. I will be returning again next time im in town.

My first time doing cross fit and I absolutely love it. I'm not a gym person at all. But here at cross fit it's totally different u feel u working out with ur family. Atmosphere is great, u work on ur own base and everyone supports u. Both trainer's r great. I'm on my 3rd week 8 classes per month and I already Wana upgrade to the unlimited

I did the New You Program and it was awesome. I loved the girls and support we all have together. Enjoined all the 6 weeks. I'm ready to start my regular classes. Rachael is awesome!!!!!! Rob is hard but a pusher which is awesome. I love the motivate and the pushing. If you really want to get into shape and guided I would recommend this place above all. And you don't even have to be fit because you will become fit. Take the first time into a NEW YOU!!!!

I love showing up to class. The staff is great!!! If you can't do something they modify it for you. The people are all just nice. Is like coming into a family gathering. No one thinks they are better than the other. They all motivate and push eachother. If you wanna do crossfit or you are thinking about it. Go here! You wont regret it. The staff is always smiling. I can't think of one bad thing I would say about this place.

I'm about to enter my 4th week in the New You 6-week challenge, and I'm really enjoying my time there. I've belonged to many gyms, and SYR is just different. At the start of the challenge, I never did anything close to crossfit. I would walk around the gym trying to figure out the weights and different machines. What I love about this gym is the amount of one-on-one help from my coach. I also really enjoy the commraderie from the other ladies in my group and the encouragement from the other classes. They make the transistion from the challenge group to the regular classes seem not as daunting, because there are already familiar faces. My results in weight loss and body shape so far are more than I ever had on my own. My strength is increasing, and certain workouts dont seem as difficult anymore. I can't wait to see where the rest of the challenge (and beyond) will take me!

This is going to sound like an advertisement, so I'll keep it short and sweet! Purple machines, glunk alarms, and endless rows of treadmills are so not sexy. Get in here and pick up a barbell...and drop it. BAM. Instant empowerment! You don't know what you're missing until you skip your ordinary run of the mill "cardio" and "weights" and try this! Scale to your level, and have fun with it. Hell yeh you're gonna be sore! Keep at it and keep moving. This place is ego free and incredibly encouraging. Find your inner freaking athlete and just try it!
