I've never been so pleased with a fitness studio, and I've tried many in the Pittsburgh area. I've been going for about 2 months, just once or twice a week, and can already see a difference in my muscle tone. The classes are intense but manageable - you put in the effort but that's what you're there for. The instructors are so helpful without being in-your-face drill sergeants. And the atmosphere is laid back - everyone is showing up for themselves, so it doesn't feel clique-ish or intimidating.

I started with f45 when they first opened over a year ago! I've NEVER stuck with a workout studio THIS long! It's absolutely amazing! It's always changing, there's always challenges and the staff are just some wonderful knowledgeable trainers! I recommend f45 to everyone i know!!!

I have been in the F45 community for years while traveling, but south hills has been one of my favorites! The coaches are not only good coaches, but personable as well. They get to know us outside of just gym related matters; and it shows how much they care and enjoy what they do. They are also very good at reading the room and picking music to match the vibe (great skill to have)! Other than the coaches, I have been able to find life long friendships here. Not just the normal "gym buddy", but real friends that keep me sane as well as keep me laughing both in and out of the gym. I'd highly recommend f45 south hills if you want, not just a gym, but a community that supports you as a person and not just as a member!

By far best bang for your buck & time! Where do I even begin? I have been all over the tri state area when it comes to gyms, studios and exploring the wellness scene. F45 offers what everyone is looking for- consistency, quick yet effective workouts, trained coaches to help with form (who are so friendly & make it fun), a community and ACCESSIBILITY! Huge for anyone who travels- I love their unlimited monthly and Passport program where I can drop in to studios around the country up to 6x per month at no additional cost. 45 min truly flies and love how much I feel SAFE pushing my limits when it comes to both strength training and cardio. If you want to not overthink a workout, get it done quickly, and actually enjoy your experience - look no further. Love love love me some F45!

F45 is the best! The workouts are well planned, so you know you’ll have a great experience no matter which location or which instructor you have! The south hills location is bright and clean, the instructors are knowledgeable and fun, and the music always makes me forget it’s a hard workout. The instructors also know everyone’s name, which is so impressive! I felt welcome from day 1. And I’ve met lots of new friends! Such a great community!

I’ve been a member of F45 South Hills since opening day and I am so glad a joined. I had a lot of doubts about group fitness and committing to a monthly membership, but I am glad I gave it a shot. It is worth every penny. Coming from strength training individually at private gyms with little cardio to functional training as a group with high intensity was a fun switch. It’s so easy for me to get up and go and I feel so lucky to be able to look forward to seeing friends everyday- coaches and members included. The locations is great for me- parking is easy, the studio keeps your belongings safe, there is plenty of space for full classes, the shower and changing space is clean and well kept and there is a good variety of class times. The classes are programmed in an optimal way to build strength, endurance, mobility, and power throughout the year. It’s wonderful to take the planning out and trust that the experts are going to give you a 10/10 workout every single time.

F45 South Hills is a fantastic place to workout! Staff is friendly and the studio is very clean. Lots of free parking available. The space is huge so even a big class there is lots of room to move! I really love the different classes so you never get bored. After 8 years of CrossFit my body needed something a little less stressful. F45 fits the bill. You can make it as hard as you want or as easy as you need. It’s great for all levels. Thanks f45 for a fun and challenging place to workout!

What a great experience! I LOVE F45, and we had an amazing workout here. Beautiful facility with large, nice, clean showers, a trainer who really brought the energy to class and challenged us during the class. Easy parking and access. Left the class on an endorphin HIGH. Can't wait to go again!

Love the 1 on 1 personal training in a fun energetic group setting. All of the trainers at the South Hills studio are encouraging and helpful!
