I randomly came across F45 through a THON fundraiser for an organization I am part of, and had so much fun at the session! I decided to try the free trial and became hooked. Started my f45 trip 07/2022. For someone who have never tried systematically training before, f45 is really a good start.
Met with JR and Emily at the beginning and more friendly coaches join in now. I must say i cannot lost 10kg during 6 months without f45βs help. Even though I get back to where I started because holidays but I am confident to gain more muscles and lose fat from now on.
Definitely 200 out of 100. Have already introduced one of my friend to join in and we really have a great time here.
They offer challenges and inbody scans. This was also my reason to choose f45 at the very first time. They locate in downtown, close to classrooms. Truly convenient for me as a college students.

I discovered F45 towards the end of 2022 and I have been really pleased with my workouts there thus far. The classes are an awesome supplement to my normal repertoire of running and at-home strength training, and the staff has been super helpful with making modification suggestions as I return to activity post-knee surgery. The clientele is a mix of college students and us "older" folks, and I find the environment really welcoming and encouraging.

I decided to try f45 because I needed a change and wanted to be held accountable each time I worked out. The first day I attended, all of the staff members were very welcoming and informative on how the class would work, as well getting to know my background with past injuries, prior sports that Iβve played, and exercise experience. JR is very helpful throughout each workout, walking around making sure everyone has correct form and really pushing themselves. Working out here 2 times a week currently really holds me accountable and I feel like Iβm pushing myself both physically and mentally! Iβd recommend f45 State College to anyone and everyone!

I just started going to F45 about two weeks ago and I love it! The instructors demonstrate how to do the fitness workout correctly and help you master the form yourself. It is a fast paced workout with a bunch of different moves that hit different parts of the body!

Iβve been going to F45 since the first week of May 2022, and everything has been awesome! The variety of the classes and the general atmosphere make the workouts super fun! 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time, and youβre definitely feeling it by the end. All of the coaches are very encouraging, and provide pointers for improving form or modifications if you need them. Four months into my F45 journey, I still look forward to going in when I wake up early in the morning. Iβve made some great friends during this time, and Iβve reached personal fitness goals that I didnβt think were achievable over such a short amount of time. F45 got me out of my fitness rut, and thereβs no looking back!

I recently graduated from Penn State in the spring and I am honestly the most upset about leaving my F45 family!!! I had been going to F45 for three years and still got upset if I had to skip a day. The energy is amazing, the trainers are super helpful and encouraging, and constantly pushed me to give it my all every time I stepped through the door. It was never a chore to get my work out in, it was 45 minutes of my day that I looked forward to. It is the quickest and most efficient work out. Since my competitive gymnastics career ended in May, Iβve tried to find something to fill that void. I finally found F45, which is challenging but something that I love doing and am motivated to do! I love the team atmosphere and the coaches in SC are awesome and always push you to leave the studio being a little better than you came in. The moves at each station can be adapted for any fitness level or limitations you may have, which being limited to impact due to an old injury is something I love. The coaches are willing to work with you and give you the best workout to help you achieve your goals! I stop in for a class or two every time Iβm in SC.

The workouts are all circuit based, with a huge variety between weights, cardio, body weight resistente, etc. it never gets boring. Great for beginners and advanced alike as itβs easy to modify the workouts to your level.

F45 is great for circuit training, but that is all that you can do there. So if you are looking to do some traditional lifting or cardio (run,bike, elliptical) this place is not for you. The circuits are different every day of the week with a lot of burpee and deadlift action. Makes for a great sweaty workout session.

I just recently started going to F45, and I am very impressed with the workouts. They change regularly so you will never get bored of the exercises. The classes are structured with work and test intervals, which make them go fairly quickly. The music gets you pumped up, and the instructors cheer you on while you work. Since I declared 2019 was going to be all about me, I went out of my comfort zone and joined F45 in State College. I am 51 years old, a cancer survivor, and have 4 screws in my lower back. The work that I am doing at this gym is nothing short of amazing. I am doing the strength workouts right now, saving cardio until I get a bit stronger. I do the exercises to the best of my ability and modify them as needed. I can feel myself getting stronger every day. Everyone there is very encouraging and supportive! I enjoy going to the classes and am looking forward to what the next few months will bring!

Did the 6 week challenge, lost 7% body fat amd 18lbs only going to 4 classes a week and following their meal plan which was pretty easy to follow. The classes are fun and go by fast. They seem complicated the first few times but instructors definitely help you out and know everyone by name. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? I honestly can't say enough good things about F45. After a really long, cold winter, I decided I needed to switch up my workout routine and signed myself up for the F45 6 Week Challenge. After only a few classes, I was hooked! Not only did I lose weight and build lean muscle, but I noticed a massive improvement in my energy and overall health.
Here are a few other reasons I am a fan and believer in F45. I love that each workout is different and challenges you in unique ways. My favorite part about being an F45 member is the incredible staff. They are beyond supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, I have been hesitant to try out new gyms because there is a certain intimidation factor. I have never felt like this at F45. I also appreciate that they have classes throughout the day which makes it incredibly convenient

My first week at f45 was great. The trainers are so kind and helpful and create such a comfortable environment to workout in. By the end of the week the trainers knew my name and would cheer me on throughout the workout which was very encouraging. The workouts themselves are challenging at times but i liked how they are always displayed on the screens if you get confused. This is my first time attending a group training class. The workouts are challenging and pushed me to work really hard. It is also a lot of fun to do the class with some friends! The trainers are very helpful and supportive. Sometimes in the larger classes it seems a little harder for them to focus on individuals and make sure they are doing the movements correctly, but the monitors display the proper form throughout the entire workout. If you want to get a solid workout in a short amount of time, F45 is the place to go!

Love, Love Love! The trainers are awesome, so motivational and helpful when you need to modify. I was scared to get a package with F45 because I have an injured/weak right knee however, they made me really comfortable with asking them to help me modify. Ever since I stated, my knee has gotten stronger and stronger each day making me confident about going back. Thanks F45 and I am excited to see the progress I will hopefully make at the end of the semester.

I first went to F45 when they first opened and loved getting a total body work-out in just 45 minutes! I moved a distance outside of town and it makes it difficult to get in for a class with my work schedule. Yesterday I had the day off work and was looking for an intense workout that I could do and F45 came to mind! I work out 6 days a week normally with a combination of HIIT, Cycling and Weight-Lifting but there is nothing quite like an F45 class to challenge your mind and body. The instructors were so motivating and kept the full class on track for a killer 45 minutes! Thank you to JR and his training staff. You guys are awesome!

As a college student, I find it extremely hard to make time to go to the gym with such a busy schedule. F45 helped me commit to a gym routine that I can stick with while still managing a rigorous course load. Also, F45 workouts are much better than any workout I could put together on my own. The BEST fitness studio I've ever tried!!!!!!!! There are a number of things I love about F45. I love everything single workout routine they offer, everyday the workout is different, and they keep bringing in new classes with different combination. I like the music and the trainers there, they are always so encouraging and motivating, just enough to help you get through the entire thing and push you to your limits. I also like the fact that it's challenging but at the same time we have the flexibility to tailor it a bit based on our own ability. I also like their 2-week free trail, it makes the decision a lot easier by having tried it first-hand. I started out feeling so exhausted every time and that it may be too hard for me, but a couple weeks in, now I am doing it 4-6 days a week. If you are hesitating, just do the trail and you will know if this is right for you!

This gym experience is like no other! As a former gymnast, I love a challenging workout. Before going in I was scared I would be intimidated by both the exercises and the other members, but I was soon proven wrong after my first class. Even though the workouts are hard, everyone is pushing each other to do their best work. All the instructors are encouraging without being mean, and everyone congratulates each other after the workout is done. Modifications arenβt looked down upon because either as everyone has their own levels of fitness. If youβre wary about the level of work, I would highly suggest the 1 week free trial. All in all great place to go if youβre looking for a challenging workout and a great rush of endorphins afterwards!
