Fit 4 Boxing is amazing! I look forward to attending classes multiple times a week! Many different class times, make it easy to attend with my busy mom schedule. I have been going to Fit for Boxing club for the last 2 years. It's a great place to get you in shape and keep fit. Equally important is that the staff is very attentive and that they will go out of their way to teach you the correct boxing methodology. I can't say enough about their boxing program.

I joined Fit 4 a few years ago, had to move for work, and when returning to the area I was excited to come back to Fit 4! On your first class, the trainer introduces themselves to you and reviews the punches with you/how the class works, and will help you during the class need be. All of the staff is very welcoming and you can just feel that they want to see you succeed and have fun with it! In short, I love this class, the time flies by, every day there is a different instructor, different variations, fun music to keep you moving, I truly get my sweat on and stress out from the work day!

You really have to try Fit 4 Boxing to understand how great it is!
Each and every person you come into contact with is friendly and truly caring. There are convenient sessions for every schedule and you can set your own pace as the instructors will always give modification options.

I have Parkinson’s Disease. My neurologist highly recommended joining this club to help me improve my motor and movement skills as well as my mental and concentration skills. I have been to both of their locations – Hampton Township and Murrysville. Each facility is modern, clean and well-appointed with equipment. Rich the owner and his very capable staff are friendly, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and funny. They have created a welcoming, no pressure, ‘family environment’ that fosters a let’s workout and yet, at the same time, have some fun. With their large variety of exercises and drills (no two classes are the same), the staff pushes members to further improve their strengths and skills, while at the same time, respecting and supporting each member’s abilities and limitations. Lastly, I tip my hat to the staff’s constant concern for member’s safety and well-being. I feel that I have greatly benefited from the classes and highly recommended them.

I cannot say enough about the Fit 4 Boxing Club. My husband has Parkinsons and this club keeps him as physically fit as possible while giveing him important information for his well being. The love and concern shown by each and every one of the staff is exceptional. I am so greatful for the day we walked in the door and I hope that anyone else out there who might be in need of some good exercise and inspiration checks this out.

I boxed at Fit4 for about 2 years while I lived in the Pittsburgh area. We moved across the state to Allentown, PA and I had to stop attending.
I found another boxing gym after about a year and I have to say, I really missed the "family" that were the owners and trainers at Fit4.
Then COVID hit. Gyms closed. I was DETERMINED to meet my fitness goals. I watched Fit4 keep the fire alive by recording short workout videos live and posting online; recorded from their living room, garage, an empty gym... for their patrons, their friends, their gym "family"... so we could keep our health and fitness going. They were, and are, so passionate about what they do and this motivated me even more!
And now they have an online presence and I rejoined! They have SO many videos in their library that THEY have recorded; from 15 Rounds, 8 Rounds, core, legs, and each one feels like they are talking to ME, cheering ME along, motivating ME to do that last push up, hold the last 20 seconds on a plank, push it to the bell with a 1-2 burnout.
I highly recommend joining. They are attentive in-person and helpful in showing modifications if needed and they talk to you during the on-line trainings to let you know that you DO matter and they DO care that you are out there giving your best and your all! And if you call or email, they respond right away.

Having no previous boxing experience, I was a little apprehensive going to my first class, but the friendly staff and other class participants welcomed me with open arms and quickly went over the basics before starting my first session. I was immediately hooked (no pun intended). Now after several months, I can't wait for boxing day! The sessions are challenging and always changing to prevent boredom or getting into a rut of the same old routine. The staff is knowledgeable and provide great motivation at every class. The facility is very clean and well maintained. With or without previous boxing experience, If you want an exciting, challenging workout then Fit 4 Boxing Club is for you.

Would have liked to give a good review, but no can do. Only it said this place was open, drove about 40 minutes to get there and it was closed. Called left message with my number to know when there will be actually open......no return call. If I can waste my time and money to go there, I don't think it's to much to ask for a return call. I was in a terrible accident in 2001. I lost my leg and had a crushed pelvis. I had several other broken bones as well. Enough about my accident.
The doctor told me to get a good gym membership and work out. I did, several times, several gyms ,but got bored and stopped within a month.
I recently moved to this area and tried Fit4 Boxing. It is addictive! Truthfully, I can’t wait to get there everyday. Rich, Brett, Jess and Joyce and really all the staff make the workout fun! I feel better than I ever have after any workout.
The people that go there are the best. I am most impressed how some of the girls box!
They are really good.! You wouldn’t want to make any of them mad at a bar !
One other thing. I mentioned Joyce above as a instructor. Her husband actually boxed at the River’s in match! I wish I had that courage!!!

Was very intimidated to give this a try. Boy was I wrong! The workout is different with each instructor, and YOU modify to your ability! The energy in the gym is awesome, the instructors are friendly and leaving each workout you are always happy that you made the effort to get there. Highly recommend for all fitness levels.

I took an introductory class in April and instantly joined. The boxing classes are so much FUN and addicting! I now come 6-7 days a week and have yet to get bored! The instructors are SO motivating! As far as the members, you couldn't ask for a better group of people to work out with. Everyone is friendly and it doesn't matter what level of fitness you're currently at you take it at your own pace. From beginner to advanced you will get an awesome workout! Working out has never been so much fun!!!

Fit 4 Boxing is fantastic. A typical workout looks similar to:
Walking into a bright (even at 5:00AM) welcoming area, complete with storage cubbies, sitting area, and welcome desk. There are actual lockers as well, located in the back of the gym.
Then you put on your hand wraps for protection, usually in front of the heavy bag of your choice.
When the class is scheduled to start, the instructor will que up music and begin with light group stretching for 3 minutes, round 1.
Then you will go through 6 minutes of warm up, starting slow and gradually getting more intense. Rounds 2 and 3.
Round 4 will begin the boxing portion of the workout. At 3 minutes per round, the sweat begins to flow around round 5 and won't stop through round 12. There is an optional 1 minute break between rounds, or a 30 second working break, 30 second resting break.
Core work begins round 13. 6 minutes of core work after the HIIT boxing crushes your abs and chest.
And round 15 is another round of stretching to wrap up you 60 minute workout.
Everything is instructor lead and at your own pace, and modifiable. People of all athletic level, age, and size can complete the work.
The first class is free, and your equipment is free as well. They do have hand wraps, various style of boxing gloves, and heart rate monitors available for purchase.

I went to the free week with my teenage son, at the Murrysville location, in January. He wanted to join his friend to check it out, and since I had to wait to drive him home, I did the free class too! Why not?
I knew very well I would not join as I never was and never would be a group class person! Well guess what? Eight months and over 150 classes later, I am able to do things I never thought possible. From planks to punching, sit ups to sprawls and more. I am stronger than ever and feel better than ever and I love it!
The class is fun, energizing and the hour goes by quickly. No two classes are the same! You can modify anything to your own fitness level. The instructors are helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable and energetic!
I look forward to coming each time, not only for the great workout and instructors, but I also enjoy seeing the other members, even though I THOUGHT I was NOT a group workout person. I highly recommend Fit4Boxing. It is definitely worth trying out! The first class is always free and certain times they offer a free week!

Quick shout out to Fit 4 Boxing. If you are looking for a great place to work out this is the place..... I joined in January 2019 and can not say enough about the environment and members. The coaches are amazing and motivate everyone in class regardless of your fitness level. Come try it out and you will HOOKED.... The work done to help those with Parkinson's Disease is above the mark... The Rock Steady classes are so important to this population. I am happy to be a part of Fit 4 Boxing....Thanks guys

This is an awesome workout....way better than running on the treadmill or lifting weights. Rich and Brett make the classes really fun. They push you hard thru all the rounds and encourage you the right way....with positive feedback and encouragement...
I strongly recommend if you want to see changes in your body....you owe it to yourself to get in shape this way. I am already seeing results in less than 4 weeks.

I brought my fiancé and daughter in for a class, since the first class is free, and we loved the place. The trainers are friendly and remember your name and encourage you as they help your technique. Rich, the owner, is an experienced boxer but the gym is all about training and fitness, not fighting. They keep the gym clean. You see men and women of all ages (from 14 to 72 that I've seen) and fitness levels in the classes. High Intensity Interval Training is good for you, give it a try. I signed up for a six month unlimited membership after the first class.
