I had plateaued a bit in my golf game and was looking for ways to move closer to a single digit handicap. I received an email about FitGolf via my Golf Association of Philadelphia membership and visited Jason Rivkin for an evaluation. I decided to enroll and have been pleased with the results. Jason works closely with my golf instructor (Nick Biondi) and I'm hitting my tee shots 10-15 yards longer and have gained more confidence in my irons. My playing partners have noticed the difference! It's important to know that you have to be disciplined and do the exercises that Jason provides (20-30 minutes, 3-5 times per week), but if you do, results will follow.

Wonderful experience!
As a senior golfer in my early 60’s, I have back, neck, hip & shoulder pain. I was looking for help to reduce pain during and after golf, and to improve my body’s strength and flexibility to allow me to play more golf with less pain in the future. As a result of their 10-visit “Master’s Program”, my pain has been reduced, I can play more golf, and my ball-striking has improved due to a stronger core, stronger glutes, better balance and improved flexibility.
The program was customized to my specific situation and physical limitations. My FitGolf coach (Jason) measured my improvement and gave me customized exercises designed to help me progress as quickly as possible. He made adjustments throughout the process to accommodate my compromised hip and shoulder, and genuinely cared about my progress. I highly recommend Jason and his team at FitGolf!

I’m old enough to be retired. Working with FitGolf reduced my lower back pain to almost nothing. I play more often with less pain. I recovered distance, both driving and with my irons, I thought was lost to age. Wish I’d done this when I was younger, but glad I did it at all.

I would highly recommend FitGolf in Conshohocken. Jason is great to work with and really tailors the program to your needs. I think golf fitness is an overlooked area to improve your game. If I can't make the proper body movements on it's own, I can't expect to do them with a club and on a course. The program has definitely helped me. I can move my hips and shoulders independently, improved my range of motion and the k-vest helped me understand my swing sequencing. I am looking forward to this season and seeing the improvements!

FitGolf had been a game changer for me after I had some back and shoulder injuries. Jason put together and executed a progressive plan to deal with the injuries and improve my flexibility, rotation and strength. I don't wake up hunched over, I've been able to walk the golf course again (even carried a few times) and broke 80 again. Highly recommended.

I wanted to give a bit of background on myself first. I am 61 and am in pretty good shape but was sore after 18 holes of golf. I am an 8 handicap but loosing distance. Got new clubs from my local pro that helped but was not happy with my distance. I saw fit golf and decided to give it a try. I went 1 time per month and did the stuff Jason told me to do everyday for 5 months. It has really helped my body from being sore but also my game has improved. I played on a golf trip 36 per day for 4 straight days and was never sore. I know my distance has improved but it is still cold out and I can’t really tell by how much yet. I will update this when the warmer weather comes. Jason was very nice and helpful. Alway answered questions. Appointments were easy to arrange. It was a great experience. I will stop seeing him for the summer continue the exercise and just play golf. Then in the fall I will go back and we will work on the next step to gain speed. I feel with this fitness program I will be able to play at a high level for a long time. This is well worth the time and money!!

I went through a couple months of training with Josh and the results were fantastic. We worked on my goals from the very beginning and by the end of the 3 month mark and my re-evaluation, I was able to achieve the majority of my goals. There is a time commitment aspect to doing things on your own, but if you are committed, you will achieve the results you set out for. I went in to gain more strength and endurance while playing (back / hip problems) and all of my physical pain was mitigated over the time spent with Josh. Very happy with my results!

I took the 10 appt, individualized package. well worth the cost. 90% of the work involved improving body flexibility and strength. after adhering to my individual program for almost 4 months, my flexibility and core strength have greatly improved and am hitting my clubs 10 to 15 yards further. Jason was a great teacher and explained everything fully. This is a great program.

I am a senior golfer and I have worked with Jason for the past 3 years. Usually my sessions are during the winter months. Each year Jason has develop an individual program of strength training, balance and coordination and also swing analysis
Jason is great in training me such that I have improved in all the areas he worked on. Most improved are my balance and swing. As a result my handicap has dropped my 5

I played a lot of golf starting in my teens thru my mid-forties, but very little after. A couple of years back after retiring for the third time I thought I would try to learn to play this game correctly. I started to play again, took lessons and then recently got an email from GAP offering a free ½ hour evaluation with FitGolf . I was sold. In addition to improved flexibility and balance which led to much better ball striking and YES more distance. Now at age 78 if I don’t shoot my age I have not had a good day. THANK YOU Jason!

I’ve been working with Jason at FitGolf for about 5 years. I started going to see Jason after I retired to increase my flexibility, build a better core, ensure a proper and consistent golf swing, and help me to move my weight through the ball gaining distance. I have lowered my overall handicap down to single digits with better swing mechanics, better core strength, flexibility, and consistency. I have even been able to shoot my age, one of my long-term goals. I have gone to several golf pros over the years, but none provided me with clear feedback on how to hit through the ball consistently. The diagnostic equipment Jason uses easily shows what I need to change to gain proper mechanics and consistency in my golf swing. I highly recommend Jason and FitGolf to improve your golf swing and enjoy the game of golf and get a fit body. I only wish I had started the program sooner.

I came in to help my golf and David and his team were able to help me analyze and work on my strength and flexibility targeting my golf swing. David also identified physical issues with my shoulder and hip that required medical remediation which helped me for life, not just golf.
