I'm really excited about this studio that recently opened in Malvern. They offer spin, strength/tone, and yoga options, and I have tried the first two and loved them both. The studio is spacious, clean, and welcoming, featuring 3 separate studio spaces, a large lobby, 2 bathrooms, and 2 spacious showers. The owner, Kristina, is extremely accommodating and even added a class in the morning that worked for my schedule to try the studio. I think it's a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

I’ve recently shifted my workout routine to focus more on mobility and flexibility rather than just strength. In 2024, I began exploring yoga and started with Yin. I recently joined FitMix Studio specifically for the Yin class and have learned so much from Heather, the instructor. Yin Yoga has been an excellent complement to my fitness regimen—it’s greatly improved my tendons and ligaments through the extended 3-minute poses, as well as the insightful guidance Heather provides before, during, and after class.
I continue to practice Yin Yoga and have now added the FitMix Power Yoga class to my routine. The pace and flow are just right for me, and it’s been a fantastic boost to my strength, breathing, and flexibility.
FitMix Studios’ yoga classes and instructors get fives stars from me—highly recommended.

In addition to yoga I just completed week 11 of Fitmix Strength & HIIT classes after years and years of going to the “traditional gym” to lift weights. I tend to resist change when it comes to working out but my body and my mind were telling me to try something different to see what results could be achieved. I take Kristina’s Upper Cut and HIIT Sweat Sculpt Repeat classes each week. Kristina said to give it 12 weeks to see results but after week 10 weeks I have lost 4.2 lbs and am seeing muscle tone and definition I wasn’t accomplishing “in the gym.” Kristina’s classes keep you moving with short rest intervals between sets that incorporate BOSU, dumbbells, TRX, and bands. Upper Cut focuses on the upper body and abs with 45 seconds of repetitions and 15 seconds of rest. The HIIT Sweat Sculpt Repeat class incorporates the same timing but intense cardiovascular movements are added to the strength building component of the class. If sweat is an indicator of results then these classes are working! The classes are 45 minutes with clear instruction and great motivating music. A warm up kicks off the classes and stretching is done at the end. I like that both classes keep you moving and a complete class that shows measurable results is done in 45 minutes. I can’t wait to see what results I see in the next 11 weeks. If you’re looking to transform your body and see results check these classes out!

This studio is absolutely amazing, and Kristina is by far my favorite spin instructor on the Main Line. Her classes are always so much fun and motivating, and she really knows how to push you to your limits in the best way. The workouts are challenging, but they’re always tailored to help you improve and feel strong, no matter your fitness level. Kristina’s energy is infectious, and her playlists are full of upbeat and motivating songs. I always leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on the rest of my day. Highly recommend this studio!

Best studio on the main line by far! Kristina (the owner) is so sweet and experienced and the other staff are so kind as well. Really good prices given its location on the main line. Overall such a hype and positive vibe, definitely check it out!!!
