Joined this gym a month ago. I usually go on off times in the afternoon and it's quiet and well maintained. Gym patrons are polite and well behaved. My Only gripe is there were a lot of fees signing up.

Since 2009 our family has been welcomed and encouraged by the staff at Fitness 1440..
We are welcomed by Denise at the door, always with a kind word and motivating us to get our workout in.
The equipment and facility is clean and well maintained, as well as the bathrooms!
If you are interested in a local gym, with fun classes and a good small town vibe,
this is your place!

I can’t say enough great things about the management at Fitness 1440 in Beaver Falls, especially Denise. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that the facility runs like a well-oiled machine—and that’s thanks to the incredible dedication behind the scenes from Denise and team.

Denise is professional, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping patrons feel welcomed and encouraged. She’s always on top of things—whether it’s maintaining a clean, welcoming space, ensuring the equipment is in perfect condition, or making sure members feel supported and heard. Denise genuinely takes time to get to know the members personally, which creates an awesome community vibe that you don’t find everywhere.

The entire staff’s dedication really sets this gym apart. If you’re looking for a place where you feel motivated, respected, and part of a team, this is it—thanks to Denise and team!

This rating is based on the equipment for fitness available. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. Some stuff could use an upgrade. Aside from that, the people who run it and go there are friendly. It gets busy in the evenings sometimes but it's not bad.

Fitness 1440 is an awesome fitness center. The staff, especially Denise and Heather, is very friendly and helpful. All the machines I need are here from weights to aerobics to step climbing. I can use the fitness center when staff isn’t working which is helpful sometimes. Thank you Fitness 1440

The staff are amazing ,the classes are great they teach you form, motivation with kind words, they are always cueing you in to see if anything is hurting and if it is they fix you also if you can’t do something the instructor alway uses a modifier for you so your always included all ages are welcomed ,we have a blast exercising is fun !!!

Fitness 1440 with my Physical Trainer Heather who has been helping me on certain exercises and showing me how & where needed to work on the machines that can gain my strength back since my car accident in May 2024. She actually helps with exactly what’s needed to build up my endurance to that level of confidence needed. Her showing me those areas will help me out many ways. Thanks Heather much appreciated.
