This gym is EXACTLY what I was looking for as far as amenities and environment. They offer classes pretty much daily, and the Boot Camp classes are awesome as they’re more personalized and can tailor to individuals needs and abilities more.

Matt took the time to explain everything and show me around. Upon joining he took the time to even help and make sure the app was set up and working.

Biggest pros: sauna, customizable shakes (with a frequent buyer program, who doesn’t like free stuff?), variety of classes, local/family owned, many choices of equipment (including heavy weight lighting bars/racks I’ve never seen before in my life), serious but welcoming environment/staff!

Cons: I really can only think of 1 which is just aesthetic, but it’s a gym. The goal is to work out, not worry about the color scheme, lol. New equipment is very expensive and their price point is affordable, so I’d prefer to have the affordable price point 🤷🏻‍♂️

I got to know the owners well. I had a membership for about a year. I came in primarily at night and would want energy drinks from their fridge and they had a sign out sheet for it to pay. I was told I could take them without paying the same day because I was a regular. As soon as the drinks I had (3-4) I had to pay for I got a phone call saying my membership was canceled and they called the police to trespass me, and to never come back.

They don’t care about you.

Been going here for close to a month now, and it's been nothing but positive. It's clean, everyone in there including the employees are friendly, it has about every fitness machine you could want with the addition of a sauna, tanning room, and smoothie bar. Id definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to start out.

I spent about 8 months at this gym while looking for a job after graduate school. Matt was extremely nice and helpful from the moment I first stepped into the gym. He immediately remembered my name and was always willing to help with anything I needed. The gym has just about all the equipment you could ever want and I have had nothing but good interactions with other members. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

I can't believe I have neglected to comment on gym before now. This is a great gym located right in my neighborhood, very clean and well kept! There is absolutely no nonsense allowed, anyone should feel safe here. 24 hour access is great! They also make a fantastic smoothie.

My favorite gym. Has dumbbells up to 150. 4 power racks. Deadlift platform. Assisted unrack bench press. Variety of bars like Buffalo, deadlift, trap, and saftey. Separate power lifting room with a giant Bluetooth speaker you can connect your phone to. Turf strip. Infrared sauna. The owners are great and it’s affordable.

I just joined this gym in September 2022 and couldn’t be more impressed! The 24 hour access is the BEST! I wish I would have joined sooner 💯 In addition to that, I’ve been a member at MULTIPLE gyms in York and this is by far the cleanest 🧼 There’s also a great variety of lifting equipment and a group fitness room for when I’d like to get my practice on 😏 The owners are accommodating and friendly and other members are also there to work hard with a majority helping to keep the place clean 🙌🏼 Would definitely recommend a friend = 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The good: Clean gym, not terribly crowded

The bad: They 100% do not keep to their staffed hours. About a dozen times there have been incidents where my key card hasn’t worked during “staffed” hours, yet no one has been there to let me in. Other times I have forgotten my card during “staffed” hours, called the numbers listed on the door, only to have them go to voicemail. This is a bad business practice and incredibly inconvenient to customers. This is not a 5 to 10 minute late ordeal. I’m typing this now, sitting in my car at almost 10AM on a Sunday. Their “staffed” hours begin at 8AM.
The second thing is old equipment that has rips and tears in it. Not a huge deal and doesn’t weigh too much on my opinion here.

Well I rated this 3 stars and owner kicked me out as I explain to him as when I joined he said his gym is the best and they plan to get more equipment over the yr. Well I haven't seen that one bit. Plus iv tried to help them out by putting other ppl weights away to help them keep a organize well kept gym but I guess that wasn't appreciated enough and I would tell them when stuff was empty or low as others just would let it empty and not say anything and let other ppl deal with it. But also told them a few times about the safety of there tanning beds as there not cleaned inside and have dust build up which the uv ray can't get though as well and limit ppl tans and there other bed has or always seems to have exposed wires which they don't seem to care or they would fix the right way. And comments I always hear from him is go ahead let them she me let them try. He has no idea about code enforcement as they could come in find 1 thing wrong and just shut them down just like that . Which I tired to help them out by pointing it out but they never seem to care. Or At least the one owner Greg never did Matt would look into it . And Trevor was the best which we don't know what the real rumor was why he left as there was so many flying around the gym . But we kept that to ourselves. Cause who want drama. Just a shame he left or was gone . But any this was reason I rated it 3stars now from a 4 stars as I don't rate ppl 5 cause no ones perfect . But according to Greg his gym is the best and really isn't. As I'm sure others would say same. Honestly I don't have much negative to say about this place as what I said is just what iv seen or heard over the yr iv Been going and well now iv been kicked out due to this rated 3 stars which is b's as it's freedom of speech. Shows how mature the owner is . Just saying. as you can see i did not ask to close my acct . i was asked to leave only cause i rated there place a 3 . i never said i was unhappy . i was explaining to him what others where complaining about and he didnt want to hear it so he had to remove me or i guess bully me out like he does his own parents i guess . his loose plus made my wifes acct void and she had nothing to do with my rating and then you all dont want to give her back the money she spent for just paying her monthly dues .lol i hope you dont forget where she works cause she aint done with her part as i think you made her really mad lol. also just pretty bad when a place cant take criticism about things that they need to improve about there place and when you post it you dont like it so you block it so others cant see it well i still have it and ill copy and paste and tag the business name and put in all my social media sites there is . plus wife knows a few ppl at WGAL 8 and you never know what she might do cause she said thats sorta consider a theft of deception that you did on her .
