My son Brett, is autistic and is a Special Olympic Athlete. He absolutely loves going to work out here. The staff is great and Chris is an exceptionally caring person. I would highly recommend Fitness 4 Focus. I am so grateful and happy that it is so close and that he looks forward to each day he is there

Fitness 4 Focus is one of a kind! Our son has been attending the gym for over 10 years. They have amazing trainers who treat the athletes with love and respect, developing wonderful relationships while encouraging them to work hard and improve their independence. It is truly a unique place.

My son Joshua Pio has been with Chris for a year now and our experience has been awesome. The owner is very kind and exceptionally good with special kids. A phenomenal person with a mission of “pursuing independence through fitness” with franchises mushrooming nationwide. We definitely will highly recommend this gym to anyone with special needs….

My son is autistic and loves to go to Fitness 4 Focus. He doesn't speak much, but will ask to go to Focus and always runs to the building when we arrive. Everyone there does such an excellent job with my son. A great place and I can't recommend it enough.

My daughter has attended Fitness 4 Focus for 7 years now. She started when she was 6 and just turned 13. She has loved her time there with her trainers and the friends she has made along the way. Chris and the trainers really care about their athletes and watching them grow.

My son loves it there, Alec is a great guy that works with my son. So patient and encouraging. Chris the guy who started the gym is an awesome guy too. They really care about your family member helping them improve themselves.
