This is the place to be to work out! If you're new in getting into fitness or whether you've been doing fitness all your life, this gym has it all (cardio, free weights, fitness machines, etc.). Plus, the customers and the owner are super polite.

If you enjoy a no nonsense 24 hour local gym then this is the place. You won't find tanning beds, but there is cardio, machines and free weights. Did I mention it's 24 hours?
In 2022 the older weight machines have been replaced with newer models. Very nice that enhancements are being made without raising prices. Great place.

When I lived in Pa. This gym was my main gym. Intimate environment with Hardcore equipment for serious trainers!!!!! Also open 24 hrs!!!

I have been going here for a while now and they are open 24/7, so I can work out whenever I have time. Plus they are so much relaxing then other gyms because of their contracts.

This gym is not state of the art, but it has everything you need, it's clean, and the people are all sizes and fitness levels so you aren't feeling insecure. It's 24 hour access and there's always a machine open, even when it's busy!

Great facility for a very reasonable rate. No contracts or any other hoops to jump through with joining. Everything was kept clean and them being open 24/7 was very convenient. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a gym.
