I started taking classes at FlipDog in January 2025 as a total beginner and I’m so glad I gave this studio a try. I really appreciate the flexible schedule options, the intimate class sizes and the supportive community. I feel welcome to make modifications depending on what my body needs and I always leave feeling more connected and proud of what I’ve accomplished. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great workout with a fantastic community feel.

Best Pilates studio in the whole area. Been going since 2021 and from day 1 was welcomed with such warmth support encouragement and be my best. Vicki was always so positive, both challenged and personally accommodated to my needs, making me stronger each week. Amazing. Since Tricia has taken over the studio as owner it's expanded in many fabulous ways offering more varied classes, workshops and community events with some new and wonderful teachers. Every teacher gives personal attention with the best energy. If you have any medical issues it is better than PT. It has become my community with the other clients also care about each other, friendly. Overall incredible positive energy on every level. Let's celebrate Tricia's birthday by continuing to support the studio. Happy birthday Tricia 💗

I started coming to flip dog at about the same time that Tricia became the owner. The classes were just what I needed to keep me moving and in shape. While I had to step away for a while, I was able to see via social media and the monthly newsletters, how the business has evolved, including the expanision of the schedule and a variety of new program offerings. Plus, Tricia's connections with other local businesses and community programs has added an impacting feature that makes you want to be onvolved with flip dog!. I'm now back and boy have I been reminded about how I need this in my life!

All the instructors are welcoming and are great at correcting the moves. I have been to other Pilates studios and Flip Dog Pilates is more focused on form and technique. I would recommend the studio to anyone who wants to try Pilates.

I started Pilates about six months ago, a little unsure of what to expect, and it's now become a part of my weekly routine! Brooke is absolutely amazing - she's patient, encouraging, and makes every class enjoyable. I've grown so much in confidence and strength since starting, and I actually look forward to class ever Wednesday.

Flip Dog has been an absolute game changer in my fitness journey. I started with a home Pilates system that I love, and still use, but my practice and strength have increased leaps and bounds from my classes at Flip Dog. The instructors are awesome (shout out to Sonia and Marina!) - they will challenge you but are also flexible and supportive if your body isn’t there yet. I’m close to 40 classes in and don’t see an end in sight! My favorite hour of the week (or two, or three 😀)!

Such a great Flip Reformer X Flow with Tricia today! We worked every part of the body (and even the mind). I love that no two classes are ever the same, and this one was a true 50-minute workout. Pilates has been so good for me, and Tricia’s classes make me look forward to coming back every time!

I have greatly benefited from reformer workouts, excellent instructors, and varied class opportunities beyond the reformer associated with Flip Dog Pilates over the last few years. .
I recently finished the Flip The Switch Group Wellness program with Tricia. It was an amazing 4 week wellness journey that incorporates exercise, nutrition, plus mind/body emphasis that promotes self reflection, goal setting and daily affirmations and challenges. Tricia is with you every step of the way and is available to give specific nutrition, exercises and wellness tips based upon your personal wellness goals. This is the second time that I have participated in a 4 week wellness challenge with Tricia. The best takeaway is that I have been able to develop daily wellness choices that are simply part of my everyday and keeps me locked in on achievable fitness/wellness goals!
Below is feedback that I gave to Tricia after the Flip The Switch Program:
I loved the re-emphasis of all the daily habits that I have already incorporated from the first 4 week program I participated in last spring, specifically daily steps, high protein diet, hydration, consistent at home workouts.
What I benefited from this program and hope to continue to add to my daily lifestyle:
writing out achievable goals, daily challenges and affirmations, reading more, getting to bed earlier, meditating, incorporating new healthy meals. All resources to assist me on my personal wellness journey.
Here are tracked results from the last four weeks:
Daily steps average 14,634 steps/day
Weight -3 lbs. (213 to 210)
Waist -2 inches (38 to 36)
Neck -.5 inches (17 to 16.5)
Hips -1 inch (41 to 40)
Body fat -3.5% (20.4 to 16.5)*
*16.5 represents a set goal that moves my % from average to fitness on the %scale. (Next goal is to move from fitness to athlete).
Consistency over intensity!
I’m thrilled with the results, but, more excited to keep growing stronger/healthier each day!

If you are looking for a safe, non judgmental environment to enhance your fitness journey- look no further. I was on a mission to put myself back into the equation again after years of neglecting myself and focusing on my kids and job, but I felt so anxious and scared about going to a gym or jumping in a workout class. Then… I took the opportunity to have a private session at Flip dog and learn more about what Pilates and the reformer can do for you. It is safe to say that now over a year + later I am proud to be a part of the flip dog community and truly look forward to my “me time” every week. They have great class offerings which provide advance scheduling options (which works fantastic for the working mom or dad!) the classes are small with a wide range of ages and fitness levels in each class & the instructors personalize your movements if you have difficulty doing things or maybe need to turn up the intensity. I have seen a clear change in my physical appearance and most certainly a change in my attitude towards fitness and what it means to me personally- I can’t say enough good things about what you will take away from a 50minute experience - an advanced warning though - you may become addicted!

I had a fantastic time. At first I had no idea what pilates actually was, so I went in with a bit of trepidation, but start to finish everything was great. I have an old shoulder injury that acts up from time to time and it felt great afterwards. I highly recommend Flip Dog to anyone who is thinking of improving their fitness.
