This is the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! The trainers are very knowledgeable and super fun to be around. Each group of 6 gets to have one on one coaching with the trainer making sure you are getting this most out of your session. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Forge Fitness is one of the best boutique fitness centers to open up in the Newtown/Yardley PA area in years! Run by Jack Forge who has created an environment of wellness and positivity for all of their members. Semi-custom/custom workouts are limited to 6 members per trainer which for me, is perfect!
After the initial intake, Forge Fitness specializes a workout program unique to your needs/goals.
The ease of scheduling as well as the ability to switch between coach Kayla, coach Rob and coach Greg makes it super convenient and seamless if you have a varied work schedule like mine.
This has allowed me to be successful and progress at a pace that is both physically challenging and mentally rewarding!
Run, don’t walk to sign up for classes, you will be super pleased you did!

I absolutely love the small group fitness classes here! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to ensure proper form and technique. The class sizes are perfect and big enough for great energy, but small enough to get personal attention. Every workout feels challenging but doable, and the variety keeps it fun and effective. It’s such a supportive community, and I’ve seen real progress since I joined. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a more personal and motivating workout environment!

My husband and I both joined Forge a few months ago looking to lose weight, build muscle and “train for retirement”. I was skeptical that my husband would be able to make the 3 day a week training sessions that we chose. Four months in, I’m happy to say that we are really “enjoying” it! The hour long sessions can be challenging, but it’s really gratifying to see the progress we’ve both made!
I’ve gained 10lbs of muscle and lost 10% body fat. My husband has lost 20 lbs since we started. He’s also gotten noticeably stronger! The trainers are all knowledgeable and it’s a fun, congenial environment! They are really good at troubleshooting and offering alternative exercises if you have an old injury that’s acting up. This happened to me recently and we dialed back the weight until my symptoms resolved. (This is especially reassuring for us later in life workout warriors!)
It’s an investment but I feel that it’s a really good value compared to the private training I was getting at a local athletic club before joining Forge. I like that the app tracks your workouts so there is no second guessing what your weight and reps are. We book our sessions in advance so it’s already on the calendar. Our trainer also offered to give me a modified workout while I was away on holiday, I didn’t take her up on it as I lacked the motivation but it was a gracious offer nonetheless. Jack, Rob Kayla and Greg are just lovely people and we look forward to our workouts there!

Stop looking around at different gyms and just come here. The class sizes are small and intimate and you get plenty of attention from the tons of coaches around who are very attentive. The facility is excellent and the equipment is top-notch.
I wish more gyms were like this, no drama, just good vibes. No fake people either.

Joining Forge has truly been a life-changing experience. That phrase gets thrown around a lot, but in this case, I genuinely mean it. The team at Forge—Jack, Rob, and Kayla—have a rare ability to take something as overwhelming as fitness and make it feel simple, approachable, and impactful. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely welcoming, and bring a sense of sincerity and fun that makes me excited to keep coming back.

Joining Forge Personal Training was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. After struggling to get back on my fitness journey after two shoulder surgeries, I came upon Forge. I first met with Jack who did a thorough intake and evaluation to help set up my program. Being paired with a fitness coach/trainer (Rob) has been such a positive experience. He holds me accountable on days I don't feel like "pushing as hard", he checks in with weekly and is always available to answer questions. Kayla, the other trainer/coach is great and I love working out with either of them. Both are so knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. It's a very positive experience, no big gym intimidation. Classes are maxed at 6 people so everyone gets the attention and support they need. I'm happy I made the decision to join the Forge Fitness Family :)

Highly recommend Forge if you are seeking comprehensive fitness training. I never considered small group personal training, but I recognized I was not making tangible progress on my own at another gym. The program at Forge ensures accountability and is easy to follow with a focus on core strength and overall fitness, progressing at a reasonable pace. In 60 min, you leave the studio knowing you've had a great workout. Coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, super-nice, and even with a full class of 6, I always know they have eyes on me ensuring my form is correct and I am pushing myself appropriately. Unforeseen bonus: it's a fun environment and friendly community of like-minded people working to improve their overall fitness. Check it out!

I needed a place where I could feel safe, listened to, and acknowledged for certain health issues on my mission to be stronger and healthier. I found that at Forge. My trainer, Kayla, is the best! There are days when because of a medical condition I’m in pain, but I know if I don’t move, I’ll feel worse. Kayla modifies what I need for each session we have together. This keeps me motivated and encouraged to keep trying and wanting to do more. Everyone I have met there has been very nice.

Forge offers a custom exercise program with close support and either one on one or small group classes. Jack (the owner) does a full evaluation on your joining to make sure that your physical needs are met. The staff are all very well trained and have extensive experience.

Forge is exceptional! The workouts are designed to focus on your personal fitness & nutrition goals. Every 6 weeks you are moving to another fitness level. Classes sizes are small with a variety of ages and personal as everyone focuses on their individual workouts with guidance as needed from the Coaches. All of the Coaches are knowledgeable, professional and a true pleasure to work with! My personal Coach is Kayla and she is fantastic! In the last 13 weeks I have really seen an improvement in my overall fitness and specific continuous improvements related to my goals. Best of all no outrageously loud music! I feel both independent as I am learning how to workout and grateful I have guidance when I need it. The app is easy to use and very helpful. The nutrition education is very valuable as well. I actually love going to my workouts.

Jack has built a culture of compassion, understanding and caring. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are doing what they love, and it shows! It's not just lifting weights. It's education, encouragement, acceptance, and kindness. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym than I do I at Forge. All of the staff are great but Coach Rob has been so supportive and a great mentor to me while I am on my weight-loss journey. No judgment, just support. I was stuck, stuck, stuck. After years of doing workouts from bootcamps to HIIT to distance running to kickboxing to pilates, to Orangetheory, I finally hit a wall this year. I knew I needed and wanted more direction and intentionality in my workouts.
Enter Forge Personal Training! It's been 3 months and I can see myself getting stronger. I'm lifting heavier and heavier weights and doing things that just weren't possible with my home workouts. The coaches are great and always checking in with you. They know when to gently push you a bit further, when to modify, and are always ready to answer any questions.
I love that it's personalized, but in a small group setting, so everyone is doing their own program, but you're still around others. Even though it's tough waking up for the 6AM class, we've built a great early morning crew! The vibe is always positive and it's wonderful to be around others working towards their own goals.

Highly recommend Forge! My daughter and I signed up in the newtown, PA gym. We both love it. Personalized training and not large groups. I don’t feel intimidated like I do at larger gyms. Coaches are the best! They work with you and motivate. I am gaining strength and feel much better. My knees have improved tremendously, no longer in pain. Even sleep better! Get to the gym!

I almost never respond to postcards mailed to the home, but I responded to this one, and I’m so glad I did! I scheduled a meeting with Jack, and he is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and listens to his clients. Forge designed a program for me that I have been following for 5 months now. I’m 57, was having hip, knee and shoulder pain. I haven’t left one workout wrecked, although I know I worked. The discomfort is manageable and I am much stronger and more mobile than I was. Coaches Rob and Kayla have a done a great job motivating me to achieve, but also modifying exercises as situations arise. Now, I look forward to working out, when I didn’t so much prior to Forge, and I have peace of mind knowing that the workout is designed for me based on Forge principles, and there’s no figuring to do - just make time for work, and execute the plan!
My wife saw my results early on and she joined too!
I highly recommend Forge, their facility, their staff and their program!

In a word, “Incredible”. It’s rare in the training world that you get the combination of a caring group of trainers, a family-like experience, a great facility and results. I’ve been a member with Forge for over a decade now, and it’s the longest most consistent commitment to personal training I’ve ever had in my life. Why? This place is different. The intensity at which they train is the same level for the novice client as it is for the most experienced. Consistency, throughout the training program designed especially for YOUR body and YOUR own specific needs, and consistency amongst all of their coaches. I have been working out 2-3 times each week for the past month and love it! All the trainers are personable and knowledgeable. The trainers help you with form to get the most out of each exercise as well as offering encouragement. There's an app so you know what your routine is for that day and log what you accomplished. I'm not one that loves to exercise but I always feel energized when I leave! I feel so blessed that I found this gym!!!

I don't like gyms, but I really like Forge. There is some unique combination of encouragement, challenge, and support offered to every single person--and it's a really diverse group of people in every session. I have been going to Forge for a little over a year now. I love the small group structure where there is a coach on the floor to provide guidance if needed as well as a personal coach who communicates with me as much or as little as I would like . I have gotten stronger, gained stamina, and lost weight. Joining Forge has been an amazing experience for me both physically and mentally. I have been working out at Forge for about 18 months, and I have been consistently impressed by the level of coaching. Every single member of the team seems dedicated to my success and growth both inside the gym and outside. My individual coach listens to my concerns and evaluates what he thinks will work best for me while allowing me to progress in my health and fitness goals. When not in the gym, we communicate through the coaching app; my coach provides me with information on getting stronger in the gym and advice for my nutritional goals outside the gym. I have been working out for a long time, and the insights that the coaches at Forge have provided about my form have been game-changers for me, allowing me to gain strength without causing injury. I love Forge. As a volunteer firefighter and an older guy, I realized that my haphazard self created workouts were not pushing me the way I needed to stay fit for the role. When I checked out Forge, I found that they were everything that I wanted: great strength workouts, coaching on food and a fun place to work out. I saw improvements quickly both in gaining strength and trimming my waist. Now I am running 3 times a week and lifting 3 times a week, sleeping better and have more energy. Another difference from other gyms for me is I enjoy the workouts and look forward to it rather than dreading it like I used to on my own.

The science of working out, building strength and health has evolved leaps and bounds since I was a teen. The team at Forge Performance nailed it! The Coaches at Forge Performance helped me greatly enhance my athleticism, strength, and mind body connection which now has me even stronger than I was in my 20s. ( I was very strong then). If you were looking for a sign to join Forge- here it is! Just do it! I remember being cautious when I had my initial consultation at Forge, only because I had gone through numerous gyms, group fitness classes, personal trainers. I have been a member for almost 1.5 years now and have never enjoyed health and fitness as much as I do now! From day one, you are truly seen and a fitness program is built around you specifically. I’ve been training at Forge for the past year, and it’s been an incredible experience. The coaches are outstanding, offering personalized guidance and focusing on holistic improvements. When I first joined, I was struggling with tennis elbow and knee pain, but I’ve seen dramatic progress in both areas. I've been to other gyms and worked with other trainers. There's no other gym that has such a friendly, safe (physically and mentally), clean, informative, professional, encouraging and family-like environment.

I joined Forge in 2023 to get out of a slump. I have always done sports and had taken personal training in the past but was having a hard time getting back into things and being consistent. The coaches at Forge totally got me back on track and did so in a fun and supportive way. I felt pushed but not pressured and it lead to lots of positive changes in how I feel. In the past year I have seen my body change a lot for the better, I’ve built muscle and I’ve lost weight. I feel so much better in my body and a lot stronger. On top of the physical benefits, Forge has a great community atmosphere and I really enjoy the people I get to work out with. I would recommend Forge Fitness to anyone.
