My daughter has absolutely loved being part of this cheer program, and a huge part of that is thanks to Coach Karol. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and always brings out the best in the girls. You can tell how much she truly cares not just about teaching them the skills, but about making them feel confident, encouraged, and included.

One thing that really stands out about this program is how united and supportive it feels from the older cheerleaders all the way down to the youngest ones. It truly feels like a family, where everyone is cheering for one another, lifting each other up, and celebrating each other’s success. That sense of sisterhood and teamwork is so special to see, and it makes my daughter feel so loved and connected.

I really appreciate the positive atmosphere this cheer program creates for my daughter. My babygirl looks forward to every practice because she feels safe, inspired, and valued. Thank you, Coach Karol & the rest of the coaches, for all you do your kindness, encouragement, and heart mean the world to us, and it shows in the smiles of every cheerleader you’s coach. We recently had our 5 year olds birthday party here. The staff was so helpful and did a great job supervising during open gym time. They were attentive and made sure we had everything. We needed throughout the event. I highly recommend Fusion for a kid's birthday party.

Shelly was amazing with assisting us and coordinating beginner classes for our daughter to enroll in.. literally she assisted and directed us the entire way through the process to build an experience that will work for her acuity and one of which she will enjoy. She was also very professional, thorough and took additional time to answer all our questions. We are looking forward to seeing our daughter’s athletic skills grow at Fusion!

The place to be! If you’re a working parent, Fusion has the best summer camp with a weekly theme. All the staff from the front desk to the coaches and the owner are the sweetest people they help navigate the enrollment and beginning of classes so effortlessly. The instructors are so sweet and care so much that they build relationships with the children .

We love Fusion. My daughter has been attending on and off since she was 1 starting in the parent and tot class and moving up to preschool and now my son is in the parent and tot class. They learn so much and look forward to their classes every week. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants their children to have a good foundation for sports.

This place is so unorganized. There were a few last minute, mandatory, fundraisers (if you're on a team) or they would be back to back. Kids would be coaching most of the classes and don't have enough social experience to work with kids or kids/adults don't have the proper experience to coach. The environment is toxic.

The team at Fusion is an absolute godsend. Our daughter has been attending summer camp (M-F, 8-4) for two years now. As a working Mom, that sees how unfortunate care options are during the summer months, finding Fusions program has been a huge blessing. The staff feels like family and are always so caring and generous with our daughter. Seeing the joy beam from my daughters face when she gets picked up is the best feeling. She always excited to go to Fusion! Great programs, great staff, well kept facility... check out Fusion's programs. You won't regret it!

We just had my daughter's 9th birthday party at Fusion Gymnastics and it was a huge hit with all the girls- did the silver party with is an hour of Free play on all the different equipment and 1/2 hour in the party room. Perfect!! A huge thanks to Lindsey and Emily who were assigned to help with the party- both ladies so very sweet with the kiddos.

This place has a lot of different equipment that allows kids to learn a diverse set of skills. The instructors seem to be good at what they do as well. My kids love coming here. I take 2 full stars away because despite how great my kid loves it, I hate coming to this location. It starts in the poor parking lot without enough spaces all the time. Then inside, it's like they've made every effort to make it uncomfortable for parents to wait. The waiting and watching area consists of two tiny rooms with one church pew each and a few folding chairs. There is chaos between classes as too many people fill the spaces and push into people waiting. With so many kids in one tiny space, there is an extraordinary amount of noise and disruption. Also, most of what my kids seem to enjoy doing is in the other side of the gym. The view is obstructed and too far to see what they're doing well. I would love if there was any effort made to make more space for parents, but that would require rebuilding the space and is nothing more than a prayer.

So poorly run. The coach is focused on the gymnasts that are also there practicing at the same time. My child was told to go practice cartwheels on a mat and never even shown how to do a cartwheel. Severely understaffed and the management is so rude and unprofessional. There is a reason that they make the monthly payment non refundable. If they offered a quality program that wouldn't be necessary. Don't bother trying to call either. they never return phone calls.

My daughter, Quinn, loves Miss Natalie. She loves how nice, kind, and sweet she is (in her own words). After just a few sessions, Quinn is already able to do cartwheels and handstands (she spent months at another gymnastics center and couldn’t do either). She is (so) excited to be at Fusion!

My granddaughter, Micala, goes Monday nights at 7. She has Miss Natalie. She loves her teacher, who encourages her greatly! She tells her honestly what she needs to work on but never makes her feel bad about not being able to do something. Miss Natalie gives her tips and helps her. She makes Micala feel special. Micala has come out of her shell participating in gymnastics and has made a lot of new friends! Thank you Fusion Gymnastics!

After seeing all the certificates hung around the gym it is amazing knowing the entire staff & front desk secretaries is CPR, first-aid, and safe sport certified or cleared with a background check. Nothing is hidden with any employee, and proves that safety is key at Fusion. When working with children, that should be a business’ top priority, and as a parent ensures my child is in a very safe environment. Summer camp is a great activity, and the curriculum is very well thought out. It’s a new theme each week and they even go as far as having theme correlating decorations throughout the entire gym. Definitely the place I want my child to be!

New customer with regular expectations not met; One person says one thing and gives me dates for classes; But the" scheduled classes" are no where to be found. One person tells me (2X) I could use a promotional sale, next thing I cant; So I have to pay out of pocket because the communication / rules/ policies within the office are not followed the same way by each staff;
There was no, "sorry for the inconvenience or miscommunication, it was simple you pay now or you start later.

* Now how do you tell a child who is excited about the classes, to whom you have given your word that they will start next day, but that things changed and now we have to wait 3 weeks . . ? (Knowing how eager they are about starting the gymnastic classes);

Sad, there was No customer service after someone had given me the green light. I don't want anything free, NOPE; I just wanted someone to work with me, like they initially had told me.

I always say, its a lesson learned.

We had our daughters 5th birthday party here. The staff was fantastic with all the kids, ensuring they all had fun and played safely. There were so many more activities than I expected. We had them do all of the arrangements, and the party room was simple but perfect. All the kids had a great time. I would definitely hold a party there again.
