I love G-Strength at Fairmount! Jenna is an excellent trainer. She always welcomes you with a big smile and patiently walks you through the exercises. Jenna is constantly paying attention to make sure the exercises are done correctly and with good form. Jenna is great at gently challenging us to go the extra mile. I also very much enjoy the group dynamic and how friendly and fun everyone is. I highly recommend this gym and Jenna as your trainer!

I’m not someone who typically enjoys working out - but Jenna and G-Strength have completely changed my outlook. I genuinely enjoy every minute I spend here. Jenna is a phenomenal coach and person, and her personality and skill set make this gym 1000% worth it. All the workouts are adaptable and fun to do. I can’t believe what an impact this place have made on my life and I genuinely cannot recommend enough!!!

I've been going to G-Strength for over a year now and can't say enough good things about the coaches and program! I've tried all different types of workouts (commercial gyms, workout classes, person training) and this has by far been my favorite. The small group set-up allows for a lot of one-on-one feedback from coaches, while also creating a nice sense of community. I've been attending morning sessions with Jenna and she is the BEST! She really works with her clients to personalize the workouts to meet their goals, while creating such a fun and personable atmosphere. If you're looking for a new place to workout, I highly recommend trying G-Strength.

I do not like working out at all BUT G-Strength has made it so easy to want to come back week after week. The coaches are so knowledgeable (literally can’t say enough good things about Coach Jenna), and the workouts are made with clients in mind. I can’t recommend G-Strength more if you’re looking to join a gym.

I am new to any sort of strength training and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience I've had at G-Strength Logan Square so far. In my intro call, Chloe did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted to get out of the training and setting my expectations prior to joining my first class. Jenna has made me feel so welcome and has been a ray of sunshine at the start of my day with each class. She provides very clear instructions and then gives me the freedom to work at my own pace with lots of encouragement along the way. Jenna's energy and ability to connect everyone in the class through her humor and excellent playlists makes me feel part of a community as well. I leave class feeling energized and proud of myself for rising to the challenge. I very highly recommend G-Strength Logan Square for anyone who is looking to try strength training in an approachable and supportive environment.

I started at G-Strength a few months ago and have nothing but the best things to say. I was new to weight lifting when I joined and also recently postpartum, and I’m amazed at how much stronger I feel in such a short time. I’m not one to post any reviews but in this case, I couldn’t hold out any longer.
I’ve been training at this gym for a year and a half and have been beyond impressed with clear expertise and fun that the trainers bring! I came to the gym without formal strength training and was skillfully motivated by the trainers to lift both with better form and heavier than I might have attempted on my own. The atmosphere at this gym is unlike any other I have joined and is a kind and welcoming community to be a part of.
Chloe is the trainer that I work with most often and she is the best! (Side note: Jenna works mostly in the AM and is awesome too) Chloe is able quickly to adapt the programs for unique goals and needs, providing a tailored approach to fitness. In addition to training me through the last year, she has made weight training both safe/accessible and still challenging for me throughout my pregnancy. I strongly believe GStrength’s role in establishing the foundation of strength pre-pregnancy and the continued strength work throughout the pregnancy enabled me to get through these last eight months feeling healthy, powerful and well - Can’t wait to be back in the gym with you soon!

This boutique gym is a gem, perfect balance between structure and personalization. Chloe and Jenna are fantastic! They keep me motivated and challenged, but also very caring. I have past injury on the back that bothers me now and then, when I have an episode they would tailor my exercises to avoid the sensitive area and monitor how I feel and make adjustments. It’s encouraging to realize I can still stay active even not at my 100%. Not to mention those ladies are super fun. My favorite part is to “negotiate” with Chloe about my weights, she is so good at tracking my progress and keeping me on my toe. Plenty of days I left the gym feeling exhausted and being loved at the same time. 100% recommended!

G-Strength provides everything you want and more in a gym. Jenna is super knowledgeable and knows just what to say to pump you up for a good lift, even at 6am! If you have a specific goal in mind, Jenna will not only make it a goal of her own to help get you there, but will celebrate with you in every small victory along the path. Joining G-Strength has been one of the best decisions I have made by far. I’ve been going to morning classes with Jenna and have improved more than I ever expected. Jenna has been great at helping me find my way from the start and answering the many, many questions that I have. She has also gone above and beyond helping me safely work through injuries by adjusting my routine to what I need so that I continue to go to the gym and work out safely while also healing. Again, I cannot say enough about my experience and cannot recommend mornings with Jenna enough.

G Strength is the best! Chloe and Jenna have really created a gem for folks of all abilities here. I’ve been going in the morning with Jenna. Having near-zero gym experience, I was very nervous to start learning — but Jenna has been amazing, meeting my body where it’s at that morning and teaching me so much about the exercises, movements, and equipment. I never feel stupid and always leaving feeling stronger, happier, and more confident. Even when classes are “full,” it never feels overcrowded or overwhelming. G-Strenght (Logan Square) is the best place for small group personal training. Trainers are knowledgeable, kind and love what they do (Shout-out to Chloe!). They are great in demonstrating how to do each exercise and supervise that you are doing it properly. If needed they adjust the exercises to your skill level, helping to ensure proper form and technique, which leads to better results and reduces the risk of injury. If you’re wanting to incorporate weight training into your life and make sure that you’re doing it properly then this is the place for you.

The team and experience at Logan Square are fantastic. I joined about a year ago and Chloe and team helped me recover post open heart surgery. Their programs are tailored individually and modified to meet specific needs. I’m a cyclist who never did strength training, now I’m a much stronger and balanced cyclist. I very rarely give reviews, but feel strongly about G-Strength. I have tried various personal training gyms in the area and nothing stuck. I am someone who needs encouragement and positive feedback because strength-training isn't my favorite thing, but as an aging runner, I know I need to do it to prevent injury. I have found that at G-Strength- Chloe and Jenna always make me feel welcome and attended to, not to mention their expertise.

I have been at G-Strength Logan Square for a year and I think it is a fantastic gym. The trainers are so knowledgeable and can work with your limitations to ensure you are getting the best training for you. As a hyper mobile person with constant recurring injuries, I have been in and out of the gym over the years due to recovery. G-strength has helped me to recognize when an exercise might not be right for me and always has an alternative option to help me hit my goals. The community atmosphere and friendly coaches encourage me to keep coming back even if I have to avoid using certain muscle groups. I look forward to my workouts at G-Strength which I can’t say about commercial gyms where you’re waiting to use that one machine or weight you need or feel self conscious about taking rest between sets. I would recommend G-strength to anyone no matter your goals, they can cater to your needs.

The small group training format provides plenty of personalized attention without the high cost typically associated with one on one personal training. Chloe is awesome at meeting people where they are while encouraging them to push their limits. She explains each exercise clearly and helps correct form in a supportive and constructive way making the experience both effective and enjoyable. Chloe has extensive knowledge of exercise and how it impacts the body and is great at modifying workouts to accommodate injuries or limitations. I had been struggling to feel confident returning to lifting after a minor injury last year and decided to check out G Strength to get over the hurdle. I’m juggling other primary sports, mainly cycling, and Chloe has been great for working around my schedule and specific needs, and helping me build my confidence. I’ve also learned how to lift in ways that are appropriate to me, and always look forward to the sessions.
If you’re looking to get into strength training and want a little bit of guidance, or you are coming back into it after time off, I couldn’t recommend this gym enough.

I can't recommend G-Strength enough for anyone looking to reach their fitness and mental health goals in a supportive and motivating environment. The small group personal training sessions perfectly balance personalized attention with the encouragement that comes from working out with others. The trainers at G-Strength craft workout routines that cater to all fitness levels, which has been incredibly helpful for both me and my partner. I'm a beginner at the gym, while he already knows his way around, yet we both get so much out of each session.
Starting at the gym has always been intimidating for me, especially with my lower back issues and concerns about maintaining proper form. However, the trainers here, particularly Chloe at Logan Square, have made a world of difference. From the start, I was open about my lack of experience in the gym and with lifting weights, and Chloe made everything feel approachable, taking away the intimidation I initially felt. Chloe and the other trainers genuinely care about getting you into the gym and supporting you in reaching your goals. For me, this meant starting with twice-weekly sessions and focusing on proper form. With their guidance, I gained the confidence to increase my sessions to three times a week and feel better about pushing myself a little harder each time.
Chloe’s ability to adapt her communication style to suit each individual makes everyone feel welcome, whether you're just starting out or have been working out for years—like my partner and me. The sense of community here is truly special; everyone cheers each other on, making the workouts not only effective but genuinely enjoyable. I look forward to seeing the regulars and getting a fist bump on the way in and out, regardless of whether I took it easy that day or gave it my all—it's incredibly encouraging.
The in-app progress tracking also keep you motivated and focused on your goals. If you're in Philadelphia and looking for a fitness program that combines personalized training with a supportive group setting, G-Strength is the place to be!

I love G-Strength. It’s the one gym that convinced me to stay and helped me enjoy the experience of working out in a gym. All the coaches are great. Initially, Zach and Chloe taught me the basics of important exercises. Now, I mostly train under Jenna’s supervision. She has been very thorough, which has allowed me to make major gains while having so much fun (and she plays Bad Bunny in the mornings). She is always energetic, happy to help, and coaches with kindness (and the occasional tough love when squatting). They have a built-in routine, so you don’t have to think about it, and it can be tailored to your needs. I appreciate having a full work schedule and still being able to work on improving my health with coaching. Also, they organize games and activities so there is a sense of community and friendship.

After multiple injuries (herniated disks, stress fractures, compartment syndrome surgery) I knew I needed to work on my strength but lifting absolutely scared me: I was terrified of getting hurt again, so I stuck to cardio only instead.
All of that changed when I began working out at G-Strength. I cannot say enough good things about this community and these coaches, in particular, a special shout-out to Chloe who I’ve worked with since I joined. I am so excited about my workouts, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my life, and all of my training has been done carefully and safely so I stay healthy at every step.
In short: the coaches are all knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, absolutely wonderful people who I look forward to seeing each week. The classes are small enough that you receive personalized attention every single time you show up. The programs are incredibly challenging (in the best way possible) and the results so, so rewarding. If you’re on the fence, 100/10 recommend!

G-strength is such a great spot. The head trainer, Chloe, is so knowledgeable and works with people of all different levels. The atmosphere is great, the energy is always high, and the groups are small enough that you get as much (or as little) coaching as you want/need. I have never felt forgotten or by myself here. They also have different programs. Even if you’re doing the same workout program as someone else, Chloe will work with you to customize it based on your needs.
This is a great gym if you’re looking for your first workout experience or if you (like me) are looking for a place to reconnect with the gym after being away from it for a while.
Edit - I have since moved away, but I will always recommend G-Strength to people I know around Philly. G-Strength Logan Square and its coaches really helped me through a tough time in my life. I’ll wear my G-Strength swag with pride.

I'm a founding member at this location and I am such a big fan! Chloe and Zack keep me accountable, consistently challenged, and smiling even through the hardest of exercises. This gym is exactly what I was looking for: supported strength training with no judgement at a reasonable price for the amount of attention and customization you receive. The gym is clean and modern. I’ve been training here since this location opened and absolutely love everything about G-Strength! The workouts are fun, highly effective, and the coaches are awesome. As someone who is pretty comfortable with weight training and exercising at the gym alone, I love the group atmosphere of the small group classes here.

Chloe is an amazing fitness trainer. During the small group training I felt like her and Zach were able to give me the motivation I needed throughout the different workouts. My best advice to anyone looking to try this location and gym, is that communicate openly and honestly about what works/doesn't work and push yourself to strengthening your body. Ask questions and have fun! One if my favorite things about working out here is that I DON'T feel gymtimidated and DO feel welcomed!

The studio is very well lit (with daylight), smells brand spanking new, and the coaches are very helpful and walk around giving tips on how to correct form. G-Strength is a great place for both the most and least experienced person looking for a place to work out. It is very accessible with plenty of sessions throughout the day each week.
The workouts are there for you or if you want or need to do your own thing the staff can help you find what is best for you. There is nothing or no one intimidating there. Come, do your thing and have fun.
The staff is really top- notch and make G-S so special. If you are new or not so new, the staff makes you feel likeyou belong and are happy you came to get better that day. Despite some recent health problems the staff has done a great job (yeah Chloe!)working me bqck into the regular schedule. Very very thankful for that

I can’t say enough great things about G-strength and Chloe in particular! Joining this gym completely changed my relationship with working out and made me feel like a part of a neighborhood community. Whether you have been strength training for years or are a true beginner like I was, you have a place here.
As someone who was very inconsistent with going to the gym in the past, the workouts here were perfect. The programs are long enough where you can improve on each exercise over the weeks, but short enough that you aren’t doing the same workout over and over all year long. Chloe and the other coaches will challenge you to get stronger each day and encourage you to show up, while still being understanding of hectic work schedules/life.
While I’ve recently moved away from Philly, I am so grateful for the last 1.5 years at G-strength, and it is already one of the places I miss most!!

Been going to G-Strength with my Son for a year. The trainer are the best in the city and I can't say enough about the G-strength community. Everyone is very supportive. It really is personal training but in a group enviroment. Trainers always make personal adjustment to a workouts for the needs of each client. I watch my 14 year old Son get much stronger over the past year. I highly recommend G-Strength no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience at G-Strength. Never thought I’d be the kind of person who enjoys going to the gym, but I can genuinely say that I look forward to every session at G-Strength. There is a level of community, security, and friendliness here that i have not experienced at any other gym. This is not a cookie cutter program - the trainers are phenomenal and take the time to tailor each session to your specific needs and goals. In a short amount of time, I have seen a massive improvement in my physical abilities and confidence since starting at G-Strength. Would recommend to anyone, from beginners to experienced athletes.

I’ve been a member of G-Strength for over 5+ years and can’t imagine life without it! This has been the only workout routine I’ve been motivated to stay consistent with thanks to the challenging and effective workouts, the knowledgeable and personable staff, and the fantastic community of other clients in the small classes I attend. I have a membership that includes two classes per week which I’ve have found has been easy for me to maintain thanks to the flexible scheduling options G-Strength offers. I've been training at G Strength for just over a year. It's a great, supportive community and strength-focused workout with thoughtfully crafted programming and a coaching staff that emphasizes safety and injury-free gains over just churning out a bunch of reps. Of all the small gyms I've worked out, I think it's the only one where you might train next to a 16-year old and a 66 year-old at the same time, and the coaches adapt every workout to each person's goals and abilities.

G Strength is the BEST! This gym got me out of such a workout rut and I’m now stronger than I was in my teens. The trainers are amazing and willing to help work with your limitations/injuries. Joining G-Strength 8 months ago was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The strength training programs are varied often and everything can be tailored to individual members. They’ll work with you to meet you right at your level, which is excellent for those (like me) who have dealt with past injuries/surgeries. Restarting my health journey, I felt comfortable, supported, and all hesitancy I initially had to work out again evaporated. The coaches, especially Chloe who runs this location, are motivating, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. The members are all supportive of each other and there is a real community feel. Highly recommend G-Strength to anyone at any level.

I trust G-Strength. The fantastic trainers at G-Strength (particularly Chloe who is running this new location) helped me learn how to focus on what my body can do. I had some prior injuries leading me to focus too much on my limitations. I fell in love with lifting and, thanks to G-Strength, learned proper form and how to modify workouts. I am now building strength and confidence.
The G-Strength community is friendly and supportive. I don't worry about asking questions or for demonstrations. They know their stuff.

I have been strength training for 16 years, and G-Strength has been my best gym experience by far - which comes down to three reasons.
Programming
•You show up, and your workout is already written. This mitigates any decision fatigue you may have in your daily life. The Program is written by an expert in S&C that uses science as formula to optimize your hour in the gym. Their programming meets you where you are, whether a beginner or expert.
Coaching
•G strength is loaded with great coaches at every location. One of their major strengths is how they continuously learn and adapt as the science around Strength training evolves – and then take that knowledge and apply it to the program/clients to maximize efficiency.
•The Coaches are a cut above when it comes to injury management. I had back/hip issues this year, and Chloe was able to come up with a modified program to strengthen areas of weakness and get me back to training injury free. I would have spent hundreds of dollars on doctor visits to get this addressed, and through the Elite coaching of G-Strength I was able to totally resolve my issue.
Community
•G strength foundationally is a community. Everyone supports one another, gets better together and has a lot of fun doing it. Additionally, Gian/Coaches do a great job with Happy hours and other fun events to keep everyone engaged.

As I approach roughly 200 sessions in regards of strength training, I’ve found my experience with the staff to be knowledgeable and understanding. Also, the instructors have no problem pushing you mentally further if you request that. As said, the instructors are quite knowledgeable to increase difficulty of excercises in unique/creative manners when some become too easy or not to one’s ability.
Lastly, engaging in the strength training environment has created an essential value for myself to prioritize physical and mental health but still being bold for attacking life goals with eagerness. Gazing forward to annihilating future life goals along side the G-Strength community.

I highly recommend G Strength for anyone who wants to get serious about their fitness but wants to have a blast while doing it. Joining G Strength over a year ago has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. I look forward to my workouts every week, and have hit training milestones I never thought were possible. You get top-notch attention and support from the coaches (shout out Chloe and Daniel at the QV location!) throughout your sessions. The gym community is super welcoming and friendly for members of all ages, prior experience levels, etc. G Strength is also a great value compared to other similar programs in the Philly area for the level of attention and programming quality. Can’t wait to see them continue to grow in the region!

Giancarlo Regni is one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with. He took tremendous care to establish a foundation with me and together we developed mutual goals that inspired growth in my strength training. He also instills a sense of fun in each session which makes the lactic acidosis more enjoyable! I started off with Gi recovering from a couple unrelated recent injuries, and he found extremely productive ways to keep me on track to meet my goals while allowing for healing. He’s made a lasting and loyal client out of me!
