The first time I went there, I have welcomed by the front desk receptionist and were charged as a new student so I paid 25 dollars for 3 classes. Ok, let me get my first class. I am an experienced yoga instructor who travels and gets different classes and gives different classes so I can not be fooled. The studio was freezing cold and there was one more student in the class beside me. I had to leave the class because it was winter and there was no heat in the room. I waited the weather to warm up so I can use my other two classes I paid for. The second time I was there, the heat was on but the warrior three named reverse warrior this time. The instructor 10 am Vinyasa has changed the version. I doubt the instructor knew what she was doing because she was looking at her notes constantly. I was so impatient to get out of there. Where do that get their license to teach like that. I am glad I know when to inhale and exhale and the postures because the same Surya Namaskar can be so harmful if the instructor do not know what she is doing. No wonder why there is no students there.

This place offers a great service in a very pleasant location - easy online booking and a thorough and professional massage from Lisa. They have the best prices around too.

Easy going, welcoming, relaxing - CHECK. Serious health care provided by exceptional technicians - CHECK. So, your basic must haves in a Wellness Center are covered in spades. Add to that easy access and parking, great yoga classes and super simple online appointment booking.
The heart and soul of this business is truly a wellness center. If you have a pragmatic, medical approach, your needs will be met. If you're looking for more of a spa experience, your needs will be met, too!
I especially enjoy Lisa's massages (best myofascial release ever). Kelly is an intuitive and knowledgeable acupuncturist (SUPER seasonal allergy treatment) and Jim's yoga classes are great.
Gateway can be a lot of different things to different types of customers, so I couldn't recommend it more highly.
