Went to a yoga class here through work. The instructor was amazing. I took my son and he said it he never had a yoga class like that before and wanted to go back. The class was both physical and meditative but in a way that invited you to only put in what you were able.

I see Julie for craniosacral therapy and—this is not hyperbole—it’s changed my life. After twenty eight years of warring with my body I’m finally learning to live peacefully in it. I was, honestly, a wee bit skeptical about craniosacral work but I leave every session stunned by the effects. Julie is a wonderfully calm, accepting presence and highly knowledgeable. Sessions with her were some of the first public things I did after a long time of covid isolation and she made me feel incredibly safe. I’m very grateful I found Julie and her studio!

Julie is an amazing yoga teacher! I thoroughly enjoy her classes. She is very knowledgeable and brings helpful hints into every class which can be used in daily life which I use to improve the quality of my life. With her non-judgmental presence she connects with her students easily. She teaches for all levels so if a person needs more challenge she offers how to do that, or if they can’t get into a certain pose she suggests gentler ways to do it. My core and legs feel stronger since I started doing yoga with her 5 months ago. My body/mind always feel better, more open, relaxed and balanced after every session. What a gift!

I love Gettyoga! Julie Aha is such a gentle, peaceful yet powerful soul who explains how and why we do a pose or mantra. I was new when I started a few years ago and I feel like I have learned so much. Her Yoga for all Levels classes allowed me to come as a newbie and not feel uncomfortable learning. That same class still challenges (and brings me peace) today. This weekend I took the Restorative Sound Yoga with Julie and Julia - oh my gosh, so very good. I work a job that challenges me mentally and emotionally, this 1.5 hours of sensory release was amazing and provided stillness and calm. I slept so well last night. I really appreciate having this priceless resource available in our community - it helps keep me healthy, which helps me keep those I care for healthy!!

This is easily my wifes and my favorite yoga class in the area. Julie's experience shows. Her practice as she guides you through it has an intent behind it. You can tell that she has a purpose in mind for the students' improvement. The class has a structure to it that allows Yogi's to follow easily even when poses get difficult. The structure allows students to increase or decrease the difficulty of the pose for their level or energy as they see fit, something Julie encourages and embraces. I just really love the feel of the class, the instruction and the acceptance of everyone to two new Yogi's.

Excellent place. I have been taking yoga lessons for the past 3-4 months and the class I'm taking is a delight. A lot of meditation, breathing exercises and adequate level of stretches, just what I needed at this point for a pre-natal yoga class. Julie has an amazing energy and transmits it in every lesson. I'm looking forward to take other classes at the center in the upcoming months.
