I started attending classes here years ago (pre-covid), beginning with Barre. I eventually branched out to Cycle and now I’m loving Amy’s mat Pilates class. She really is the best—I’ve been attending her class since February 2023. Amy always reminds you to take time for yourself and makes you feel appreciated for being there! It’s such a welcoming and encouraging environment :) H2L is one of the only studios in the area that truly offers everything! I definitely recommend taking classes here!

I started attending classes here about a year ago and have become hooked! I enjoy the wide variety of classes, but have fallen in love with the TRX classes (with Tim) and Cycle with Beth Pierce! All of the instructors have fostered a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for movement! There’s a great sense of community within H2L!! 10/10 recommend classes here!

ETA: Came back and took a reformer Pilates class. It was a good workout, and I felt it in the days following. However, the instructor did not seem prepared to teach the class. There were several times where she trying to decide what she wanted us to do next. She also was somewhat distracted by chatting with two other people throughout the class.

Took my first mat Pilates class here. It was definitely challenging! Susan was my instructor. She provided modifications which was nice to have options.

The studio has mats and other equipment that may be used (bands, yoga blocks, towels, etc.).

The Pilates reformer classes look to be on the smaller side (5-6 reformers), which I prefer.

They also offer other types of classes.

Kendra has been a great help as a trainer over the past six months. Kendra brings a scientific and intellectual approach to her work, stressing the importance of proper form, technique and pacing. I've been amazed at how much can be accomplished in a workout in a relatively short time when routines are done with guidance toward these principles.

Kendra is always well-prepared for a session, has a clearly focused purpose for the workout and each new routine builds upon the past. From the beginning, Kendra provided an interactive approach and continues to build toward agreed-upon goals. Kendra has allowed me to proceed at a pace that works for my schedule.

Kendra is always pleasant to work with, and this includes being fair. She has a great balance of acknowledging hard work when earned, but sensing when more effort can be given and challenging me to push harder.

H2L is a great setting for training. The equipment is high quality, the atmosphere is consistently positive and professional, and the studios are clean.

This has been a great experience, and I highly recommend Kendra and H2L.

Insane! The instructor, Amy, absolutely killed us (in a good way) during barre this evening. I am quivering from head to toe, but that’s the exact investment I wanted to get out of it! I love how the instructor did the workouts with us the entire time so we’re not alone in the struggle! Definitely recommend her classes if you want to feel the burn!

LOVE my H2L studio! The instructors are fabulous, knowledgeable, and professional; there is always a variety of workouts to choose from (Lavender field yoga?Awesome!); the place is clean and aesthetically pleasing; the classes are challenging; and they give out gourmet chocolates after every class! I started coming here in January 2024 in search of a yoga studio and I found so much more. All of the instructors are great, it is usually pretty easy to get into a class if you plan a day ahead, and the people who attend this studio are lovely. I've only ever had great instructors, no matter what type of class I attend. I always feel welcomed. The Pilates classes are challenging without being impossible, and all instructors always provide modifications if needed. They also give great feedback and corrections. I would definitely recommend!

I have never felt so continuously welcomed no matter what my fitness level is. I came for cycle, stuck around for an intro 5k program, and have reached the point that I’m regularly using the unlimited membership. From instructors to class variety to the playlists this studio truly knows how to make you feel like your best self. I think the nothing but 5 star reviews speak for itself but if you’re looking to get into any sort of fitness, try out a class or two I promise you’ll understand the hype

I am not a lover of cardio, at all!!! But Emily’s spin class at H2L was a perfect way to get my workout in this morning! She makes the class exciting and fun for both beginners and those who have been cycling for years; she pushes everyone to push themselves past what they believe their limits to be and gives ample moments of slowing things down to catch your breath!! 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend riding with Emily!!

LOVE this place! I came here once to try a free barre class, and have been going for almost 1 year now! The staff is so amazing and welcoming. This place is great for all fitness types, even beginners. There are always modifications available. They have a wealth of classes. And the people you will be working out with are just as friendly, warm and welcoming.
They have cycle, yoga, strength training, but I especially love all the little series classes and special events! This is a great place to check out! Hey first class is free!!!

I have been attending classes at H2l for about 3 years now. This is a great place. The instructors are excellent! The classes are fun and motivating and they have many to choose from. The vibe is very inclusive and positive. I highly recommend!

Update: I have been coming to H2L for about 5 years. I feel like H2L is a special place with amazing people and instructors. When I started attending classes at H2L I came to cycle classes only. Now, I have expanded the classes that I attend to include barre, HIT, TRX, yoga and personal training (Yes! At H2L, they now offer personal training.)

There are so many classes throughout the week to choose from morning to evening. All classes are motivating, challenging and fun. The instructors are professional and very knowledgeable.

Over the years I have made many friends at H2L. The atmosphere is positive and friendly and highly inclusive. When I leave the studio I am always in a better mood than when I came in. As far as fitness, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life thanks to the studio. I really don't think there is a better Barre/Pilates/ cycle studio out there. Try a class and you wont regret it!

I recently took a class with Myka at this beautiful, clean and inviting space. Signing up was incredibly easy. What a generous offering to take your first class free. I took the Yoga Flow Strength class and it was perfect for what I was looking for. I found so much peace on the mat with the class, but also felt challenged and grateful for the loving guidance Myka brings. Her energy is pure love and she radiates empowerment to all that join her. I consider myself so lucky to have found like studio, class and especially instructor. I will be back for sure!

It has been awesome to witness the wellness community H2L has a built through their class offerings and positive instruction. There is a variety of class options (spin, barre, yoga, kids yoga, and more) to meet everyone's needs with lots of modifications for different levels. I love being an H2L client! I've had the opportunity to take cycling, barre, tabatas, barefoot, TRX & yoga at the studio and I've enjoyed each class! A few of my current favorite classes include Friday Tabatas with Myka, Sunday barre with Adrienne, and Tuesday barre with Monica.

An example of this is when an instructor took some of her own time to look up some stretches for me to try and help with a sore muscle. I have been attending classes at H2L for over a year to cross train with my running schedule. I mainly attend Megan’s barre classes – whether it be cardio barre or barre for runners. I absolutely love that Megan makes the classes fun with her music themed around the classes! I am very thankful that she corrects my form every time so I can get the most out of the class and not be on the injured list! Every class is different and that makes it exciting to show up every week. I have taken a bunch of other classes too and have always loved them all! Every time I have left the studio I’ve felt stronger and sore, but a good sore! Everything about H2L is fantastic!!

I love H2L studio especially their barre classes! Unfortunately I don’t live In the area and we only have pure barre and bar method! H2L outstands these other studios for 4 reasons:
1) It’s simple. Other barre studios tend to over complicate the workout which results in minimal physical gain. H2L keeps their workouts simple yet effective.
2) It’s different every time. Going to other barre studios the workouts tend to stay the same even if they claim their different, at H2L the workouts are legitimately different each time and they have a wider variety of equipment on hand, so things never get boring!
3) They actually know your name. So many times when I’ve been to other studios the instructor will pretend to know your name by calling it out randomly from their piece of paper they have in their hand, even though they really don’t know who you are and half the time when they tell you good job your chasing your ball across the room....At H2L they take the time to get to know everyone and when they say your name they mean it.
4) It’s clean. At many other studios, pure barre and bar method included, they have carpet in the studios! Talk about a breeding ground for fungus and bacteria. There is no way you can actually sanitize carpet, no matter what they say! But at H2L the floors are wooden and they are very diligent about not only keeping the floors clean, but all of their equipment!

My first experience at H2L was Awesome! I decided to take a spin class and was very impressed with the comfort of the bikes, the atmosphere, and most of all the people! Devon was my instructor for spin and she guided me through my first class, showing and explaining the bike and making sure I was set up properly. The technology of the class is pretty cool too, keeping track of your progress from start to finish. Your performance is emailed to you after class which is great to use as a guide for reaching personal fitness goals. I'll definitely be back and excited to try other classes as well!

I've been taking yoga/Pilates classes for a little over a year here, and recently this Spring, started adding the Spin Cycle classes. After feeling uncomfortable at times riding on increasingly crowed roads... the Spin Cycle has been a fantastic alternative way to get an amazing workout. The instructors are fun, the music great, and the Schwinn bikes with the monitor/leader board allow me me measure progress from class to class. Great workout, love this place!

I fell in love with Barre classes while living in Philadelphia and after moving back to the area was so disappointed to find the area lacking such an amazing workout. I found H2L in September of 2015 and was so thrilled to have access to not only Barre classes, but Pilates and Yoga as well and am so thrilled they are also expanding and adding Spinning. H2L is such a clean, bright, and gorgeous studio and pretty soon can be anyone's one stop for every workout! I LOVE my Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Courtney and could not imagine starting those days without her class anymore. Courtney's energy is addicting and her ability to keep a hard workout light and fun is such an amazing trait to have in an instructor! I am also amazed at her ability to make sure everyone is getting the best workout possible while also proving plenty of options tailored for your ability level. I absolutely recommend this studio to anyone, regardless of your current fitness level. You simply cannot go wrong stopping by here to check it out!

I've been taking Cardio Barre for several months now. The workout is great, and the instructor, Courtney, is knowledgable and really motivates you. The class size is small so you always get individualized attention. Also, I love that the studio offers early morning workouts, which are perfect for working moms.
