I've been an on and off member of this gym for the past 4 years. Been here consistently for the last year and half or so. I enjoy the old school equipment the gym has to offer, as well as the cool artwork on the walls in the old movie theater building. It is a shame I have to leave this review, but it has recently been brought to my attention that over the time I have been in this gym, a certain member has been taking pictures of me as well as others in the gym without consent or knowledge (have screenshots to prove this). The images are being passed around in a group text to other members in the gym. I see these people everyday and not only do I feel betrayed, I no longer feel it is a safe environment to train(especially for minors). The issue has been brought up to the owner, and while he seemed apologetic, the next day the member (as well as the other people involved) are back in there. Maybe one day this issue will be resolved and the guilty party at hand will be removed and this review deleted, until then best advised to stay out unless you don't mind being photographed and/or gossiped about.

Awesome hometown old school feel gym. Great spot if your trying to avoid crowds and focus strictly on the fitness. Kevin is a great physical trainer.

The gym has been my home away from home. It's my happy haven. So I regard it highly. When my gym closed it's doors for good with no more than a 28 hour notice I was lost. It was a real relief to chat with the GM Walt who gave me all the information I needed to sign up the next day. The facility is clean and the building couldn't be any more charming. The staff and members are friendly but not so much that the introvert in me feels overwhelmed. The equipment is a step above the basics with a few free classes thrown in, I couldn't be more pleased. And the price is what you would hope.
