I highly recommend Hit Fitness. I’ve tried the large gym chains and smaller community exercise facilities and didn’t stick with them.
Hit Fitness was recommended by a friend. This gym is well equipped, clean and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The trainers are wonderful. They make sure I’m performing the exercises correctly and, if necessary, help me modify the exercise for my specific needs.

I trained at Hit Fitness for one year and loved everything about it. Due to the pandemic I had to relocate to Bucks County in 2020. After the stay-at-home orders were lifted and Hit Fitness reopened, I started training with Jared 4-5 times per week. I saw incredible results and would recommend this training facility to anyone looking to get serious about fitness. Each training program is tailored to your objectives, and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. This is one of the best private training gyms that I've been at! Hi everyone, I am writing this review because I thought it was hopeless for me. I could not walk up and down steps and could barley walk at all. Doctors still can’t figure out what’s wrong, I had no quality of life. I could not lay down. I was a mess. My last thing to try a personal trainer and I called 30 of them, I had almost given up. I decided I’d email a few more. Well best decision ever! I met Dan Bowen and allthough originally skeptical, after meeting him I believed him when he said he could help. Here I am 8 months later and I’m at 3 weeks walking the steps almost normally, my confidence is boosted and, I can walk with little pain. I am down 40 pounds. Although far from back to normal, I now know there is an honest caring person who does what he says and who is what he says. If you are like me, know there is someone out there who means what he says, don’t wait, call Dan! He makes different exercises to your level. You can’t go wrong! My life has been improved so much. If you’re looking for a place with talented and skilled trainers who genuinely care about you look no further. By far the best private gym in the area. The trainers as well as the community of people who attend feel like a family. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym than here. The progress you make is constantly acknowledged, and you are always pushed to your best abilities. I have been a client of Dan Bowen at Hit Fitness for 10 years. Training with Dan has been one of the best decisions I ever made. Dan is everything you want in a trainer. He challenges me every session, encouraging me to push harder than I thought I could. I never get bored. He tailors new workouts for each session. His workouts are efficient, incorporating arms. legs and core in each movement.
As a "mature" client, I'm 63, I love that he works on my flexibility and balance, which helps with my everyday activities. Squatting down to get that pot in the back of the kitchen cabinet is easy now. If I'm having a problem with the arthritis in my neck and shoulder, Dan is quickly able to adapt an exercise for me.
Under Dan's expert guidance, I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident. I never want to miss a session.
I have also trained with Jared who is very good. He's enthusiastic and fun to work out with.
I love going to Hit Fitness. The studio is clean. There is a variety of equipment which Dan updates frequently. It's a very comfortable atmosphere. All of the clients are nice and supportive of each other. I feel I'm a part of the Hit Fitness team and family. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
I love training with Dan at Hit Fitness so much that I plan on never giving it up. Once you start, I think you'll feel the same way.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dan, Jared, and Russ. I was 430lbs before I went keto in November of 2019 and after loosing 50+ pounds by January of 2020 I decided to add in some training to keep weight loss going. I knew the trainers at the big public gym weren't right for me and found HIT Fitness with a quick google search. Meeting with Dan I could tell right away this was the place for me. I work in medical transport so my hours are all over the place but Dan and Jared worked around that and set me up with a 4 day a week plan at a great price. The trainers are very accommodating and accessible anytime I need to change a session or ask some questions they are understanding and supportive and they go out of there way to make you feel encouraged and help you reach your goals. I have been going to HIT Fitness for about 3 months now (not counting the covid quarantine) and I am close to being under 300lbs (315lbs) for the first time since my 20's (I'm 39) and I am in the best shape of my life since my high school football days.

I have been going to Hit Fitness pretty regularly for about 6 months now, and I definitely recommend it. Dan is an amazing personal trainer! I have a lot of different issues like bad knees, and a bad back. Dan often modifies exercises for me so that I am still able to challenge myself without exacerbating any of my problems. In fact, since I have started working with Dan some of my problems have gotten better. I feel better than I have in a long time, and I credit this to Dan. He is always encouraging you to do your best, and to do more than you think you are capable of doing. I never thought that I could do half of the things I can do now. His small group training sessions are great. They give the feeling of having a one on one personal trainer without going broke. Also, I never thought I would say this, but I love Saturday morning boot camps. It isn't easy, but I get such a good full body work out, and feel great afterwards. I see a lot of other personal training businesses that have boot camps with tons of people in them. I prefer Hit Fitness because I get more personalized attention. I would get lost in one of those huge classes. Dan is always there to correct my form if needed, or tell me when I'm doing something wrong. That is so important to me, because I like to know that I am doing things properly so that I don't injure myself and I get the best work out. Best part is it's only $10, and you don't have to pre register or pay ahead or anything. Just show up and work out. It is good for all ages and fitness levels. There are people there in their 20's as well as in their 60's.
