If you're looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend hiring Kevin. He's very knowledgeable in fitness and will create a fitness plan catered to your goals. Because of Kevin I was able to find the motivation to start working out again and eating healthy by using his meal plan. With Kevin's help and encouragement, I was able to lose 10 lbs in one month!

Kevin has been my personal trainer since 2004 and his training regimen works great for me. He comes to my home and we workout in the basement or outside in fair weather. I’ve stuck with it for so long because it’s super convenient and very effective. 1 hr. workout 2 or 3x / week, depending on my work travel, and I’m in great shape. Thanks Kevin!
