I’ve been lucky enough to train with Reggie for years now. Having him as a trainer has pushed me to get out of my comfort zone in the gym and test my limits. He has adjusted his training a number of times while helping me get started focusing on my health and fitness, maintain it during pregnancy and bounce back after having a baby. No matter what stage I’ve been at, he has always been reliable and a consistent part of my journey.

Reggie is great! I am seeing the results in inches slow and steady as I have had a knee replacement last yr and this year had surgery on achilles and he really takes his time to adjust the session to fit my needs.

I have been working with Reggie for a couple of weeks, and he has been an amazing help with kickstarting me getting back into fitness. Like many people, I used to be an athlete, but I have struggled with getting back into physical fitness/working out for a couple of years now, and he had really made me enjoy it again. He is very attentive and conscious of my personal goals, my limits, and my overall health. He pushes you to do better, constantly raising the bar and adjusting work outs to where your body is at. I recommend him to anybody that really needs that extra support and guidance to start training and working out!

I had physical therapy for months and I had 0 results from therapy still was in a lot of pain then I found hybrid flex I barley could run and was overweight. He is the master of the little things after a couple weeks I seen results after months I was running weight down and just felt way better overall I will always go to hybrid flex for everything and refer everyone to him

When I first started training with Reggie 2 years ago I had almost no mobility in my hips or my shoulders. I neglected areas that needed to be worked on as an athlete. Immediately him and I went after my weaknesses and improvements started happening. My hips opened up, shoulders became more mobile, my lower back tightness went away and my lifts and performance improved drastically. If you are looking for a professional to improve your mobility as an athlete to help get to the next level Reggie is your guy! Highly recommend him!
