I have been lucky enough to have Kerry as my personal trainer for 8 years! Kerry has been amazing!!! She made modifications when I have had injuries, allowing me to continue exercising and keeping me healthy. The convenience of having a personal trainer come to my house has saved me time on travel and I am able to accomplish more in one day. Kerry definitely pushes me to safe limits. I feel committed to exercising as a daily lifestyle with Kerry encouraging me to build muscle, monitor a healthy heart rate, and nutrition.

I have been training with Kerry for over 2 years now. Making great progress on strength, conditioning, and my core. Workouts are a nice mix of exercises to help keep me get stronger, functional and fit. Always on time and makes great use of different equipment to keep it interesting. Started working with Kerry over 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. It was hard for me to stick with an exercise plan before. What I especially like is the variety of the workouts. Not that I love every single exercise (LOL) but every session is different and challenging. I can definitely see change in myself and my attitude towards exercise and attribute that all to Kerry
