Innovation Cheer and Tumbling is fantastic! From a talent perspective the coaches are awesome. The coaches harness the kids' natural talents, while fostering their growth in the sport and building their self-esteem. Our daughter has bloomed into a social butterfly because of the skills she learns here and her tumbling skills are above what I could imagine. From an administrative perspective they continue to shine. Allison is always open to answer questions and promptly responds to emails.

Finding ICT has been wonderful for my daughter. She was shy and hesitant to start, but her confidence has blossomed at ICT! She feels welcome there and has made many strong friendships. It has been an amazing experience for her.

This is our 5th year, and we love it. My daughter has really advanced in her tumbling, and done so safely with the support and teaching of her coaches. Such a nurturing and positive environment; wonderful group of girls and coaches. It really feels like a family.

I highly recommend ICT for cheerleading and tumbling. The coaches are professional, create routines that showcase every student's abilities, and offer extra support to both students and parents. The environment is very inspiring, encouraging teamwork and celebrating individual achievements. We have been attending for over a year and couldn't be happier with our experience.

Our daughter (8th grade) joined Innovation this past fall and absolutely LOVES it! She didn't have any prior cheer experience and has learned so much in just a few months. It is amazing to see her and her team having a blast both at practices and at competitions. Innovation provides a motivating environment with supportive and knowledgable coaches.

After several years of rec cheer, we signed my daughter up for ICT summer camp to provide additional instruction and practice time. She loved her week at camp and made several new friends. Her experience was so good that she decided to join an Innovation Cheer this season, and we are so glad she did!

Below you will see my original review. At that time I felt all that I wrote. Things drastically changed and as one of the coaches told me - Allison picks one athlete per year and picks on them.
My daughter became that athlete shortly after I wrote the below review. Allison allowed bullying to take place, not just to my daughter but it was a common theme through the gym and on other teams; to the point that other parents were coming to me (even to this day) telling me that it is still happening. Allison also took complete advantage of my passion to help and want to be involved both with my time that I graciously offered and gave as well as my $ - she had no problem accepting a donation of over $500 worth of product that I bought for the athletes and then kick my daughter off the team before a major financially expensive trip due to loosing a tumbling skill Allison herself caused by telling my daughter her tumbling was 'ugly' and she 'couldn't ' do it, when just a few weeks before she was encouraged to progress. What kind of coach let alone gym owner does that. Meanwhile when I asked the other coaches what the problem was with my daughters tumbling they said "we don't know - her tumbling is beautiful and we don't see why Allison is stunting her progression!" I say - I took my daughter to an independent person to look at her skills and the message was loud and clear - there was nothing wrong with my daughters tumbling - just the owners unknown vendetta against a 13 yr old girl.

My daughter is a very strong person - and this woman beat her down emotionally and in her confidence that I had grave concern for my daughters well being. My once happy, laughing cheer leader came out of ICT in tears daily, lost sleep daily, and felt she was a terrible athlete daily all because of the small comments Allison alone made to her.

I warn against this gym.

To the parents who were told by Allison one story - please come talk to me - I am ready to tell our story. Especially because of the amazing success my little athlete is finding where she landed.

ORIGINAL REVIEW ISN'T worth sharing but I kept it below so you could see how quickly Allison can turn on any and all LITTLE GIRLS.

Coming to ICT was the best decision we made for my daughter. My daughter is on an elite cheer team and attends every class class available. She was stuck on tumbling a skill for 18 months and taking lessons & classes at another gym. She just couldn’t get the skill. Within a few weeks at ICT she had the skill mastered and has been moving along at a great pace, increasing her skills daily.

The coaches are great. The price is reasonable. The gym is spotless clean.

In light of CoVid, the gym remained open in the safest way possible for the athletes.

Innovation Cheer is a top notch program to join! Year after year it has become more like a “home” to my daughter and I. Each year they live up to their name by bringing the most innovative and solid team routines and performances at the competitions. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable especially the owner (Allison Troupe)who has a very hands-on approach for every team in the program. It’s abundantly clear that she genuinely cares for her cheerleaders and is passionate about each girl advancing herself to the next level. The facilities are clean and Covid safe adhering to all the state regulations. She is always concerned about the safety of our youthful cheerleaders. My daughter is nine years old and she has grown so much as a person as well as an athlete thanks to the coaches . The coaches are enthusiastic, they encourage confidence , teamwork and developing a strong work ethic. I believe my daughter has grown immensely both physically constantly learning new stunts and skills but also her interpersonal growth. Again, The coaches and the athletes have become more like family than just teammates. Overall, Innovation Cheer is the ultimate cheer program in the area. The owner brings in any resource that she feels would benefit our girls to have the best chance at succeeding in their competitions. I feel that we have lucked out by finding this program with Allison Troupe(Owner)and Innovation Cheer. If your child wants to grow as a cheerleader , have fun and make great friends, you won’t find a better cheer program than here at Innovation!

We absolutely ❤️LOVE❤️ Innovation Cheer! My daughter had been stuck for 2 years with her tumbling and could not get past doing her running tuck. After working with the coaches at Innovation, her technique and form improved drastically over just a few weeks and she has moved on to harder skills. We love our Innovation family! Great group of coaches, athletes, and families. Unlike a lot of similar programs in the area, Innovation combines just the right amount of competition and FUN. Innovation Cheer and Tumbling is an amazing gym! My daughter always liked gymnastics so we started off with the tumbling classes. She liked it so much that she wanted to join the cheerleading team. It was a great decision for her. She has learned so much since starting last summer, and she has made a lot of new friends.
