Inspiring Synergy is a Yoga and Dance Studio offering Vinyasa based Yoga, Salsa, Bachata and Zumba as well as Group Line Dance for all levels, ages and abilities. We consist of experienced instructors and coaches that are passionate about the overall well-being for everyone. Every aspect of Inspiring Synergy is inspired to improve mental, physical and emotional wellness. We offer weekly yoga, Zumba, and dance classes; monthly wellness inspired workshops; Craft Classes and private events planning.
Our shop has crystals and eclectic items for sale as well as many handmade items by local items in our gift shop.
Stained Glass classes, Jewelry making classes, tuning for chakra sessions, reflexology sessions, reiki sessions, anxiety release.

My wife & I absolutely love Inspiring Synergy. Our family takes many classes and workshops in the studio. We have also had a few parties there as well. Inspiring staff is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. They are so helpful and make hosting a party so easy.

Yesterday I got the most amazing relaxing full body massage from Joyce Myers, it was my first full body massage. Joyce is very pleasant and has the massage room set up that makes you feel very relaxed as soon as you walk in. I definitely will be back again!And as always, Johanna, Dana and Connie make you feel right at home! ☺️🩷

Just had my daughter's birthday party here. I highly recommend this place. They take grat care to provide a stress free, clean, friendly environment. Joanna and staff are awesome at taking care of everything. There are so many different thems and activities to choose from. I definitely recommend this place in a heart beat.

I contacted Johanna to see if I could reserve some private art studio time as a stop on an immersive Scavenger hunt I had planned.
She was immediately helpful and went so above and beyond to make the day extra special! She dressed up to match the theme, had music to match and was such a joy the day of the event.
I cannot speak highly enough about how special everyone at Inspiring Synergy made our day even better!

Johanna and Dana are the best at keeping Inspiring Storm studio truly "inspiring" in every way. Their friendliness, willingness to support each one of us as well as the community is what puts them on top of my list. They are both amazing instructos and the amount of love and caring they hold in everything related to the studio and its people is palpable! I feel soo welcomed every time I'm there, it is definitely a place I will come back time and time again!!
