Update: It wouldn't let me leave another review but I saw Dr. Matt again this week and my back feels so much better. It's like a miracle. The worst part with pain like this is how much time you lose to it and when I see Dr. Matt, I feel better that day. Thank you so much Doc!

Wonderful small place to train. I do mean small. Caters to bodybuilders and powerlifters. If your serious about staying in shape your welcome too. Love the place. Not like a big corporate gym.
