Iβve been working out with Lou at Iron Will for 2 years. Lou is very knowledgeable and offers excellent training programs that build strength and stability. He is able to modify your program as needed to work around injuries, or even just low energy days (I have those sometimes). He works with people of all body types and offers a friendly, no judgment environment in which to improve your overall health. Iron Will also offers high energy classes. Not really my thing, but the people that take them enjoy them and seem to be a friendly bunch. I highly recommend you check out IWSF if youβre looking to improve your health.

Taking the step to Join the 6 week 20 lb weight loss challenge at Iron Will Strength and Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made.The nutrition plan they give for the challenge is scheduled and very easy to follow. The workouts are fantastic and I love it! Coach John and Coach Lou are amazing. They make the workouts intense but fun at the same time. The Coaches push you and encourage you to get the results you want. They are always around if you have questions or need advice. As my first challenge is coming to an end I have noticed my energy level has increased tremendously, I have lost inches and weight, and gained muscle! I am happy with my results and I will be continuing on to the next challenge!!

Perfect program, from the coaches with their pro positive attitudes to the full body circuits. When first being introduced to the exercises, I had concerns about being able to complete the eight week challenge but the 45 minute circuit was excellent. With the coaches support, a healthy food plan and positive outlook, my husband and I did it! The men and women are a mixed age group with a single mind set to become healthier, wether to lose weight and/or to tighten and tone. My husband and I are older, 61 and 60, and are so happy with our results (so far!). My husband has two bad knees and a bad back and cannot believe how much better he feels and how more more mobility he has, let alone his weight lose and higher energy level. Personally I am more confident in the way I feel in my clothing since losing inches and feeling more toned. On a final note, I definitely am more relaxed and smiling more often, so there must be something true about the endorphins π Special thanks to the owner Louis Siva who had the vision for a healthier exercise program at a gym where everyone feels comfortable!

My experience has been great being with iron will. It has changed my life and the way I look at food. The meal plan they give is a great combo of being able to eat but also eating the right way. When I first started the challenge I was a little nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. My first night there everyone was so welcoming and helpful and made me feel like I was part of their family. I love all the trainers and the workouts. I never thought I would say this in my life but I actually love working out!! At Iron will fitness they made the work out fun and that 45 mins- 1hr work out Flys by. My first night I started only with 6lb dumb bells and I'm now at 15-20lbs . I feel stronger than I ever have. Thank you Lou and everyone for such a great opportunity and a great place to work out at. I would highly recommended this to anyone who wants to make a change in their life.

My wife has been bugging me to try this program for quite some time; sheβs a member and swears by it. I was reluctant to try it, because most of the participants are women. I was convinced that her program wouldnβt work for me and decided to seek out other methods, do it on my own, and I achieved negative results. So I decided to try "her" program and I hate it when sheβs right.
I just completed my first 6 week challenge and couldnβt be happier with my results. I weighed in on the first day at 345lbs, which is possibly the biggest Iβve ever been. Within the first week I began losing and I saw results at every weekly weigh in. By week 6, I was 27lbs lighter and had increased energy. The structure of the programs class requirements and the diet plan gave me small goals to work toward, which helped keep me motivated.
I especially liked how the coaches would allow participants with long term injuries to modify exercises, rather than struggle through an exercise they truly couldnβt do. The coaches and participants prompted a team environment, where everyone encourages each other, a true judgement free zone (no ridicules lunk alarms or pizza nights here). Iβm a believer now; Iron Will itβs not just for women, men can get fit and become healthy here too.

What a great program! Having regularly scheduled classes with people who are there for the same purpose was a great support system. Everyone cheering you on to finish that one last round was very encouraging! This experience has been amazing. When I started the 6 week challenge I was just tired of being tired. I felt weak and uncomfortable in everything. I wanted to make a change and knew I needed help to do it. At Iron Will I found supportive coaches and people just like me looking to get fit and get healthy. It was hard work and took strong dedication. But after 6 weeks I lost the 20 lbs that I set out to do. I feel stronger and more confident. Iβve tried many ways to drop weight and get healthy. I had given up hope that I would ever be successful with this goal. When my daughter suggested that I give the six week 20lb challenge a try at Iron Will Strength & Fitness I was concerned that I wouldnβt be able to do it. After meeting with Lou and attending one of the workout classes I decided to give it a try. Iβm so happy that I made that decision. The coaches and other members are very supportive. I just finished my first 6 Week 20 lb Challenge at IWSF and had an amazing experience! I chose this program because the owner was very upfront and was not pushing any "magic" pill, shake, vitamin, food, etc. Lots of healthy, real food and fun workouts make this one of the best programs around. For me the best part about this program is the coaches and the positive and supportive community that they have created in and out of the gym. I have struggled with weight loss my entire life and have tried every "diet" out there, but I've never had so much success as I did at Iron Will. The workouts are very effective and although they are challenging, they are not overwhelming. The coaches help you through and modify the movements if needed. I definitely recommend Iron Will for anyone, whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete, or whether or not you are looking to lose weight.

I could not be more appreciative towards the coaches and especially the owner at Iron Will. I began my personal weight loss in March of 2016 and was able to lose some weight on my own before the point of my first weigh in for the 6 week challenge at Iron Will Strength and Fitness on Sept 12 2016. I had not been working out beforehand because I could not, or didn't want to, find the time in my schedule to get up off the couch and work out. Since the start of this challenge I was instructed by Coach Lou, Jackie, Sin, and Tom that it was not going to be easy, but it WILL BE WORTH IT. They continually pushed me to my fullest potential. The workouts are rough, but they make it entertaining. My mind had an altering realization that working out can be fun, and I slowly removed the negative connotation that 'working out' had for me beforehand. Also, the 'family like' atmosphere helps tremendously for new people who are unsure of themselves and their ability to push through the rough times and sore bodies. I will, and have, recommend this fitness center to anyone who is looking for a different type of environment to increase their activity. I complete my first challenge's final weigh in tomorrow morning, and I'm feeling amazing about my results. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to everyone who pushed me, provided encouraging words, and assisted me in raising my self-esteem.

I am at the end of a 6-week, 20lb Challenge. I was at the point where I was going to have to spend a lot of money and time buying new clothes to hide my size, now I fit back into the clothes that I already have and like! There's a comprehensive meal plan, but you still buy and cook your own food from the "approved list". No one is judging you. Nearly everyone there has lost a ton of weight and wants the same for you! This review is ANOTHER example of someone who is SHOCKED by how good they feel and look now. This morning was my final workout of the 6wk, 20lb Challenge (my first challenge, I'm doing at least 2 more!!).. and I expect tomorrow's final weigh-in to be great!.. i have lost more than 20lbs in the 6wks, lost inches, gain confidence, balance, energy.. you name it.
The program is no joke... the trainers are great - they will kick your butt and support you along your journey. If you are on the fence about trying it, like i was, CHOOSE YOURSELF and CHOOSE IRON WILL... if you don't want to do the "challenge" they have a variety of other programs/plans/etc.

6wks ago a friend called me and told me about the 6wk 20lb challenge. I though she was nuts but I went to orientation anyway to see what the program was all about. Best decision I ever made. Here I am 6wks later 20lbs lighter and several inches smaller. I ate 5-6 times a day, I was never hungry. The coaches are amazing. You're not just thrown into a class they actually help you with form to ensure the exercises are being done properly. It is like individual personal training in a group setting along with a diet and nutrition plan that is customized to meet your needs. They have a support network that is second to none. Everyone is so helpful, encouraging and supportive. Everyone steps up to help everyone else achieve their goals. It is like joining a family not a gym. I started my six week challenge in the beginning of June. Let me start by saying I am not an early bird, but since starting I have made it to every 6am class and it has been the best change in my life. I love the workouts and getting it done first thing in the morning. There is no stress or pressure to try to squeeze it in after working all day. I start my day feeling strong and healthy every day. The workouts are hard and just when I think I cant do more I push myself and its over. I have only worked out with a few of the coaches. Coach Jackie is always such a happy face to walk into at 6am. She is so encouraging she is constantly cheering us on and helping us get it done, I feel motivated and strong. She makes morning workouts fun, I always leave feeling happy and motivated for the rest of my day. I look forward to working out with her every morning, she is either coaching us or working out right beside us. She is truly inspiring! Coach Tom is my other trainer and he is equally as good he pushes you to try harder do more and get the most of your work out. I have seen Coach Tom before his transformation and now, it is amazing what hard work will do. Coach Lou also give you that push because you just don't want to let him down and why short cut your self. I am now on my 6th week and I am actually sad to see it ending. this has been so much fun and everyone is so warm and welcoming there. I plan to continue on with my new workout family!

I'm at the end of the Bikini Challenge offered at Iron Will Strength and Fitness, and I'm very happy with my results. If you're looking for something that will push you to your limits this is definitely where you want to be. The 6 weeks 20lb challenge has been nothing short of an amazing experience for me. I am currently down 17lbs with one more weigh in to go, and I couldn't be happier with the results that I am seeing. However, this challenge definitely goes way beyond the weight loss. It represents discipline to get to class and eat right in order to reach your goal weight, and theres always a feeling of accomplishment. The new sense of motivation and confidence that I have gained throughout this process is the most valuable benefit of the challenge. I am just completing my 20lb 6 week Challenge and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made to help loose weight and also get my strength and mobility back. Coaches Lou and Corinne are AWESOME! They will push you on those days when you really need it and also encourage you all along the way. When I first went to Iron Will Fitness. It was like every time I tried something new in the fitness world. I thought can I do this? Will I stick with it? Well the answer was YES!!!! My good friend inspired me to give this program a try and it has worked better then I could have ever imagined. I took the 6 week 20 lb weight loss challenge and I am right at my goal as we speak. Coach Lou and Coach Jon have created an incredible program that takes all the guess work out of being getting in shape. They run hard workout sessions that really make you sweat but also make sure you're doing each excercise correctly and to the best of your abilities. They also challenge you by changing up the workouts day to day and make sure you're challenging yourself by working harder. They also provide a flawless diet plan that has worked wonders for me. This is my last week of the Iron Will Strength & Fitness 6 week challenge and I have NEVER felt better. John and Lou are amazing coaches. The work outs are challenging and the diet is a little hard but It WORKS, it really WORKS, I have finally lost the weight I have been trying to loose for over a year. I have also made so many new friends and to watch all of us go from out of shape to in great shape in 6 weeks has been my favorite part of this adventure. I watched a (now friend) go from not being able to do one regular Jumping Jack to busting out a set of 40, the smile on her face and the accomplishment she felt I will remember forever. I have also made huge strides.
I would recommend this program to anyone and everyone looking to improve there lives.

At first I wasn't sure if this program was right for me because I had not been in a gym for quite some time. I decided to give it a try because I wasn't having much luck on my own. I am so glad I joined and I cannot believe everything I have been able to achieve in such a short amount of time!! Not only is this one of the best programs around, but Lou and John are fantastic!! I'm currently in my last week of the 6-week 20lb weight loss challenge. I have lost 21 lbs to date!! Before I started this challenge I haven't worked out this intense in about four years, which was the last time I endured a 5-hour cardio and technique testing for my first degree black belt. If not for my brother and my wife pushing me to eat healthier or getting my butt to the gym, I'm not sure how long it would've taken me to lose this amount of weight in a such a short time. I decided to participate in the Iron Will 20 pound challenge largely due to my brother's success in the program. Through him I knew the basics of the program before I signed up but what I didn't know was immeasurable. For example, both Lou and John really do care about each and every one of the participant's success. They realize that each person as well as their needs are unique. The Six-Week Challenge at Iron Will Strength and Fitness is well worth the investment of time, money and effort! Seven weeks ago, I was in nearly constant pain. I hesitated to pick up my adorable grandchildren because it hurt to do so. My clothes were tight.
My friend had done the challenge and told me that the pain she had was nearly gone. I was intrigued. My life had gotten small and I wanted that wide open world back.
Yes, it was hard work, but so rewarding. Before long I was able to move without pain again. I picked up BOTH grandchildren at the SAME time, simply because they asked. My waistbands were no longer snug, they were downright droopy. In six weeks I lost 24 pounds, 1 Β½ inches from my waist and 2 from my hips, and most of all, I lost pain. I gained energy, strength and enthusiasm.
My transformation inspired my son and his wife to take on the challenge. Iβm now in my second Six-Week Challenge. Coaches Lou and John are wonderful! The program works. There are no excuses.

I have always made excuses "why" I couldn't work out. I have two jobs, I have two kids, I do not have time in the morning, I do not have time at night.....I was sick and tired of my own excuses because everyday I made an excuse was another day I prob gained a pound or two. I finally took time for myself and made the change. I decided I was going to give this 6 week, 20lb challenge a try. I was going to attend the 6am class and make it work with NO excuses. 6 weeks into the challenge and I never missed a class and feel accomplished bc I stuck with it and made great progress. I have been out of shape for many years now. I'm a single mom, 2 kids, who are now doing their own thing. What better time than now to focus on ME!!
My Drs had been saying I am borderline diabetic and I have been taking blood pressure medication for a few years now. Drs say it would be best to eat healthier and drop a few pounds. But HOW!? Now I'm no dummy, but I lacked the tools I needed to even get started!! Then I met up with Iron Will strength and fitness!! Coach Lou and Coach John are 2 dedicated guys that genuinely want to see you succeed!! I enrolled in the 20 lb challenge knowing there would be exercise and a diet change. The classes are only 45 mins!! No matter how hard that class was gonna be, I knew that they could only kick my butt for 45 mins and then I'd be done!! That's the thought process that got me through the workouts!
When I kinda stalled out on dropping weight, I consulted with Coach Lou and we changed around some of the things on my nutrition plan to help jump start the weight loss again. I succeeded the challenge and lost a total of 22.5 lbs!!! I liked it so much that I have signed up to lose another 20!! Keep doing what you are doing Lou and John!! I truly appreciate you!!

This program is fantastic. My husband and I kickstarted our journey to better health and balanced nutrition. The nutrition plan provided when signing up for the 6 week challenge is comprehensive and allows for adaptation and variety. The workouts are challenging at the beginning and the coaches provide reminders of modification that can and should be done to increase the difficulty. The coaches are not in your face screaming, but right next to you supporting and pushing for you to do your best and to realize you can do more than you expected.

My name is Nick Esposito. My wife successfully completed Iron Will Strength and Fitness' 20 lb. weight loss challenge two consecutive times back-to-back in Winter 2015. I saw firsthand how her transformation made her feel great, boosted her confidence and made her into someone who sets no boundaries in terms of what she can accomplish. As I watched her transformation, I secretly wished I was her, working out and eating right to become the healthiest version of herself she could be.
After she won her second challenge, I was so excited and proud of her. She began doing things she had not even fathomed were possible. She shoveled the snow from our driveway and sidewalks after snowstorms this past winter. I had just accepted that as the man of the house, this was my chore to complete, no matter the circumstances. Imagine my delightful surprise when I returned home from work several times to find that she had shoveled the driveway, sidewalks and entryways into our house! I couldn't believe it simply because she had never shown any desire to do it before competing in and winning Iron Will Strength and Fitness' 20 lb. weight loss challenges.
This past Spring, she wanted us to create two garden beds. This was another chore that I thought I would have to do myself. Not the case. She dug up the lawn for the first garden and attempted to dig out and remove a tree root from a pesky tree in our yard, by herself! This root would have made Paul Bunyan break a sweat, and Melissa just treated it like she was taking a stroll outside. It was at this moment that I knew I had to be a part of this challenge.
I was worried at first that I wouldn't be available enough to attend the required workouts, but, Melissa knew I was hurting for a chance to get healthier and she and I worked out a plan to cover our kids' needs and our work schedules. I enrolled in the Iron Will Strength and Fitness Challenge that began on June 13, 2015. The program taught me how to eat the correct balance of real foods in the correct portions at the correct times of day so that I was not hungry. I stopped my steady diet of soda drinking and sugary desserts along with other foods and drinks that were unhealthy and actually making me feel horrible throughout the day. The workouts were a blast, they brought my mindset right back to high school football and lacrosse practices, and I was so happy to feel like part of the team or family.
No one in the program is a superstar or makes you feel like a loser, it really is the greatest investment I've made in myself since my college days at Penn State. I've successfully completed one challenge, losing 24.5 lbs. and just under 9 inches around my waist and I'm feeling great. I fit into clothing that I thought I would never wear again and the compliments from my wife, family and coworkers are plentiful. I am rolling into a second challenge with confidence and resolve to lose another 20+ lbs and look forward to attacking everyday. I sleep better, my work stamina and focus have improved and I stay even all day long with no periods of down energy and drive. The best part is that I can keep up with my kids and their endless energy now.
I learned that I have lots of willpower when I set my mind to accomplishing this and other goals. My children see how hard their parents work to be healthy daily, and that is a life lesson that I want them to carry with them forever. I was never one to think that I had such determination to learn the real meaning of moderation when it came to food and drink. Iron Will Strength and Fitness is helping me reach my full potential and I thank them for their hard work and dedication everyday. This is focused on the 6 week challenge and the boot camp classes/regular monthly membership experience. The main population in these groups are women. Most of these women are overweight and looking for help in losing weight. I was one of these women.
This review is two-fold: one good and one not-so-good. The good is the core of the program is solid. The meal plan and workouts work if you follow them. If you do what you are supposed to do: you will lose weight. You will find peers who are working towards similar goals and accountability with weekly weigh-ins. The program worked for me and I lost weight and inches and began a new lifestyle. I am very grateful for this and the help that The Iron Will staff provided me with along the way.
Now the bad. People skills. Customer service. Organization. Communication. Consistency. Okay, you are in a people business. You say you want to help people and improve lives. You meet women mostly at a vulnerable point in their lives. They are emotionally drained and unhappy with themselves and you promise them help. You fall short here. You fall short on properly supporting women emotionally during their journey. Your communication skills are subpar and borderline abusive in general. My personal experience was horrible and was verbally abused by the owner. There are countless YouTube videos of the owner yelling obscenities at members.
During the most extreme situation, I was asked to talk and agreed. I was then in a position of being "talked to" by the 2 Iron Will coaches. I was verbally attacked and insulted for choosing to workout at another gym and I was falsely accused of promoting another fitness business. I demanded proof but was denied. I was berated for having not worked out at Iron Will for "some time," which was 10 days. I have paid my monthly dues - so who's business is it where I decide to go?
This is following 7 months of my membership and loyalty to Iron Will where I provided free business coaching and advice (I am a certified self employed coach and consultant), spoke for free on my time to a group of potential new members promoting Iron Will, and provided constant online information and support to fellow Iron Will members.
So, yes the program works. But I cannot recommend it to others. Not after being treated in such a poor manner. Yes, run your business, but be a person first. When you are talking to the women who come through your doors: picture your wife, your mom, your daughter, your sister - treat your clients how you would want others to treat these women in your life.

Joining Iron Will Fitness and Strength was one of the best decisions I have made! It has made such an impact on my life. I never really exercised before so the consistent weight gain was depressing. The classes are tough but so much fun. I was so nervous about going because I was so out of shape but I can honestly say I enjoyed going to each and every single one. The trainers are positive, knowledgeable, and so personable. On several occasions I struggled with basic moves and the trainers took the time to give me other moves to help with my mobility. The trainers were always available for questions or concerns that I may have had. The camaraderie among the participants was amazing. I meant so many new people that supported me and worked with me along our journey. I find myself looking at food and life from a different aspect. About 3 months ago my girlfriend came across a class at our new gym, she would come home sweating and feeling proud of what she was able to do in the class. So she knew I was looking to light my competitive fire again, and she had learned that through her class that there was also a 20lb 6 week weight loss challenge, soon as she told me about it I knew I had to go and see what it was all about. I was super nervous my first class since I was coming in out of shape and worried I may not be able to complete the challenge, and boy was it rough to get started. I can't thank Lou and John enough. Iron Will is so amazing. My boyfriend's cousin kept posting about this work out. Eating unhealthy and not exercising for two years I gained weight. I was tired all the time. I decided that the 6 week challenge is what I needed. Well the first week I thought I would die and throw up after each class but each week it was amazing. I felt better and couldn't wait for the class. The weight came off and now I fit into clothes I couldn't fit into before. I can't wait for the next challenge. What is 6 weeks out of your life? I would highly recommend taking the challenge with Coach Lou and Coach John. I wasn't sure at first but after seeing a friend's amazing results, I knew I had to try it! The challenge is tough but it is definitely worth it! I feel better than I have in years- no just with weight loss but my energy level, nutrition and overall health. You definitely will not regret it if you just take some YOU time and fit in 1 hour of exercise 4-5 times a week. The classes are fun and everyone is so friendly, encouraging and cheers everyone on! Iron Will Strength and Fitness has been the best experience of my life. I have struggled my entire life with weight and eventually just gave up. I found my 40 year old self feeling life 80. I couldn't climb stairs without being short of breath. I hated exercise and always found an excuse not to it. At Iron Will coach Lou and John are great. They have never made me feel out of place. Everyday they have challenged me. The group exercise is wonderful, everyone supports everyone and I am now doing things that I never thought possible. I joined the Iron Will Strength & Fitness "6 Week 20 Pound Challenge". I am someone who had not made a serious effort to lose weight or get fit in over 10 years. I was nervous but after seeing the result of friends who had done the challenge I decided to try it. The challenge is just that, a challenge. It' hard but do-able. If you put in the time and the effort, you will see the results. I was intimidated when I saw the equipment we would be working with but Coach Lou and Coach John are very knowledgeable. The showed us the proper techniques so we would avoid injury and they corrected us if our form was wrong. They were extremely nice and approachable and at times funny. I never found them intimidating. What I found very special about this particular program was the support and the atmosphere. All of the Challengers were very supportive and encouraging as we were all basically in the same boat. We are all just people taking steps toward healthier living and helping each other do it. There was a special Facebook forum where all of the Challengers could discuss recipes and offer advice and encouragement. All I can say is if you are someone who is ready to take a step toward a healthier lifestyle and you have no idea how to begin, start here. These guys will put you on the right path. I really felt like I was a part of something special here and I intend to challenge again in the Fall.

I have to be honest and say I was very skeptical at first to join Iron Will. Then I went to orientation and It literally took 5 minutes for Lou to win me over. He is pretty straight forward and some of the stuff that came out of his mouth may scare some people due to him being so direct. I see it like this. I hate for anyone to sugar coat anything. I have been pushed to go outside my box and explore fitness in whole new way. I look back at my life before Iron will and think how stupid I was to second guess this program. I have met some pretty amazing women/men in the process. I love how there is NO judgments by anyone in class. We all help each other out. The new challengers and the old :-) No one acts like they are better then you. So if your looking for an uplifting atmosphere that will test your limits and get you to where you want to be physically... THIS IS THE PLACE TO JOIN!!

I had a great experience with the 20 pound challenge. I didn't reach the 20 pound but I didn't follow the food plan to the letter. Also I did not purchase a food scale which seems to help many of the people in my class. If you need to lose weight and need a little push Iron Will is for you!!! And I found it enjoyable!!!

I joined Iron Will Strength & Fitness 6 weeks ago, and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
I am a 31yr old mother, and weight has been an issue my entire life. Becoming a mom eventually led me to put myself on the back burner, completely. It took a week's long hospital stay to realize that my health is not getting any better if I don't do something about it soon. That my son relies on me to be on this Earth for as long as physically possible.
I knew Coach Lou's program was effective, as I had seen both of my sisters' success as a direct result of his training. Six weeks later, I am 22lbs less than my starting weight, and this is only the beginning. I will continue my training through Iron Will with no hesitation, as I know it works!
The environment is very comfortable, and I feel the support not only from Coach Lou & John, but the many women/men who are in the same position as I. Looking forward to seeing where I am one year from now!

More than an exercise class program! Iron Will Strength and Fitness 6 week Challenge is so much more than an excise program. It combines nutrition counseling, varied team workout classes and fantastic moral support. Being severely overweight, many gym programs intimidate me. Having numerous food allergies and health issues, many nutrition programs cannot be customized to me needs. Iron Will Strength and Fitness 6 week Challenge was able to meet all my needs and I achieved tremendous results! The best part is the support and camaraderie of the group. Prior to this, I had not exercised in a very long time, and both the trainers and the others in the classes encouraged me every step of the way. I am definitely continuing with the classes.

I was so scared and hesitant to go to the orientation, but I had finally hit my bottom. I needed to start feeling comfortable in my own skin. Getting started in the 20 Pound Challenge was the hardest, most exciting experience, and it was the most I had ever put myself out there. But here I am, writing this on my final weigh in day, and I am officially 14 pounds lighter and 11 inches smaller- I am THRILLED!!!!
Between being put outside my comfort zone with nutrition and pushing myself to the limits with awesome, intense workouts, I have never been so challenged. The accountability built into the program is what ensured my success though (because I view this as a HUGE SUCCESS). I had two great coaches, my new amazing girlfriends working out with me, the Facebook group, and weekly weigh-in's to keep me on track.
I started this challenge with extra weight accumulated after 2 babies, years at a stressful job, and loads of stress eating lots of sugary "treats". I had never lost weight, I had not been comfortable as me in over 8 years, and I felt beaten down by the fear of failure. This process was an emotional roller coaster, and I would totally do it again! I kept asking myself along the way what I would do at the end of 6 weeks... well now that it is here, it's an easy answer- I'm not stopping! I now know I can be successful, and I know that there is more I want to do. Training and eating right is now a part of my life, and I can never repay Lou for helping me realize how amazing this lifestyle can be.

Up until 6 weeks ago, I had no idea how to work out. Any time in my life I had ever tried, I was always bored and thought it was too difficult and not enjoyable, and every time, I had quit. When I saw the ad on FB asking for people to join for FREE I was a bit sceptical. But, I took a chance and thought, what could I loss?(No pun intended LOL) After meeting with Lou and hearing his program, I couldn't wait to join and get started. I think I made the rice choice for joining iron will strength and fitness I was over weight and no energy but as this 6 weeks is almost up I can say how much energy I have and I have alot of upper body strenth that I never had in my life I always was on the heavy that where I never wanted to wear shorts dresses ect but I can say that this summer I opening up to a whole closet full of clothes and lastly I want to thank Lou and John for this funny and great 6 week workout and I recommend this program to anyone it's the best thing I did for my life and it will change yours it did for me

I am so glad I decided to try a different type of workout then what I have been doing. I am so happy this site randomly popped up on my FB and that I actually called! I've tried every diet under the sun... weight watchers, atkins, cleanse after cleanse... nothing worked. I'm slowly shedding the pounds, but finally the right way! The workouts are challenging and can be scary at first, but Coach Lou & Coach John are there to help you all the way! Joining Iron Will was the best thing I did for myself. I had no energy and my stregnth wasn't so great. Friend of mine was training with Lou and told me about it so I had to try it for myself. I feel so much better and healthier not to mention I feel stronger than before. Never have I thought that I would start to tone up. After seeing a friend posting transformation photos of herself online, I contacted her and asked her what Iron Will Strength & Fitness was all about. That was one of the best things I could have done for myself. I joined shortly after and am so elated with my own transformation. I woke up June 13, 2014 and made up my mind that I was absolutely disgusted with myself. I had gained over 55 pounds in the past 4.5 years. Had ZERO energy, just about no strength and just felt terrible in generaI. I weighed myself on the first day of class. I was the heaviest I have ever weighed in my lifeβ¦.. I walked into that first class with ZERO stamina, ZERO strength and ZERO idea of what I was in store forβ¦β¦β¦It has now been 10 weeks since I began training with Lou at Iron Will Strength and Fitness. I could not be happier with my results. I am down 25 pounds, and approximately 13 inches. Iβve dropped two pant sizes and most importantly I feel GREAT! My energy has sky rocketed and my strength and stamina are noticeably better.
Lou is very good with modifying the exercises to meet everyoneβs individual needs while maintaining a group setting. I havenβt met anyone in this class that has not encouraged and complimented one another. It truly is a team environment where everyone encourages and no one judges.
