ISI Changed my life. I have been goign to ISI for a few months and really enjoy it.
As a new member of the 50 year old club I want to stay active and push myself but I am not looking to set PRs and get hurt trying to keep up with the younger crowd.
I need to use my body at work every day so I like the balance of a challenging workout but not trying to do 50 Deadlifts for time.
ISI is upbeat and super clean. The workouts are unique each time and they are definitely challenging, but scalable if needed.
The trainers and support team are all really nice and encouraging. The owner is very responsive and helpful as well.
They have a great community feel and I highly recommend checkign it out.

I have been consistently going to ISI since May of ‘24. ISI is more than a gym, it’s a community, a source of encouragement and motivation! ISI is the gym for anyone who gets intimidated by big gyms or feels like when they walk into a gym they don’t know what to do, this place is for them. It’s a Community where you could be a retired athlete, a current athlete, a strength trainer, somebody who is just getting back into the gym someone who just had knee surgery and is recovering and basically anyone who just wants to show up and change any part of their life. Before coming to Isi, I kept making excuses for why I could not find time to work out, but my community has allowed me to stop making those excuses. This is a place where they hold you accountable for not showing up and they encourage you when you do show up. If you’re looking to actually make a change in your life that maybe isn’t so drastic to start with, they have smaller packages that allow you to dip your toes into the gym life. The only thing is after your first class you might not just want dip your toes. I’m happy to have this community where I am not the most fit but I’ve gained muscled I haven’t had since I was 18 years old.

When you walk through the doors your instantly greeted with a friendly hello & a positive attitude by the coaches which stays throughout your entire workout. They are attentive , provide guidance, and a little extra push when needed !

I absolutely love ISI. I joined in December of 2024 and have been there multiple times a week. Everyone is so friendly and the community is what keeps me motivated. The coaches are amazing and they push you and get excited when they see you succeed, whether it's losing weight, lifting more, etc.

I started going to ISI about a year ago and fell in love with the format almost immediately. The classes change every day so I'm never bored. The sense of teamwork and camaraderie from the coaches and classmates keep me encouraged and on track, even when I'm not especially "feeling it." Even though I was not overweight when I started, the changes in my body have been positive - a 10lb weight loss, but more importantly a 5% drop in body fat, as well as an increase in muscle mass per the InBody scans that are included in membership. I'm extremely grateful I found this program.

I am former college athlete that was looking to avoid falling into the work routine without exercising regularly post graduation. The transition is tough for anyone but especially since I don’t have a sports practice or game that’s taking up a majority of my life anymore. I knew I would have to be more intentional about my exercise regiment and ISI was the community that I never knew I needed. I few months ago, I was in search of a trainer-led class gym to help get back to fitness. I tried several different gyms in the area but none felt welcoming or inspiring.
On my 1st visit to ISI Elite Training I felt so welcomed! I was encouraged throughout the workout from everyone in the class. ISI Blue Bell represented at first an opportunity each day to focus on self-care and wellness after a long period of neglect. What I have come to realize is that it is truly a community of trainers and people whose motivation and influence far extends from the turf, dumbbells, and two sets of glass double doors. Never had participated in group workout sessions before so I keep asking other members if this is normal. Their answer is always “No”.
Used to have these circular arguments in my head: “I travel a lot for work so it’s IMPOSSIBLE to stay consistent and disciplined because once I stacked good days in a row it was always interrupted by this work travel… “ or “it’s IMPOSSIBLE to stay consistent because of the kid’s schedules…”. I probably had 50+ “Day Ones” over the last bunch of years.
First work trip came and there was Coach Niki with daily motivational calls/texts encouraging me to find time for health and wellness. So appreciative she went above and beyond to help me face head on one of the things which continuously held me back or just simply stopped me from starting. Like I mentioned above, the community far extends outside of those double glass doors, and it is this which has me hooked.
I can’t thank Darshak, Ariana, Coach Danny, Coach Kristen, Coach Ethan and Coach Niki enough for structuring and leading this community. It has quickly become one of my most cherished destinations. See you tomorrow.

Do yourself a favor and book a complimentary session at ISI Elite in Blue Bell. I promise you, you will have a kick- butt workout. Although tired you will feel amazing, when you walk out those doors. ISI Elite is for all levels of fitness, from beginners to the most elite. Every class is different, keeping it fresh and new. Every exercise is demonstrated, which helps if you’re newer to the exercise world. The class is always challenging, with coaches and members, who are so encouraging and who will push you toward, your better version. The energy created and the music will keep you moving and pumped up. The coaching staff is above excellent, the members are friendly and the facility is clean and has nice amenities- Who doesn’t love a nice cool towel, after a sweaty work out? Also, ISI Elite has an InBody scanner, which breaks down your entire body by fat, muscle, water, bone etc. and provides necessary information, to help better your nutritional intake. It’s really an amazing place and community. I hope to see you there!!

When my prior gym announced the closing of the location to which I was going, I was filled with anxiety. How was ever going to find a place that checked all my boxes, instructor led workouts, good community vibes, and offered early morning sessions to fit my work schedule. Have loved working out here for the last six months! It’s not only enjoyable to come in every day and work out but it’s the most challenging workout I have ever done. It’s always different as well. If you are looking for a great workout with variety, accountability, a push to work hard and get out of your comfort zone, and a fun, encouraging community, you will find it at ISI in Blue Bell. The coaches are kind, knowledgeable, fun, and will make sure you sweat and push yourself to get stronger. The facility is clean and spacious with so many options for different exercises. They also hand out cold towels at the end of each workout, and the towels smell DIVINE :) I like that each day focuses on a different body part and that there is variety in the format of the sessions. Try it, you'll love it!

One thing about ISI they don’t play! My first session they wasted no time lol. I was skeptical paying a certain amount of money for this training but when I tell you it is worth every cent!!!! You can tell it’s passion for what they do. The accountability, the drive , the love and support will have you feeling like you can do anything. Everytime I leave a session I feel great about myself knowing I pushed with the awesome trainers and the people I work out with too. If you want to reach your body goals while surrounded by supportive people I highly suggest ISI training.

I have been going to ISI Elite Training since day 1…. I would like to first say this place has such a huge sense of community and family!
I am not going to lie, I was first skeptical coming to ISI. I have done many gym/personal training facilities such as LA, Cross-fit, F45, Orangetheory, Lifetime, etc… So I did have my hesitation trying a personal training based facility. Wow… I was so GLAD I tried it and a member.
From the facility, the staff, to the community there - it’s like no other. The facility is bright and vibrant. The equipment is brand new and well kept. The staff is always near the door, giving warm greetings to whoever comes into the studio.
The trainers - I love the energy they bring. The diversity of the trainers are great - each one bring a unique personality to the group. I can’t forget the owner Darshak and front desk Ary - both always filled with high energy and warm smiles.
As for the workout - I have found myself truly loving the workouts. Each day is different and always leaving me feeling accomplished. It’s 50 minutes of an efficient workout. Like I mentioned before; I have done F45, Orangetheory, etc… - I personally felt they were all great in the beginning but, in time found that they did not help long term with progression of strength and functional training. As for ISI, I love the challenge and the diversity they bring in their training. I believe the workouts each day exhibits functional training that is sustainable and helps with longevity in our lives.
The best part is… I am also able to still continue my fitness journey while pregnant too!!
Lastly, you will not regret it, you will enjoy the chance you take on ISI. There is a sense of family that I can’t fully put into words about ISI Blue bell. Everyone is so welcoming with open arms. You see members encourage and uplift one another. There’s no cliques! Everyone is smiling and so happy to spend their 50 minutes of their day here. Sometimes even more than 50 because we end up becoming close that we will chat an extra 15-20 minutes haha.

It only took me 54 years to join a gym, and boy am I glad I found this one. This place has an incredible vibe, from the owner, to the incredible trainers and staff they have working there, and all the fellow members. I never thought I would like group classes but now I don’t know what I would do without them. It seems like we are always performing a new exercise that we haven’t done before, it never gets old. In less than six months, I’ll be approaching 100 classes already, such a major transformation happening. Looking forward to tomorrow and my next 100!

ISI is more than a gym.. it is a community. The owner has created a super friendly atmosphere and all are welcome regardless of age or fitness level.
The coaches are very motivating and encourage you to do your best. Modifications are always suggested, if needed, and every coach is concerned with proper form.. so as to prevent injury and get the most out of the exercise. Everyday it is a different workout and some of the exercise are very unique. Been to a lot of “boutique” gyms and this is far superior. Also, daily lunch time workouts make it easy to fit exercise into a busy schedule.

I started at ISI shortly after it opened in 2023. I was working out at another facility and was looking for something similar but with more of an emphasis on strength training and weightlifting. ISI was exactly what I was looking for. It is a great combination of Olympic weightlifting moves and cardio. The classes are intense and what you make of them. Head coach Danny is one of the best trainers I've been around. He is extremely knowledgable and has modifications available for all ages and levels. Each trainer brings something different to the table. Nikki is full of energy and positivity, and Kristen pushes you to reach your full potential. Darshak is building a great community here, and I'm so glad I decided to join.

I’ve tried several gyms in the area (orange theory, lifetime, LA, Kinetix, retro, edge) and workout routines (peloton, p90x, insanity, Fitbod, various men’s health workouts, etc) and ISI tops them all, by a long shot.
What I love about ISI is that you get a solid mix of both cardio and weight training - both of which are vital for looking good, feeling good, and most importantly extending your lifetime (check out the book “Outlive: the science and art of longevity”). They mix up the workouts so you never feel like you’re doing the same thing, the facility is new, modern and clean, everyone that works there is awesome, and the other members are open and inviting. I also love that the workouts are intense - this is another important element of effective workouts (you may think that’s not for you, but challenging yourself in this way has a lot of benefits, research it!)
I think orange theory is the closest thing to ISI I’ve experienced. Orange theory is awesome for building cardio capacity, but I was never able to improve strength there. As mentioned before, ISI covers both of those areas… I also like the feel of ISI more - it’s brighter, they have a lot more equipment, and a greater variety of exercises.

Despite having a fully-equipped gym at home, I can't help but find myself drawn to ISI Fitness for their incredible classes. Getting started can be tough, but the coaches here make it so much easier. I've never been to a gym where I genuinely look forward to every class (every.single.class). Classes are broken up lower body, upper body, total body or core/cardio days and you’ll find yourself using bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells and/or various machines (assault bike or ski erg). ISI genuinely creates an incredibly positive and fun community . All the coaches are fantastic and know exactly how to push you to your limits, but Coach Nikki is the absolute best! And although not a coach, Darshak is such a beacon of light who motivates you to give your best, even in classes that aren't your forte (hello, cardio!). Join this gym (community) - you won’t regret it!
