Iβve been using JWillsβ remote gym program for a year, and I canβt say enough good things about it. Sean has been incredible from day one. He reworked and adjusted my program throughout the year as I navigated multiple injuries, including a concussion, reconstructive foot surgery, and chronic knee pain from a meniscus injury/surgery recovery. His ability to tailor workouts to my needs kept me progressing safely the entire time.
Sean also keeps you accountable with regular check-ins, which made a huge difference for me. When I was struggling with meal prepping, he provided meal plan options that were realistic and easy to follow. He also includes great video demonstrations that break down each exercise step-by-step, making it easy to maintain proper form and avoid reinjury.
One of the biggest things Iβve learned through this program is that communication is key when you stay open and honest (BE COACHABLE) All you really have to do is show up and trust the process.

If you need that extra encouragement and positive reenforcement to be better and you want real results... NLG is that spot! I was late to the party, but better late than never! Die Strong!!! Honestly I was a nervous wreck when I joined. For a few years I wanted to join a gym where workouts were programmed and I could count on a trainer/coach for help and support (I didn't know a lot about strength training). I worked out at the standard gyms and honestly never felt like I truly worked out! Here, I am learning so much, the trainers are easy to talk with and VERY encouraging. They meet you where you are on your fitness level and help you improve. I am so happy I put my fears aside and sent that email. :)

I have been to several gyms and I feel that it's one of the best so far. Everyone is friendly and it's definitely a motivation gym to complete the different tasks at hand. Sometimes I get upset because they feel I can do more but I am enjoying the experience, especially since I keep coming back!!!

No limit gym is hands down the best gym in Philadelphia. Sean and his coaches truly care about you as an athlete. Ive been a member for years and I canβt imagine being a part of any other gym. Joining the gym was something I always struggled with, Iβd walk into the gym and would immediately be intimidated because I just had no direction. Then I found No Limit Gym! Sean, Rick, Andrea and Rich our coaches are the best! They take there time each and every class to assure you get the workout you need. Seanβs structure every class to make sure we have the best training. Iβm glad Iβve join shortly after my wife joined and weβve never looked back. 10/10 experience. Since joining No Limit Gym my life has gotten so much better in so many aspects. Besides motivating me to improve my nutrition, this gym has made me stronger physically and mentally. The best part is that the coaches create the training program so you just have to show up and follow instructions. I donβt think anyone would be able to have as great of a workout at any other gym in the city.

Can't say enough positive things about this gym. The people and coaches are family and it's full of members of all ages and backgrounds. You don't have to be in incredible shape to join and don't have to feel embarrassed if you never really worked out before because everyone is so welcoming and helpful!!

Everything about this gym is top tier! All of the coaches Sean, Rick, and Andrea are kind, patient and encouraging. They will push you to work harder and hold you accountable. Any fitness level can join, if needed the movements can be modified. Not the typical pretentious, overly competitive, CrossFit gym!
All the members are friendly, welcoming and supportive of each other. There are plenty of class times throughout to day to fit any schedule. Plus, the music is always on point to keep you hype for the workout!

No Limit is hands down the best gym Iβve ever been to. I always shied from lifting because I felt overwhelmed managing a program, but Sean does all the thinking for you. All you have to do is walk through the front door and youβre set up for success. A good coach is crucial for me - Sean beats βgoodβ by a million. He genuinely cares for each athlete in and out of the gym, pushes you to your full potential, has extensive knowledge on nutrition, recovery, fitness, and is an all around great human.
