I took the total body workout with coach Frankie! It was a big challenge for me after recovering from a significant health scare but Frankie kept me and the entire class totally motivated with her positive energy. Frankie made me believe I could push through each circuit, become stronger with every move and still made my safety her priority. Great class and Awesome coach!! I will be back!

I have been going to jabz since about April, itβs so nice to have a schedule to work with! It helps start my day and gets me moving, everyone is beyond kind and extremely helpful. I was so nervous my first few classes but everyone from the staff to the other people in the class were so nice and encouraging, no one has ever put me down or intimidated me which was a fear of mine because I had no clue what I was doing! These classes are so high energy and fun! It is such a supportive environment. Women I have not even met before giving me positive feedback and cheering each other on. The sip and sweat classes are my fave. It is a great mix of moves during the classes so you donβt get bored. They are great workouts. Grab some friends and go. So empowering!

Iβve done a lot of different types of workouts but I never felt comfortable working out with other people becauseβ¦.anxiety π. I joined Jabz about 2 years ago and it was one of the best decisions Iβve ever made. The workouts are fun and challenging and each day is different so you will never get bored. All of the trainers are friendly and super knowledgeable and they can help you modify your workout whether youβre completely out of shape or an athlete (or somewhere in between like most of us haha). The best part though is the membersβ¦itβs such a welcoming place to workout and just visit. Iβve met so many new friends here and I never feel awkward or intimidated. I donβt know what I would do without itβ¦definitely worth every penny!

Jabz changed my workout life! From an accommodating range of class times, 7 days a week to daily workouts mapped out for me! I love working out but I'm not good at mapping a workout regimen fit for me. JABZ does that for me which makes working out more fun! The coaches are my favorite part of my workout! I am so thankful that I found Jabz Boxing a few months ago. I was in a rut when it came to working out and eating healthy, always making excuses. When another member recommended I do the 3 free classes I was hooked from the first class. I loved being able to do kickboxing which I used to do regularly, but also getting in strength training and cardio. All the women there are so warm and welcoming and the coaches are all amazing! They do a great job explaining all the exercises and take time to make sure your technique is accurate. They help motivate you throughout the workout and keep you engaged. Honestly the hour flies by. Jabz also hosts different events for members and non members, I recently completed a fitness challenge for the month of October. Jeanine was so helpful in helping me track my progress over the month! I recommend Jabz Boxing for anyone that wants to workout in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while also having some accountability.

You know how it feels when you've quit doing gyms and just work out at home, but you want to try something new, and you do and it's freakin AWESOME? That was my experience with Jabz Ridley Park. It's a challenging workout, especially if you're not used to a fast paced, active environment, but it is FUN and the people are helpful, encouraging and welcoming. Staff/trainers are friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable from day one. I'm so glad I took a chance and went there the first time! Still going back, and I don't plan on quitting any time soon. PS the instructor-led post-workout stretches are KEY for the health of your body - don't skip it!

This was my first time and Leah and Emma helped me feel comfortable! When I got there Leah eased me into the "new group" and from there I was prompted with help from Emma and her throughout the exercises and rounds. I also enjoyed the energy and the motivation of the other ladies!
