Coach Slow is the real deal. Everyone at this boxing gym is positive, motivated, most of all WORKS HARD. Welcoming, inspiring atmosphere. I always leave satisfied with a killer workout, but humbled realizing there's always so much more to learn. One of the highlights of my life right now is having the honor to train at such a hardcore gym under such a pro quality coach. 5 stars, highly recommend to anyone who wants to not only get their skills up but also quickly improve their overall health, strength & fitness

I just joined war-ready gym a few weeks ago and i already feel more secure with my ability to defend my self and compete in the amazing sport of boxing Jonnie Slow is a tough coach and keeps you motivated the whole time your there he also works with youth aged individuals and its great to see at least some of the youth of our nation trying to be tough and disciplined all in all i would definitely recommend joining war ready boxing gym

Great gym if you or your youth want to build discipline, focus and strength. I have seen many youth change there lives and mindset after joining this gym. And Coach slow Slow and other coaches care about everyone coming to the gym and willing to work with whoever wants to work.
