This gym I would call a man cave. It had all the raw materials as well as all the updated materials for a good workout. They used to have a sauna rarely used what I used it while I was there Frank Keating it's a wonderful man very sociable and I think one of the nicest people I've ever met

Amazing gym! Frank Keating is a very nice and personable man and was extremely friendly and helpful when I went to sign up. Great hours and location. It's a standard old-school gym: mirrored walls, lots of benches and bars, free squat rack, bench and squat rack with safety catches, bench and squat Smith machines, and hammer strength machines and even more. Plus bikes, elliptical and treadmills upstairs. Great place I love it, and the membership fee is the cheapest I could find in the city. The entrance to the building is kind of hidden around the back of the building where the chicken coop restaurant is and it's not really marked but I just walked in on a whim and it worked out fine.

With its classic style it truly is a gem in the rough. A nice personable place to workout. A true people person kinda place with helpful hands. I enjoy going here so will you.

Its not the fanciest Gym in the area, but it certainly has all of the basic equipment you would need, and its affordable only 30$ per month and the 3 month plan is 75$. Overall its a very good gym for the price.
