Regarding the recent updates -
Per usual, the recent updates including the turf space, added free weights and new benches, Jason and Keystone Fitness continue to grow and advance themselves so to meet the needs of its clients and keep current. The turf area is a great improvement and is a perfect space for stretches, core workouts, etc. The addition of Cawley PT has been fantastic and puts Keystone Fitness in line with top notch gyms catering to all, athletes, fitness enthusiasts or novices, Silver Sneakers, and more.

This is a great spot. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has all you need to get a good workout. Hours are very convenient, early and late and with weekends open. If I ever have an issue, Jason is always available. They installed new turf area, which is great for specialized exercises. Highly recommended!

I work out In a few gyms in the area. KF is very clean. There
are many different types of machines, cardio, shoulders, lower back, and chest, just to name a few. There are not any showers. I feel that is a drawback. Other than that a great place to work out.

Factoryville has the perfect gym right in town! Sadly, it had been many years since I stepped foot in a gym, and my body was starting to feel the affects of neglect. I work near the Keystone Fitness Center and thought I would give it a try. It's a great facility and I'm so glad I decided to join. The parking is free and well lighted. There are lots of weight machines, ellipticals, treadmills, Therabands, and free weights. The gym is very clean, bright, and I have never had any issues with the gym being crowded. Another gem in the gym is Jason! Jason manages the gym and is also a personal trainer. You can schedule a personal training session with Jason and he will customize the best workout to fit your needs. I'm very happy with Keystone Fitness Center and I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

I was skeptical of gyms for the longest time until someone reccomended Keystone Fitness to me. It is a very clean and non-judge mental environment. I’ve been attending the gym for several months. The equipment is all brand new, it’s a very clean environment, professional staff. I’ve worked with the trainer for a few sessions and they are knowledgeable, non judgmental, and helpful. The prices for training and membership are lower than other gyms I’ve attended in the area.
