Kilo-Mike CrossFit is the best! The environment is super welcoming and great for all fitness levels. Dustin, the owner, is awesome — knowledgeable, friendly, and always makes sure you’re improving safely. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the community is really supportive. I’m so glad I found this place!

Love this place! After taking a few years off of CrossFit, I missed the community and decided to check out this gym. It did not disappoint! Have been a member now for a few months and super happy I made the decision. CrossFit has helped improve my strength and conditioning for my triathlon training. I look forward to the classes with their super friendly staff and members. I’ve been to other CrossFit gyms in the area and by far this is my favorite.

If you’re looking for a new box, this is it. If you’re looking for a change in workout, this is it. If you’re looking for something completely new, this is it. CrossFit is for everyone and Kilo Mike makes it accessible for everyone. It’s clean, the environment is welcoming and the people who workout here are fantastic.

Great gym! I came in having never really lifted before and Dustin continuously coaches me on techniques and builds on my abilities as well as encourages me to try more. Dustin makes great modifications on the workouts to make sure everyone is getting what they need out of it. As someone who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to working out in a group setting, this gym and all of its members have made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend trying it our to see if it is a fit for you, even if you are unsure.

I have always been a power lifter and needed a change after the pandemic shut everything down. I was unmotivated because I was not lucky enough to have home equipment and I struggled pushing myself to do body weight exercises because I felt like it wasn’t enough. My friend mention Kilo-Mike CrossFit and I thought, let’s give it a try! I loved it! Learning new movements and seeing that I could also do these type of workouts which are always changing brought back some motivation! Everyone at the gym is very friendly and team players. All types of athletes, from beginners to experienced you’ll fit right in! Give it a try, you may find a new interest like I did!

Cleanest gym I've ever seen. Great coaching, great modifications, great programming. Plenty of opportunities for availability at different times of the day. Welcoming atmosphere. So simple to make CrossFit a habit here that I became an unlimited member right away.
