Connor and his staff do a nice job maintaining the gym. There are plenty of options with equipment for circuit training and prices are always fair. I live out of town and my visits range from two or three weeks to a few months. It’s nice to know that I can anticipate frequently working out here when coming to town. So glad that this gym is in the area and under good management!

I haven't had a membership in a while, but when I did, it was immaculate.
The locker rooms are clean & beautiful, all the equipment feels solid & safe, and they have lots of space for whatever exercise you may want to do.

Love love love going to kings! The whole place is always clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and always friendly. Prices are not outrageous. I recommend this place to anyone! GYM&TANNING all in one location.

Clean, friendly staff, solid equipment, and nice tanning booths. Extremely nice to have a gym open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.. even on holidays. Well worth the $ spent on membership.

I was expecting more for the membership fee. Small, but OK if you just need some cardio equipment and machines. Not ideal for someone wanting more room/opportunity for HIIT or free weight exercises.
