I have known Kyle for many, many years now and cannot recommend him enough for so many reasons. With personal training Kyle is extremely professional, knowledgeable and extremely flexible with time and also very accommodating to all of your fitness needs. Kyle really goes out of his way to make sure you feel good both physically and mentally which is one of the things I appreciate the most. Feeling good is what it’s all about, looking good is the bonus. On top of all of that, Kyle is probably one of the nicest and funniest guys around. Right off the bat he makes you feel extremely comfortable like you’re just getting together with an old friend but that friend happens to also be pushing you safely to your limits and cheering you on and challenging you to crush your goals. He is absolutely amazing to work with and also great with working with kids and adults not only with personal training and fitness but also with martial arts, kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu etc… again, cannot recommend him enough. Kyle trains both me and my mother. He is a man of many talents, and boy is he good at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and makes each session personal. He focuses on specific health issues, customizes each work out, and is always looking out for you. He is very kind, considerate, and passionate about his work. I currently take his kickboxing class and it's really helping me come out of my shell and want to really focus on my strength. I'm grateful for his services!

Kyle is GREAT!!!!! He's been my trainer for 5 years now and all I can say is I highly recommend HIM! He's extremely knowledgeable at what he does and creates personal workouts for me and will do the same for you. Lets face it we all set goals for ourselves and sometimes we lose focus of those goals, but Kyle is always there helping me to stay on track and even sometimes getting me back on track. Whatever your age, medical issue or fitness level (even if you never worked out before) Kyle will get you to your fitness goal.
