I had to go and revise my review one year later because this is without a doubt the worst run LA Fitness I have seen throughout the entire country and yes it’s the gym chain I see the most of throughout my work travels.

This gym is either on the verge of going out of business or management simply does not care one bit. Countless pieces of equipment out of commission for months at a time, equipment rusting away, holes in carpet and in pads, gum stains on floors, disgusting locker rooms that are never clean with majority of lockers broken. The list goes on and on.

I can’t recall ever seeing someone going around and cleaning this facility in the two years I’ve been using it.

Cell phone service is non existent inside and WiFi is as fast as dialup.

This gym is included in my gym plan from my employer, only reason I use it and on weekends I use the one in Allentown which is far nicer.

As a Gym is ok, clean,not issues with it. Customer Service is TERRIBLE. I cancelled my family membership in person on 09/07/2023. Well, they decided to cancel just mine and not my better half's membership and they still charging me $46.29 per month since I cancelled it. Now, we have to go in person again but for sure I won't get the money back but don't be late on payments because you get charged for late fees. Convenience? Not sure how to define it.
We will never recommend it!

Overall, this is an excellent location and the staff are all super helpful and friendly. Some of the equipment is a little dated, but I’ve seen worse at other gyms which charge more for membership. Lot of exercise classes are also available here, and we go to quite a few of them. The class teachers are all outstanding. The gym is also clean… or as clean as one should expect with sweaty people in and out all day.

Shout out to Daryl who was on staff there (he has since departed). Very conscientious worker and really attentive to the members needs out on the floor... helping with workouts and just listening while they vent about life. He was definitely an asset to the location.

They don't cancel your membership unless you go there in person with limited time frame in a day, during working hours that nobody can go there just to rip off more money. When they want to sign you up they do that during all hours and over phone call and make sure to charge you for 2 extra months.
Also despite the premium fee that they charge, the hygiene level in this branch is so low you prefer not to work out there at all.

If I could leave no stars I would. This gym is dirty - balled up tissues everywhere, hairballs and broken machines. I have pictures documenting everything. Considering there is a $50 yearly cleaning fee on top of your monthly membership charge there is no excuse for the gym to be as disgusting as it is. The communication skills of the staff is extremely poor, they never give you all of the information that you need. I called and asked if I had to schedule a time to cancel my membership and I was told I could just come in at night and cancel. Then I come in at night to cancel and I’m told that only M-F 9-5 I can cancel. Then I go in at the time given and I’m told they can’t cancel it because there was no manager there. After going back and forth with another staff member, they finally pressed a simple button to do it with No signature. The overall experience at this gym has been awful. Spend your money elsewhere.

Classroom equipment needs updating.
The steps are very dangerous- some are missing the rubber feet, which causes them to slide on the floor. Some have treads that are detached and stick out/up- this is a tripping hazard! We were told they were going to get fixed/replaced last year, but have yet to see it. This is surprising because these issues are so dangerous.
Also, they need heavier free weights in the classroom- it’s a contest to see who can get the one 10lb set, and even then it’s sometimes missing because so many people take the classroom equipment out on the floor.
The instructors are great and the staff is friendly.

LA fitness here has a MAJOR THEFT PROBLEM!!! On top of that, the facility knowingly allows thieves to maintain their membership, even as they are caught on camera. Come to find out from the police that this place has calls REGULARLY due to criminal activity.

Do yourself a favor and choose another gym right down the road which is cheaper, family owned, and doesnt house known criminals!

My keys were stolen here a month ago and due to "corporate policy" the facility would not review footage at all until the police mandated them too. Then they would not ID the person who took my keys until the police sent in writing for them to do so! I get there is no responsibility for them for lost or stolen items BUT the fact that they wouldn't help at all bor remove a bad acting member is just immoral and unjust.

Overall the gym is not bad ! The one thing that bothers me is that when they teach classes in the pool they take the whole pool there is no reason for that !

As a paying customer along with others we would like to be able to use the pool when we want as well. The other things that bothers me is that there are too many patrons that are on their phones while making people wait to use the equipment the management needs to police this problem ! We pay to workout that is what we want to do not wait on people to get off their phones and decide to work out !

Normally I don’t do these reviews but I have to say..Cameron Mousley IS THE MAN!! I was having a little bit of issues with my free guest pass on 4/24/23 and although Cam was minutes within the end of shift, he was very patient in assisting me throughout. I felt welcomed, not rushed, and he produced results in activating my guest pass which allowed me to continue my workout. Small things like that means a lot to the customer and for that I’m appreciative. Thanks a lot, Cam!

I honestly don’t know how this gym has so many positive reviews. It’s one of the most mediocre LA Fitness’s I’ve ever been to. They’re charging new members $50+ for a crowded gym with only 2 squat racks, a makeshift hip thrust station, no group classes before 8 am, some machines like the seated cable row work but have some sort of quirk to them, the carpets reek, they close at 10 pm compared to other LA Fitness gyms that close at 11, and it smells like weed 50% of the time. This gym is worth $20 a month at best.

Never opens on time equipment is always broke, and for some reason I workout at 5 am when they open and there is a lady cleaning the Mens locker with no signage up!! Basketball has great runs, usually the workout rooms are packed right after people get off work but overall no issues they have everything you need- weights, training equipment, tire flipping, treadmills, stair climbers, classes (free) with membership, sauna and a pool. Whirlpool as well but it just recently went down. Childcare is also available but not sure about it. But it has everything needed.

LA fitness Easton is my favorite gym to visit. I grew up in Easton but live in CA. I'm in town often and only come to LA fitness in Easton when I visit. The gym is clean and friendly which is my top priority. The staff is so helpful when I am town & extremely knowledgeable on fitness & health. Besides the gym, the sauna and pool are absolutely amazing and always clean! Definitely recommend this place. You need to try!

Pretty decent gym, check in is usually easy. Afternoons are crazy packed, after 9am gym is packed because of classes. Suana is pretty good I usually spray eucalyptus to remove the sweat smell from within. Housekeepers do a pretty good job but when they aren't there you got your piggy gym members. Never took a class but heard they are really good.

This gym is going down hill fast the equipment isn’t kept properly, workers are scarce or only have one or two people to handle things after 7. Can’t keep track of guests to where we are now feeling unsafe and the lights in the parking lot don’t even turn on.
