I’ve been coming to LA Fitness in Warrington for some time. Tonight there was different staff member working other than the normal attendant. I was sitting in the sauna and at 4:45 pm the male staff came into the female locker room to the sauna and told me we were closed. They don’t close until 5pm so I’m clearly not sure why a male was in the female locker room. There could have been people changing, or coming out the shower. HE COULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL THEY WERE CLOSED. In all these years that’s the first time I saw a male in the female locker room. This is disheartening and disgusting behavior!! Jake is the best. He was not working tonight.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review to 1 star. Out of the blue, there is a small sign posted on the front desk saying they are permanently closing on Nov 21st. Apparently, the location is not bringing enough money in. This leaves all of its members to scramble and find a new gym in the area. The other la fitness location is in huntington valley, with the reviews saying is much dirtier. Now you'll have double the people going to the huntington valley location. I think this is time to find a new gym.

Have to further revise my review. Water station broken beyond repair, very dirty. Even though they are shuttering in November they are still taking my October monthly dues of $40. Will I be reimbursed for non working facilities?

This facility is more clean and organized than another LA Fittness facility.
The employee, Jake, is the best front desk, always very friendly greeting to individual who is walking in or walking out. I told him the water in the jacuzzi pool had been lower for a while, then he was trying every effort he could to resolve the problem without delay. Thank you, Jake, for the top quality services to all members in this club.

I love this place.
A wide variety of simulators. Swimming pool, volleyball or basketball hall and separate tennis hall. Separately, what I liked is that the places for working with free weights (racks with a barbell) have a reasonable distance from the machines and during the exercises, you do't interfere with people on these machines. There's a comfortable temperature, clean exercise equipment and friendly employees 🙌

The only beef I have with this place is the showers are filthy there’s black mold growing in there the tiles are dirty they have a maintenance man and I guess the manager to scared to tell him to scrub the shower walls disgusting I told the manager he did nothing maybe now when he reads this he will !

Disappointed with Safety Standards

I've been a member here for a while, but I'm increasingly uncomfortable with the gym's lack of enforcement when it comes to proper workout attire—specifically, allowing people to work out in flip-flops and sleepers.Not only is this a clear safety risk, but it also shows a lack of basic hygiene and professionalism in the gym environment.

I raised this concern with staff and manager by email, but nothing has changed. It's really disappointing to see such a fundamental safety issue ignored.

Overall a good gym in terms of equipment and atmosphere. Some of the staff is unprofessional and on an ego trip. On one occasion my boys and I were playing basketball and one of the staff came in around 9:55 and asked us to leave. We started packing up and getting dressed to leave and it took a few minutes. The guy came in again at 10:00 when the gym was closing and yelled at us saying that if we didn’t get out in 5 minutes, he would call the police on us. Very bad way to treat members especially when people were still in the locker room who were his friends who he let leave late. Very unprofessional.

Please get the Pool Fixed are you guys having trouble financially. THE COUNTY Line La Fitness there hot tub is down for weeks . As A customer I should not have to swim in County line and come up here to uses the hot Tub up here It’s Jan 28 2025 county line hot tub down for at least a month

I noticed when I went to La Fitness the staff is very friendly especially Lavar who was very cooperative with us on my first day , and reason I give two star because I saw that equipment very rusty make a lot of noises when we use them unfortunately we paid a lot of money is not cheap. Why they don’t try to change it. I saw gum stick on the treadmill. They never cleaned them and very rusty .

HUGE shout out to Shane and Nick! I have (but will be cancelling) a black card membership at Planet Fitness. I took my daughter and her friend with me tonight. One of them is 16 and the other one is 17. I used my black card for myself and my 16-year-old daughter. My daughter's friend was going to get a day pass, which costs $15 (that's insane), and we were literally asked to leave because she's only 17. Didn't matter that she was my daughter (I just said that figuring that as long as she was with a "parent," it wouldn't matter. During the summer, when Planet Fitness offered the free summer pass for high school students, we went to the gym all the time. All of a sudden, as of today, we were told that nobody under the age of 18 can enter the gym at all UNLESS you bring them as a black card guest. My daughters and I were disappointed and angry to say the least. We called LA Fitness, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Shane. I asked him if there was a way for us to come in just for the day, and he gave us instructions to sign up for a free 3-day trial. He was extremely helpful and made sure that we got full access to the entire gym. When we were getting ready to leave, we had the pleasure of meeting Nick, who was just as helpful and awesome! He gave us a tour of the pool/hot tub area and explained the costs. Both of them were friendly and kind and made us feel welcome from the second we got there. I told them about our terrible experience at PF, and even they were floored! Anyone 14 or older is welcome at LA Fitness. I'm very happy to say that we will be switching to this gym! It's beautiful, spacious, and clean.

I recently started going to this gym, and I am absolutely impressed! The vast selection of equipment allows you to target every muscle group without waiting, even during peak hours. All the machines are new and in excellent condition. I also want to highlight the staff – the trainers are always ready to help, offering useful advice and guidance. I highly recommend working with Dan, personal trainer at LA Fitness. Dan gives concise thorough instructions, uses our time very effectively, is motivational, knowledgeable and also a super nice guy. I’ve been a member at LA Fitness for some years now, but signed on for a 6 month personal training program with Dan at the beginning of 2024. My program is nearing completion and Dan has been beyond excellent. I am a retired Nurse with chronic overuse injuries of the hips, knees and feet. Dan took all of this into consideration and led me through a customized program with targeted strengthening exercises. His professionalism, knowledge and guidance are top notch. I highly recommend Dan, especially to anyone new to working with a trainer.

I love my 30 minute personal training sessions with Dan. Dan strives for maximum efficiency during the sessions and is a master at challenging, coaching, & encouraging. My name is Sharon. I’ve been a la fitness member for past 20 years. Since I moved to this area 6 yrs ago, I feel La fitness in Warrington is really my favorite place to go to do exercise. Gym is clean, Front desk staff is always polite and welcome as soon as you walk in. At the beginning of this year, I have some issues to renew my membership due to misunderstanding. General manager Liam is very helpful to report my case to corporate office and follow up closely till my membership get renewed. It’s always dirty and they kinda let anyone in. Example teens taking their shirts off and vaping on the floor. But the staff is nice and they have what you need. The members complain about how much of a creep he is toward the females and how pushy he is to the members. The gym Is old and run down anyway.
