We offer one on one personal training as well as small group trainings. We train a wide range of clients from student athletes, people getting ready to compete in shows, or clients looking for weight loss or gain.

2 Amazing trainers who work with you at every step: skill level, pace, time/schedule, etc... They will go the extra mile to keep the environment fun, workout sessions are never the same, and they always keep you motivated to reach your goals! Private gym, so you don't have to worry about 20 different people staring at you while you work out! About to start my 5th year with them... can't recommend anyone else!

I started at LastRep about six months ago. Su has listened to my goals and as they shift she tailors my workouts to that. We have been on a progressive plan that started with simply showing up for myself. About two months ago we upped the training and I started to focus more on nutrition. I am seeing a lot of progress in my strength and mental health. When you join LastRep Su and Junior stress that a community/family feel is what they strive for. They have done just that. I've gotten to know both of them and feel comfortable talking with Su on my mental and physical health. She pushes me when I need it but also knows when I need to dial it back a little. I am excited to keep building on what we have started. I would not be where I am today without Su.

My son has been training with Junior for about 4 months now. He has gained confidence and energy though his workouts. He has previously had 3 other trainers that he has worked with and Junior is by far the best. He responds quickly to any questions I have in and out of the gym to help with anything my son needs. He currently meets with Junior 4-5 days a week. He is very respectful, and pushes my son to his limits. He doesn't just strength train but he educates my son on his body and the different parts he is working out. Our plan is to be with him for as long as we can. I highly recommend Last Rep and Junior for all your workout needs.

Fantastic place to work out! Very professional and friendly owner. The gym is clean and well stocked with equipment for all your workout needs. The trainers there do a wonderful job changing their style to match your needs: you want to be pushed to gain hardcore muscle? They can do that. You are an older person who needs some help getting back mobility? They can do that. You just want someone to hold you accountable to get to the gym consistently? They are perfect for that. And as a woman, I love that I can go to this gym and there is hardly anyone else there; a lot of the time it is just me and my trainer. No creepy dudes watching you work out. It's also nice to not feel so self conscious since it's so few people in there at a time. They helped me work off my 2020 lockdown weight and build some muscle. They also train my little cousin (13) to prep for sports seasons and he seems to be really benefiting from it. Highly recommend.

I have had personal trainers in the past the were good, but Jr. at LastRep training takes your training to the next level. Extremely friendly and relatable while at the same time pushing you to achieve your fitness goals. Facility is very very clean, everyone there is friendly and professional. I highly recommend LastRep training whether you are just starting out or want to take your fitness training to the next level, you will not be disappointed.

I've had a lot of trainers in the past, Junior is my absolute favorite! He actually listens and works on what I want to work on! I have past injuries and Junior works with me to modify exercises so that I am not reinjured. Have been going for 4 months and have already reached most of my goals. Could not be happier.

I’ve been working out here for 2 and a half years with Junior. When I first started I was barely able to move any weight as well as it was impossible for me to gain any weight at all. I was on a strict meal plan and it was not helping me at all. I ended up getting off the meal plan and just eating any food that I wanted to see if that would help me put size on. It ended up helping and after about a year we started to see the results we were looking for. Now we are working on getting me back onto my meal plan and off of just eating whatever I wanted. I have put on 25 pounds of muscle since I first started. I am at my heaviest and healthiest weight. I was a 3 sport athlete and a lot of the times had to work through injuries with Junior but he would never let me give up. We do a lot of strength training but also work on mobility to help my joints stay healthy. I 100% recommend working out at LastRep Training. It will be the best part of your day.
