Come try a class and get circus strong!!! I have been taking group fitness classes at this gym for about 2 years. It is both fun and challenging! I’ve never enjoyed a regular gym and I need to trick myself into exercise with things like hiking, bike riding, rock climbing etc. I love taking classes with Kelly, the owner…she is so sweet and funny and her stories distract you from how hard you are working! This is an LGBTQ+ friendly, body-positive, safe space with talented & encouraging instructors…with classes designed for all body types and fitness goals.

I attended a class via classpass a few weeks ago and adored it! This place is super accessible and there is no intimidation factor. All the instructions were so clear and I enjoyed the instructors ad-libs and jokes. Will definitely go back if I ever have the time.

Launchpad Fitness changed my life! I have never been a big fitness/workout person, but I heard about it through a friend and decided to try a class. The first class is free -- so why not?
It was amazing! The workout is challenging but the instructors offer lots of versions of each move so you can pick the level of difficulty that's right for you. I started coming every week, and I have turned into a fitness JUNKIE.
I don't recognize myself. I used to hate push ups and burpees and wall sits, but now I LOVE them. I used to have neck and shoulder pain and went to physical therapy and had to do boring exercises that I loathed. I don't have pain anymore because I have developed so much strength from going to Launchpad fitness, and it's really fun.
It's a small gym so it's really about community and relationships. The instructors are really personal and caring. I see the same people in classes every week, and now they are my friends. We all cheer each other on, groan together, and support each other.
The first time I missed a class after going for a few weeks in a row, Kelly sent me a message asking if I was ok. I let her know I was sick, and she offered to run to the pharmacy and get me anything if I needed it.
One time, I showed up to class after a rough day, and Tamara hugged me while I cried and helped me use my work out as an emotional release.
It's not just a business; it's a family. I'm not just working out; they've transformed my body and my attitude towards fitness.

RAVE to Launchpad Fitness! I’ve been going for a few months now and love it, which is especially amazing since I’ve always hated the gym. It is so nice to have a place where you don’t need to look a certain way or have any experience or be in shape. At times I‘ve needed to slow things down and take breaks and that was totally fine. Looking forward to my next class! It’s also super affordable!

I've taken a variety of classes here, and I'm challenged at every single one. Kelly and Tammy make the workout classes hard, inspiring and fun (imagine a 45 sec HIIT station called "energetic dance moves," it's my favorite). Kelly is fantastic with helping you find your weaknesses and her expertise helps you overcome them and reach fitness goals. They are LGBTQ+ friendly and body inclusive, great culture to be a part of.
