If you want to see your teenage athlete get stronger, faster and excel in their sport, Lawson is the place to go. My daughter plays lacrosse and is making significant improvements in her game and Mike has played a large role in her development. This is the best place around!

Mike has worked with both of my daughters. My oldest has seen a significant amount of increase in her speed after working with Mike. My younger daughter learned proper technique and deceleration steps. Mike has taught them both about form for injury prevention as well as worked with their nutrition. Mike is able to make them have fun while teaching them about grit and determination.

My son trains with Mike when he is home from school. His main sport is Ice Hockey. My son plays at the highest level and recently won the AAA USA National Championship with his team. I say all this to show that Lawson Performance will get and keep your child ready for high level sports. His workout sessions are wonderful and worth every penny. Prices are very reasonable especially if your son or daughter takes full advantage and trains multiple days a week. My son loves training with Lawson Performance and his gains have been awesome since starting over a year ago. Definitely recommend for any serious youth through college athlete!

My 12 year old daughter has been going to Mike for the past year. The improvement in her speed strength and durability Is leaps and bounds. Mike teaches proper form that kids will be able to carry with them for the rest of their lives. Mike was also able to work with my daughter to get her through Osgood Schlatter’s In both knees. He worked to keep her strong and fast as she worked through the process of growing out of it. Mike also encourages a healthy lifestyle, eating, sleeping, and recovery habits. I can’t say enough good things about Lawson Performance.

Mike is fantastic! In my experience with Mike as a trainer, he has always prioritized proper form, which has been important to me as an injury-prone person. He encourages people to push themselves to the limit (within reason) to reach goals and improve every day in the gym. His ability to motivate individuals and groups of athletes is the reason why so many people continue to get in the gym with him. I highly recommend Mike as a trainer/coach!

Michael does a great job working with the various age kids anywhere from young kids through high school age. He is able to adapt workouts and fitness plans that work for each child. He motivates them to push themselves further. My son is 13-year-old and looks forward to going. He enjoys the workouts and the personalization. Michael also provided a great nutrition plan and home exercises for my son to perform with a spreadsheet he could check off himself to show his progress. I highly recommend Michael and his training program especially for motivated young athletes. Michael's training nicely compliments any sport.

Mike is one of the best trainers in the area. He is so knowledgeable and motivating to make sure you hit all your goals. Mike has helped perfect my form/ technique with lifting heavy weights. He will push you to your limits to make sure you are seeing results. He also is great with the nutrient end.
