I have been a member of Legion Transformation Center for almost 6 years off and on. I recently completed a member challenge that is offered through the gym and had great results! The gym offers private training as well as group fitness classes. The coaches are great! Very knowledgeable and supportive and motivating. Initially I was intimidated but now I look forward to coming to classes. If you are on the fence about joining, reach out and try a class. You won’t regret it!

I can absolutely recommend legion, especially the 6-week challenge! I had never tried any type of organized diet or fitness program, so I was nervous. But the coaches Mike and Sean were very understanding and helpful and would take their time explaining exercises or come and correct my posture, even multiple times, if I was doing something wrong. The first two weeks, I felt miserable due to the carb deficiency and me cutting out all caffeine. Even though I was feeling miserable, it helped adjustment to the meal plan, since I wasn’t hungry at all. As soon as my body adjusted, I started to feel and see the effects. I felt more energetic, and clothes started to be looser. The workouts at legion were amazing! They mix up the periods and exercises day to day and week to week, which allows you to build your stamina and increase your weights. The most important thing for me was that legion doesn’t have that gym vibe with bodybuilders and studs pushing 300 lbs. There are all regular people, and you are all in it together. They tell you to keep your goal in mind and focus on that instead of the scale and for me, the financial refund was a part of that. People don’t really talk about that part but I am glad to say that with losing 21 lbs in 6 weeks, and meeting all requirements, I am proud to say I’m getting my refund, and feel like I’m getting a refund for my health and fitness. I would recommend Legion transformation center to anybody looking to get a kick-start on their physical fitness.

I just completed my 6 week challenge at Legion in Newtown Square. I found all of the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and the challengers/ members positive! Legion provides you with a strict meal plan to follow, access to supplements (I wish I tried the chocolate peanut butter protein earlier), support through group Facebook pages, and great workouts.
Each workout was able to be modified when needed, and I feel much stronger after the completion of the challenge. I also found it helpful to have access to any Legion location to complete workouts.
I highly recommend Legion to someone who needs a jump-start in their health, or someone who is looking for effective full body workouts.

Cannot say enough good things about my transformation with Legion! Successfully completed the 6 week challenge, not at an easy task with my soon to be sixty body, 20.4 pounds down. Awesome trainers who push you to optimize your work outs, consultants to review your FTDI and adjust as needed, & gym members who are totally supportive.

If I could give more stars I would. I highly suggest Legion NSQ to anyone who's serious about getting in shape with fun fast paced exercises and shedding those extra pounds. I had two successful challenges and lost 40lbs, couldn't have done it without them!

I did the Legion challenge in May/June 2018. I have to say I was first very skeptical, even right after I started. I was a lot of money up front, there we a lot of I thought were Amway type supplements/products, the diet seemed vastly restrictive, and besides I had lost close to the 20 pounds before by going on a strict diet and waling/running at night. However, as I went through the program (getting money back is a big motivator), I noticed subtle changes that grew as I pushed through. I lost inches in my waist and belly, I was able to wear some clothes that I hadn’t been able to fit into for a while. I also noticed I felt stronger and healthier. I haven’t needed to drink coffee in weeks. The group programs allows for accountability because one - the money obviously, but two – you are (under the supervision of their coaches) pushed by not only yourself but the other people (members, challengers) in the same situation. Some people were like me just starting out, some were definitely very far advanced in their fitness program, but all were there for the same collective reason – to get themselves in better shape. Since I have started in May have lost over 30 pounds, I am motivated to lose more, and unlike when I just lost weight by calorie counting, I feel like I will be able to sustain my weight this time. It’s NEVER easy, but I find myself enjoying the time I get to work out. The coaches were always there to motivate the group to push forward, but would also make the time to answer questions, show certain modifications to the workouts, make recommendations on recovery, certain foods, etc,. The nutrition plan, although strict, never let me get too hungry, and I was always able to eat (the right foods) when I needed to. I even have used some of the supplement they offered and to my pleasant surprise they worked out rather well. I also had significant improvement on my cholesterol, blood pressure, triglycerides tests, which was another if not primary motivation for myself to join.
Bottom line, if you want to lose weight and much more importantly get healthier, and need a little extra positive encouragement, The Legion is place for you.

Save your money and do not join the weight loss challenge. Losing weight is about muscle building and fat loss. You do not want fast results as the longer it takes to lose the weight, the better...! I had a hard time because my technique was not always right and had muscle pain all over my body. You have to do the classes five times a week. I had more pain than results at the end. I wish I was warned. The people were friendly but the classes were always too full. There was also not enough weights to go around and it made working out very frustrating. Save your money and join Orangetheory. See the results as you lose weight and stay away from these challenges at Legion. Good luck.

I just finished a 3 week challenge and had great results. The diet is easy to follow and the protein powder available is actually really good! The workouts challenge you every day and loved Catie and Yemi! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a healthy new start!

When I started with Bob, in November of 2012, I was 223lbs. In 4 months, I lost 25lbs. My diet has changed from high carbs and nonsense to a diet of healthy fats, vegetables, and lean proteins. It was a struggle, but it made me feel so much better. I no longer take cholesterol or thyroid medications. My body's composition has changed completely. I now have definition and tone. I'm stronger than I've been in years....not like my 20's, but damn close. I feel great for 45 years old! I'm so glad I looked for help getting started. I was lucky it was Bob and Legion Sports Performance.

I train Brazilian Jujitsu and had a hard time finding a good workout at other gyms to supplement my BJJ. Other places I tried were too big and easy to get lost in. At Legion I have a quality trainer watching over my workouts making sure I am doing everything correct to prevent injury and get the most out of the exercise.
I train at Legion 3 times a week and have since lost 15 pounds of weight that I gained after my shoulder surgery while at the same time seeing significant strength gains throughout my body. The extra attention I receive at Legion has helped my shoulder recovery and my confidence when I am training BJJ.
I highly recommend Legion for any serious athlete trying to gain an edge in their sport.
