Jay is an excellent trainer. I came in as a novice, and he met me where I was; without ever overwhelming me, he slowly pushed me and before I knew it I was in excellent shape. He takes a personal interest in the lifestyle and well-being of his clients, in and out of the gym. He motivates without ever yelling or annoying. He's a joy to work with and I'm very grateful I found him. I'd tell any of my friends or family to work with him.

Training with J is fun and always engaging.
Iβm a total beginner at kickboxing but it doesnβt matter because J trains my boxing skills including strikes, combos and defensive moves ideal for beginners. Lessons are fun and intense.
Learning and mastering boxing with J and receiving positive feedback boosts my confidence and relieves tension form every day life.
Moreover kickboxing with J burns more calories through challenging workouts which develops my power, speed, strength and engage my brain, improve my reaction time.

I was lucky enough to meet Jay in a jiu jitsu class back a few months ago. Since then, Iβve dropped from 270 to 235, largely due to his addictive fight style training where every movement has a practical purpose. Jay is not just a run of the mill fitness instructor, heβs a coach, one that very evidently practices what he preaches.
