I have been going to Locke's Personal Fitness for a little over four months, and I am hooked! Sherry and her team are awesome. As someone new to the formal gym environment, Sherry does an excellent job teaching me how to use the equipment and explains what each workout is targeting. With her help, I am already seeing major results. She has made the entire process manageable and fun.

Joey (one of the trainers there) is really great. He takes the time to learn your goals and then comes up with a "program". He will level you up a little at a time as you progress but not push you too hard. Then, it's on to a whole new program for the next handful of sessions.
I've learned so much over the last half-year because he likes to answer questions - and I ask a lot of questions.
Having a private space to work out instead of a crowded gym is also really nice. I highly recommend.

The beautiful thing about Sherry and Lockes Fitness is if you are willing to work and trust, you will be able to accomplish your goals.
I was attracted to the Titliest Performance Institute aspect of her business, because I wanted to increase my overall fitness and flexibility.
I also need the structure and commitment that comes with having a personal trainer, mainly because I’m so busy.
Having a trainer is not free, yet Sherry is fair and I feel like I receive a good value, while working on being more fit!

I had a great experience at Locke Personal Fitness. I signed up for a golf assessment to get a sense of where my fitness level stood in a sport-specific manner. Sherry was very thorough in her assessment, demonstrating each exercise before I attempted to perform and then reviewing the results with me afterwards. She also was very accommodating with my work schedule, a testament to her professionalism. I highly recommend her!

I am a 73 year old female who started golfing last year. My friend’s son highly recommended his trainer, Sherry Locke, when I mentioned needing a personal trainer.
Sherry evaluated me using the Titlest Performance Institute program and based on the results, she built an individual program for me. We also discussed eating healthier. Sherry has adapted some of the TPI recommended exercises to accommodate my osteoarthritic knees and shoulder tendinitis. She provides me with two or three private or semi private lessons weekly, and prepares a new personalized plan every couple of weeks with exercises recommended by TPI. As a result, I’ve increased my strength & flexibility and can now easily play 18 holes, rather than struggling to complete 9 holes. As an added bonus, I dropped 30 pounds during my first three months (June 4 to Sept 4) working with Sherry. She is an excellent trainer, and I heartily recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their fitness.

Your safety is also of most importance to her and her trainers! Especially during the past couple years they have gone above and beyond to be flexible with your needs and situation. My wife has been going to Locke’s Fitness for over 20 years. Before my wife and I married I started going to Sherry Locke as well. I have now been going to her for almost 6 years. Her training is awesome, and she keeps the routines interesting and motivating with the latest in training aides. Also, my wife and I are golfers and she has tailored our routines to be golf specific using her Titleist Performance Improvement (TPI) certification.
She has been very flexible and accommodating with our scheduling. She is very caring and concerned about getting all parts of the body worked properly. Routines are changed periodically to keep the workout interesting and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoy our workout session and highly recommend Locke Fitness.

I first started training with Sherry after a rotator cuff injury. I was hoping to avoid surgery, but I was having a lot of pain when I used the arm and when I slept. She helped me get into better shape, lose weight, and condition the muscles around the shoulder. Six months later, I was pain free. I can't say enough good things about her.

My husband and I have trained there for the last 6 years. The staff helped train my husband and I for marathons, half marathons and obstacle course events. The staff are attentive to focusing on and achieving your goals. The environment is clean, well maintained, and the staff are courteous and helpful. We would still be training there if we didn’t move away. We highly recommend their strength training services.
